I walked in with an idea of what I needed, but zero specifics. They walked me up and down the aisles, walking step by step through the entire process, being so kind, patient and helpful.The store is in a slightly strange location, but I will undoubtedly be returning for all of my future purchases. Could not recommend this place any more.

These guys are super friendly and pretty darn knowledgable about the products inwhich they sell. They also have a large amount of in use knowledge which is also very helpfull.All in all, I would recommend this store, and many times actually have, to anyone who asks... friend or foe. I was really bummed when they closed the eastbay store, but inturn I ended up moving to SF... so case closed.
