Delivery guy dropped off a defective scissor lift.( when he was dropping it off and was testing the scissor lift the delivery guy told us that the scissor lift is not working properly). Then after two hours we got no call from the service. Then when I called the service department I was told that they were not even a request sent to repair or service the scissor lift that we got. We are very tight on time to finish the job now we are losing precious time and money so thank you for sending us a defective scissor lift

I went inside the store and the Representatives were very courteous and helpful. This is much more preferable than trying to book reservations online. I will always rent my utility trailer from United and will definitely refer others.

Excellent customer service, but the delivery was 2 hours early. No one was on site to accept the lift. It worked out fine, but customers may select a delivery time of a reason.

I never get a receipt. Every time I rent a scissor lift I update my email it’s in the system I never get a receipt receipts are really important to me for my expense report. I never get a receipt it’s so frustrating please send receipts after the rental.

Didnt honor a confirmed reservation! I reserved equipment online weeks ago and when I talked to this branch to schedule pickup they told me they didnt have that unit at all. The team member tried to give me the run around, saying my reservation was not actually confirmed. I have an email in front of me literally saying Reservation confirmed. Consider it done. He then tried to upsell me to a bigger unit. Really shady!!

Very honest and hard working people who do not how to say we cant rent that because we dont have it available... I know for a fact they are known to bring in the smallest of pieces of equipment from more than a hundred miles away. Awesome individuals who work there and are very supportive and friendly towards their cliental!

I hate do bad reviews! But when you have a bad employee it’s afecting you business, over the phone I was talking with Jason witch was an amazing customer services! I tell him that I’m gonna be at the office to rent an equipment before they close at 5pm he was very nice returning my calls, I said he’s not gonna be there but he will call the office to let them know, right when we get there before 4:30pm Michael was very rude with aptitude and his negativity was almost contagious... well he reminds us that they close at 5 before we say anything, I show him the equipment that I’ll try to rent and he said: and? Well I need to process it, we handled the card and Driver License and he’s said with a sarcastic tone, we take only credit cards ( I’m totally understand) but it’s the way he handled everything, I was explain him that I can pay only with the business credit card but the fact that he deny it I understand, why I can’t understand and make me feel so mad was that he make fun of us with his coworkers ( sorry but sarcastic and this aptitude is totally intolerable for a business, I have a business and my customers are the more important thing on the world for me! He make me feel super bad but anything is a challenge for me and I did my rental on another place, and yes I make it! Please take care your customers, if you wanna to keep your business, thank you so much Jason for all your services, sorry if Michael ruin our business with your company but you are a 5 star employee!
