I dont typically do reviews but with this product I couldnt help but leave some feedback. We do a ton of spicy cooking at home and our range hood was in need of a desperate upgrade. After doing a lot of research we settled on buying a 30 Zephyr Typhoon. When it arrived we were blown away by the craftsmanship and design - it was such a solidly built unit! Having 6 levels with a quiet mode and a max 850 cfm capacity, even with the heaviest oil frying/sautéing, our Typhoon doesnt leave any odor or smoke - quite frankly it was a game changer for us. When we had an issue during installation, I brought it to Zephyrs attention and Luke had his Customer Service Manager (Paul) reach out to me directly in Canada. Paul went above and beyond to help us get the issue resolved. Really cant thank you guys enough for finally making cooking an enjoyable activity. You cant go wrong buying a Zephyr product, its well worth the investment and they stand behind it 150%

Great showroom !!!!. All the hoods have power so you can actually hear what they sound like. For anyone buying a hood make sure you hear it before you buy it. John was very helpful and knowledgeable. He understood the design and function of ever single hood in thatshowroom. After we left that showroom we knew we were going to purchase a zephyr hood thanks to John being able to answer every question my wannabe contractor husband had.

I purchased a Zephyr hood as part of my kitchen remodel and it has malfunctioned since day one - randomly turning itself on. I received two remote replacements and had a repairman out who had no idea what to do and left me with two mother boards as he walked out the door in frustration. Multiple phone calls yield nothing. While the hood is an beautiful piece of equipment if they dont stand by their products it isnt worth it.

Make an appointment!! I got in because an appt cancelled. The person working there took the time to explain all that I was looking for inside. I am going with zephyr for my range hood. My subzero salesguy sent me here because he said this is the best range hood on the market.
