DO NOT BUY THEIR LAMPS. Poor quality, poor service, high prices and unjust restocking fees. They make their money on their returns, certainly not on selling quality products! I was charged a 20% restocking fee on a $300 lamp, $60 to take back a lamp on perfect condition!

Horrendous customer service!Bought the Vella. Needed the help of 2 friends to - just basically - attach the top to the base. It took us 30 minutes of pushing, twisting and shoving, and - still - we did not get the top flush to the base...Sent an email to the only address i could find to communicate with them 2 weeks ago asking for a refund.Still no response...I have a close to $800 lamp that serves no purpose at this time.With that said, I do have no less than 5 Cortina lamps and am delighted with them.Now, if I could get refunded for my Vella - that is NOT worth it...
