Have been a high-level audiophile customer for about eight years. Never disappointed. First rate service, always friendly, Frank is an honest guy I can deal with without any qualms. I have bought more than 10 products from him and never a glitch. Also, he can service items if they ever break. That to me is a big plus. If only other Audio stores were of this quality, I would be so happy.

I called this store to ask about getting a quote to repair my headphones. Jay told me they dont fix headphones, but could do an in-store exchange to replace them instead. Excellent. I brought in my old(ish) broken headphones and got shiny news ones that came with a new warranty. It was all very fast and efficient. Many thanks for the excellent customer service!!!

I found this store to have a large number of mid to high end audio and video equipment.They provide an extended warranty on top of the manufactures warranty. They also have numbers of unique high-quality audio equipment. The Staff is very knowledgeable and the Customer service is excellent. They can service most of what they sell on site. The store is not a mass market audio video store. Its a store for those who want mid-range to high-end quality audio and video equipment for their home or business.One thing that distinguishes them from other stores is they provide a custom installation service. I have purchased equipment from this store for over 40 years and have no complaints.
