I had the worst experience ever at this store. The person who greeted me told me three three times the store was closing at 5pm even though I was there 15 mins before closing looking for scrubs. With 10 mins before closing, I asked to fitting room only to be told she had been at the store since 10am and wanted to go home. It’s obvious this place didn’t want my business and most likely doesn’t want anyone else’s business. With that said, their inventory lacks variety as there are much better options. DON’T GO TO THIS STORE!

My wife was pregnant and they were selling breast pumps there. They were perfectly willing to sell us a breast pump until they found out that we would be going through insurance to buy it, and then all of a sudden they did not have any to sell and became rude.

I was looking for a pair of compression knee high socks for my big calves to fit into. Once they finished measuring my calves, they offered a couple pairs of compression socks from the high price point to the mid range level. I ended up getting 2 pairs of the mid range compression socks. The old lady from the store advised me to start wearing them at home just so I can get use to them before I use them for work. I found them very helpful.

Great service the two ladies are very attentive and helpful. Great experience when we are in a time for need.

***WARNING - DO NOT SHOP HERE***Would prefer to give this store 0/5 stars. Charged me for a Scrub top twice, when I rang back to get a refund they hung up on me twice and said they were too busy! Have never experienced such disgusting customer service, would strongly recommend to everyone to avoid this shop!

Terrible service.....I called them to ask if they had an specific item, gave them all specifications and explained that I would take a 1h car journey only because of that item. The man who answered the phone said that they had the item, but when I arrived there the VERY UNPOLITE man who answered tried to sell another item COMPLETELY different!! I Wish I can give ZERO stars!

Nice little shop. Ive been here a few times buying things for clients. They are always helpful and attentive and show me multiple options and explain the differences in products. They dont issue refunds only store credit . They clearly warn you about the no refund issue.

I needed a plus size knee brace and when I waked into this store I found exactly what I needed. Gary provided amazing service and was very knowledgeable and were not pushy at all.

Rude on the phone. I called to see if they had a specific arm sling and when I started to explain to the man what it was that the sling needed to be, he told me that he couldnt diagnose me over the phone. I didnt need a diagnosis, I needed a question answered. We wont be coming here even if theyre the only place in town that has it. I have no tolerance for rude customer service.
