They will not give a receipt for FedEx packages that you drop off. For that you must go to an actual FedEx location. Convenient, but some of the employees are downright rude, borderline hostile. It’s cheaper to get tape etc. at the hardware store a couple doors down.

This place is great. I have no idea what the negative reviews about. Postal Chase is two blocks from my house, and it is absolutely the reason I dont own a printer or a shredder. I go there every few weeks to shred papers and print out documents. And occasionally I ship things as well. The staff is polite, the prices are reasonable, unclear what other folks are looking for. Also Ive been going there for years, so this is an educated opinion.

Apparently UPS hadn’t done pickups (for return packages) here since 2016. Worker told me tons of people come everyday attempting to do UPS returns and get angry with them when they can’t.After 5 years I think it’s time to update the giant sign out front to remove UPS…

No one was in the store. Clerk left sign that said “Back in 10 mins.” Suffice to say, he was not back in 10 minutes.

Total rip-off for packing materials. Before I realized it, I spent $15 for 5 small boxes. Usually these are $1.30 each anywhere else.

Awfully disrespectful! Rude, mean and unprofessional. I used to have a mailbox with them and have random print/mail requests. The first time I was mistreated I thought the guy was having a bad day. Little did I know that its actually his very character. After 3 months I jumped out. In that time, whenever I needed to engage with him it was a nightmare. Not sure if hes the owner, but he surely doesnt care about his clients. Dont bring your business here. You will likely be disrespected.

I had clearly written to and from on the package. They sent the package to the from address. Unbelievable.

They provide the services they advertise quickly and efficiently. If you need a smile with the service this might not be the place for you. I personally value efficiency so 5 stars.

I have no idea what all the one-star reviews are for, this place is fine. You want to ship something? They have everything you need to pack it up, they take a reasonable amount of your money then they send your stuff out. Not really a complicated procedure.

Ive been going here over 5 years, since I found it. Best price for notary public and I can ship packages here without going to UPS or waiting in line at the post office. Friendly people, I read someone complaining about the $5 minimum for credit cards and thought, stupid woman, some places want you to spend $8-15 to use a card. Go to the ATM or bank if you dont want to buy anything.

So mean, I left crying. I wanted to print a thing out and asked if was possible and the guy spent the next 5 minutes berating me. Avoid!!

The guy is mostly unpleasant. Second time I’ve gone in and he’s complained about returns. Couldn’t even help me ship what I needed to ship!Tbh seems like stores like these are gonna go out of business if they don’t put in more effort

This is the only one of the four locations that no longer accepts UPS package dropoff. I was also misinformed by an employee on the phone and didnt learn about the change until I was standing in their store with all my packages.

Horrible customer service the guy whos not even the owner tried to charge me $5 for two pieces of paper that was just black and white in my resume trying to just tell me if they charge me an extra $0.50 for me to be able to print out my resume cuz I have cash on me all I had was my card horrible customer service
