Good selection of Modern Masters Metallics. The salesperson (Adela I think) was more informative and helpful about my unique project than anyone has been at any other local paint store. If you appreciate old-school customer service, I recommend.

I get it, covid 19 puts people at edge and uncomfortable to do any sort of business. The disrespectful service was unreal before them made a mistake. All I wanted was a copy of a key but the guy couldn’t make a key correctly.It took him two attempts and when I called back to get my money back I get hit with the “we’re closed”. Had to walk back and forth 3 blocks 2 times to check the keys and wasted 30 minutes for an expensive copy of a key($3). These guys are already my last resort but they never seem to figure things out.

Great service. You can call in special orders for tint in the morning and they have it ready the same day. I think prices are very reasonable and they have a great selection.

I dont you what you guys expect, but this is DEFINITELY not where I would go, NEVER! NEVER! NEVER! Excuse me? 1 Qt. of paint, $34? are you kidding me? with this price, you could buy nearly 1 GALLON at another place!!!

Had a color to match (had the numbers) and they left out the green! It was supposed to be green. They added green and it was a mess. Not even close. No refund.

Cole Hardware is my go to for Benjamin Moore paint. I stopped in to House of Color this morning to pick up two gallons of Regal for a project sine Cole is closed due to fire. $9 more per gallon! $54.99 instead of the $45.99 price at Cole. The first clue should have been no pricing on any of the paint or supplies. Dont waist your time. San Francisco House of Paint has it for $45.99.I wont be back!

House of Kolors if you live in a cave this is the right place to go I bought a shower head and it looked really old but I live in a cave so I bought it and when I went to try it it didnt work so I went back I have problems getting my money back but they gave it back and I never went back again so like I said if you live in a cave its the place to go

More of a general hardware store than a paint store. Not as nice as Cole Hardware, but much closer to where I live.

Terrible service, they cant tell the difference between a disposable 12-ounce electric graco airlees cup and a 19-liter plastic bucket or paint tray protector.Zero commitment to the client to solve or clarify a problem so simple and that they only put their face as madristas.It is not the first time I go.But if the last one does not know where they get that good attention if they are not outside serving people, to know that they need one and not be waiting outside.And I say they are all apathetic

This morning I went to the store and a woman was watching me as I was a thief and then I told her to make the receipt in my name and she did not do it they are very presumed they attend well badly and also the shirts that the company gives to the customers sell them that girl told me not to come back just for that reason the truth is bad service in the end she gave me the receipt to my name I think that if the name is in the system it must always go to your name
