These folks are always so helpful, they really do provide exceptional customer service. And we’re always really pleased with the final product. Highly recommend coming here for your painting projects.

Great spot for paint supplies. Rodney was extremely helpful and knowledgeable while we explored color options. Definitely more of a contractor supply spot, but my wife and I were able to get the paint color samples we wanted with the excellent help.

Love these guys! Great service, listened to my entire complicated problem, found a solution and mapped out how to proceed. Nice to have this resource in the neighborhood. And they have their own parking.

Worst Kelly Moore in entire city, super unfriendly stuff who dint even know names of their paints, always mean and working slow, I try this shop 5 times its always something wrong, dont spend your time go to different location, now Rodney from this shop working at s.van ness so better go to harrison st

I bought a Contractor gun from the Divisadero Location on Friday, specifically being told by then salesman, anything I dont need, or if the specs change with the job, return what I dont need for refund.Well its Monday, and after being down the weekend with the flu, and the specs for the job, changed from spray to brush and roll, I try to return the $230.00 spray gun with receipt in hand, I am denied, by the lady manager, because I paid Cash!!!! And told to deal with my problem at a different location. I go to do exactly this and realise the original receipt is not with the item. After rudly dismissing me, (as if I was suspect), too tend to others, They sent me away without my receipt, but a photo copy of my purchase. Shame on me for being to sick to spend all day to argue? As well as a lesson that my hard earned cash means nothing?! Thats how they treat a 20 plus year customer

Waiting, waiting and waiting... they cant match paint... there are not nice... if you dont want to work stay at home and leave your places to someone else!

The attention was fine.

I have to admit that the bathroom is very clean with nice smell good customer service. Unfortunately, their inventory is very poor, only a few things have a product of some things in the store.

I was attended by a very racist person
