The first time my friends and I went to Pacific Kitchen Life was Christmas 3 years ago. The salesperson, Lisa, was very nice and patient and introduced all of the products to us. The manager, Mark, was also very nice to all the customers. We felt very happy and satisfied and ended up buying a lot of products from there, in addition to some Christmas promotional items.Last week, a small part in my friends rice cooker broke and when I called Pacific Kitchen Life to ask how to fix it, Lisa answered the phone and I was very surprised to hear that she remembered who I was. She offered to give me the replacement part for free, and when I went to the stop she again, was very nice and courteous and quick to help me fix it.I highly recommend it to all my friends because Pacific Kitchen Lifes products are all high quality, combined with Lisas professionalism and amazing service. Every time I go to Pacific Kitchen Life, I always enjoy my experience and explore all their new products and styles. I noticed one new style rice cooker in particular that caught my eye, it was very thoughtfully designed and functional. I also saw that they have multi-functional kettles with a small induction cooker, that has 22 different functions for my everyday needs. It is definitely on my Christmas list this year.I highly recommend checking out Pacific Kitchen Life for their great service and product selection. There is something for everyone there.

I am from OC, first time being here to look for a powerful range hood. The saleslady was very helpful to explain in detail many features of Pacific range hood. She also demonstrated by turning on the vapor machine to see the effect. The price also included installation and the motor is lifetime warranty. It’s worth our time to go here instead of the other dealer in OC who was very rude to customers.👍

Last month, the clamp knob of my Buffalo Rice Cooker was broken. Lisa responded to my call and she said she could fix it for me. So, I brought it in, she fixed it with a new replacement part for free and taught me the right way to take care of it. She then introduced some new products to me without pressing me to buy anything. By the way, I already knew their products are in high quality at reasonable prices because some of my coworkers are their customers. Lisa and the Manager are friendly, knowledgeable and generous. I will definitely be shopping at Pacific Kitchen Life again.

Extremely kind and nice sales at Pacific Kitchen Life. They listen to your needs and provide excellent service. I compared their range hoods with many other brands around and Pacific range hood stands out a lot. Got the trusteam series and it has been amazing!

Update 1 week later:Management (Mark) reached out to me promptly to clarify the situation. The also explained the mistake was an honest one made by the technician, and that this never happened before at Pacific Kitchen Life. They reassured me it was not intentional and agreed to refund the extra fee they charged me.I am again impressed by their prompt attempt to resolve the matter, being professional and courteous as always.The Range Hood itself is powerful. I do not have any complaint and will be recommending them to anyone.Thank you, Pacific Team!-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Sales rep are courteous and helpful, but this company is not honestly at all. Watch out!I ordered a range hood from them. On the day of installation, their technician (named Sam Duan) came with a newer model costing $140 more and installed it before he told me I had to pay $140 extra on the spot for the newer model that I never asked for. What else can one do when a range hood is already installed? Pay. Very dishonest technician and company.

I went to this store yesterday looking for a hood under the cabinet. The sales was patient and nice enough to introduce different hoods to me. The autocleam and trusteam functions are pretty good！I think It will absolutely reduce my time and increase my efficiency. I love it！VERY RECOMMEND THIS HIDEN STORE！
