Drove out from Marina Del Rey to check out a GLE350 posted on the website. Met with Elias who was friendly and courteous, and answered many of my questions. I am very particular regarding specifically what I am looking for and this car was clean inside and out, as advertised. After my test drive we sat down to talk over the numbers. We met with Dominic the owner, who was also friendly and courteous and not aggressive as some owners are, to discuss my potential trade-in and ended up doing the deal with ease. My overall experience of working with Ideal Motor Group staff was very favorable...they did what they said they were going to do and made what is typically a very tedious transaction quite simple. If you see a car in their lot or on their website, stop in and check them out as they are great to work with.

Dominic is really informative and helpful! And I got a very satisfying experience. Before this purchase, I bought a Mercedes GLC300 from the shift.com, but I later found out that there was one key feature missing from the car which the shift.com listed on their website. I was really disappointed as I made my decision under the trust, but I felt I got fooled. Luckily they offer 7 days return window, so I returned the car and found this car from Ideal motor group. At last, I got the Mercedes C300 with AMG package at a low price. The car was in great condition, and it has clean title and premium 4 package, and it doesn’t even have a scratch. Dominic helped to print the window sticker of this car from the official Mercedes Benz internal website. He showed me everything listed on the window sticker that also included the original price of the car. Therefore, I can trust that this car has every feature that I need. I checked everything and stayed late until 8.30pm that was after their business hours for two days. They also gave me many suggestions when financing the car, and provided help to answer all my questions, even after the purchase. I love my car so far, so thank you Dominic & your wife, and Elias!

I purchased a 2012 Prius Plug in at Ideal Motor back in November, and it was the easiest car purchase I have ever made. I narrowed down my search for a Prius between 3 dealers selling similar price and spec Prius. I chose to go with Ideal Motor Group due to the high reviews/ratings they have on Google, Yelp, and other review sites. Needless to say, they lived up to their reputation. I was turned off by the sleazy vibes I got from the salesmen at the other dealers. Bryan at Ideal Motor was nothing like that, he was very professional, responded quickly, friendly and never pressured to sell me the car. Like all the other positive reviews other people are leaving, I would completely recommend doing business with Ideal Motor and I would not hesitate to purchase a vehicle from them in the future.

I bought a used AMG C43 there. Although the boss dominic is a litter aggressive, he is really friendly and he is really picky to choose used car. And Bryan provide good service for me. The condition for the C43 is really great and I love that car. And the price is fair, don’t spend too much time to negotiate.

After purchasing vehicles from major corporate and independent dealers in the past with terrible experiences, I am glad I was able to purchase my dream car from IMG with the help of Bryan, Sandra, and the IMG team. They went above and beyond, answering all my questions and requests to help sort out any of the concerns I had (from facetiming directly to show me around the car, retrieving past vehicle history information with other parties, financing over the phone, and accommodating requests like confirming OEM warranty and other maintenance items). I reside in NorCal and placed a deposit site/vehicle unseen based off this and the other reviews on IMG. Given the vehicle was a major purchase for myself (911 GT3), I was quite worried at first. But Sandra and Bryan were extremely responsive, collaborative, genuine, and understanding with all the requests I had regarding concerns on the vehicle and financing. This continued on in person once I showed up to pick up the vehicle and spoke to both of them and Wayne-- chatting about cars and watches. The vehicle was as advertised and I never felt like I was being swindled or given the run around like I usually do with car dealerships. I think the culture and business practices at IMG are exemplary and I would gladly purchase another vehicle from them when the time comes. No nonsense, straight shooters with honest prices (not much negotiating due to the nature of the vehicle purchased, but I do think they are reasonable for a business). I think any business will have run-ins with difficult customers and I wouldnt be concerned about the complaints on the BBB or otherwise if a reader was checking as I did. As long as the team is running as it was when I purchased the vehicle, I would highly recommend working with IMG.

I found a 2016 e63s (which I was looking for for quite a while) at Ideal Motor Group and I gave them a call. I was greeted by Arthur and even though I gave him a hard time, he was still very polite and arranged an appointment for me to come see the car. We worked out a deal and I was in and out of the dealership pretty quickly.Previously gave 5 stars: I drove the car home to the bay area and the car developed a rumble. Turned out that the insides of the tires bubbled and I ended up having to replace all the tires. During the drive up, the car was also down 2 quarts of oil and my visor broke. All of this should have been looked at during their inspection. That being said, as a buyer, I let my excitement get the better of me and shouldve have taken in to consideration that this is a used car dealership and their goal is to sell vehicles with little to no additional investment, which means you should go over every inch of the car with a magnifying glass (I doubt they do anything during their inspection). That or just stick with CPO vehicles.

I Will keep it short. I have purchase a car week or two ago from IDeal and have been happy with my purchase and planning on buying another very soon. In fact today. I will recommend this dealership to anyone. There are a lot of quality cars, and also extended warranty if you are a very nervous individual. Always ask question if your unsure. They will help you gain confident by answering all you questions.

Worst 1st car buying experience EVER!I purchased a 2004 Mazda RX-8. I mistakingly didn’t take it for a test drive, the next day the ENGINE LIGHT TURNED ON. I tried to return the car the next day, sold me a LEMON, (I didn’t not purchse the warranty). One of their employees physically grabbed me for trying to return the car. HAD TO CALL POLICE! They fired that employee.They are frauds. Paying $10k for the RX-8 was a huge LOSS! My RADIATOR had a HOLE! Now the cars engine is busted and I’m paying for a car that does not work! THESE PEOPLE ARE A SCAM!
