SCAM outfit - they shipped out two spacers - stud patter on one of the spacers was off - shipped them back and asked for a replacement - they kept me hanging for a week - once they received the originals back they canceled my order. Purchase from this company at your own risk!

They dont fit as advertised and they dont give you a refund after you ship them back..company are crooks waist of $600 and no you do not get your refund they hit you with restocking fees..then a week after I ordered them they said the priced dropped from 430 and some change for 4 to 320 and some change ..wouldent honor what I paid..just a big run around and they make sure to keep your money

We placed an order and paid $60 for express shipping to find out it was gonna take 5 days to receive the order. They do NOT allow Saturday deliveries (which if you pay for express FedEx DOES do Saturday deliveries but they cant if the shipper, ez accessory, marks that the shipment is not for Saturday delivery) Contacted customer service which is the most pitiful excuse for service I have ever seen. They do not care about unhappy customers at all!! They do not offer any refund for their lack of information when choosing a shipping option. THANK GOD WE DIDNT PAY $100 for the other express like we started to. So this was $60 wasted on an order that we would have in less time if we had simply went us mail. Needless to say, with the nonchalant way their customer service handled my concerns and frustration we will NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN!!! I wish I could leave negative stars because they do not even deserve the 1 star that I had to leave!!

I ordered spacers for my 2018 Jeep Renegade. I even called and ask if these would fit my car ahead of time. The guy told me yes. I got them at the cost of around two hundred if I remember correctly. When I received them they wouldnt go on. So I called back to return them to get the right ones and the guy told me that I needed more parts. These extra parts where an additional sixty dollars. Which I believe should have been discounted heavily because I was told they would fit. Mind you this is the same guy that originally told me they would fit no problem. I responded OK lets order them. He rudely responded well I dont know the size you have to look it up and hurry up so we can get this over with Im tired of dealing with this. The guy is very rude. I will no longer buy from this company because of him. With that being said I finally got the spacers on, the product seems to be good so far. The customer service however was terrible.

Awesome products. i got a 15mm adapter set which is the thinnest available size. quality is good. only downside is it does not come with shallow head conical lug bolts which prove extremely hard to find. they do not have the option of buying with them either as they do not sell such specific fasteners. even when i bought off another company advertising shallow head bolts, they still did not sit flush between adapter and wheel base so im still in search or else the size and fitment would be useless

The spacers for my 550i fits perfectly. Was easy to install as if it came with the car. Using it was better than going to a auto store and buying a universal spacer. Perfect fit.

I bought splined spike studs. They are great looking and had no issues installing. The shipping was fast and easy to track, the studs came out there packaging and were loose in the box but did not harm them.

Looking at these initial reviews, i was absolutely terrified to do business with these people. I called, asked what parts i needed and the man who answered was very straight forward with what i needed to do, i can respect that. I paid for my order Saturday afternoon, and my order was processed the next day business day Tuesday (holiday weekend) at 7am, my item seems to be in great condition and i cannot wait to put the adapters on my truck!

The product I ordered is good quality steel, but definitely does not look chromed. I found their website to be harder to navigate than most others I looked at. Be sure to verify which item is going into the cart before check out. My vehicle has two different lug thread sizes for its model and year. I clicked on the wrong one, but they were good about doing a return and resend (I ate the shipping because of my mistake). If you do have to do a return and replace, be aware that you will get a duplicate of your first invoice in your email and not a new invoice with the correct parts on it, this freaked me out considerably and is the only reason they are not getting a 4* review rating.

The Steel lug nuts were correct and delivered on time. However, I stripped the threads on the cheap inferior studs of wheel adapters when i put the correct foot-pounds of torque on the lugnuts. You sell a great product..

Customer service is absolutely horrible. The guy I talk to had a very nasty attitude toward me when asked for wheel adapters. I would never spend my money with them. Your a business there is no way you should call my phone back with an attitude saying “did you just call us back to back”, yes I did because it’s weird to call a company to get forwarded to the voicemail. What happen to good customer service smh?

Seven days to call for a return so I call tell them the hubcentric 6x5.5 100mm does not fit my stock 97 Pathfinder which they say does so I ask for a credit to my account. No they say there is a note when I called that I want an exchange no I dont want to run these things my back ones fit but the lug doesnt top out on the stock stud. They say all you need is a couple of turns are they for real people the best thing to do is save and go with off set wheels and leave these guys alone any one need a pair of 6x5.5 100mm opening 1.25 thick free rather give them away then give them back to AZ Accessory

Horrible customer service with a grumpy representative that insults customers.To explain my experience with them:I ordered a set of wheel adapters via phone and paid with credit card. I was promised the adapters would ship within 2-3 business days. They were very quick to charge me but after 9 days I still didnt receive my items. I was worried because I didnt even receive a confirmation number, so I called. I was told the first package was dropped and the items were damaged. They are expecting the new parts within 2-3 days. I asked them to please call me as the customers truck was sitting in my shop, waiting for the parts. They refused to overnight it to my shop even though they couldnt hold the promised shipping schedule.After another 5 days, I called and asked if they received the parts yet. I was asked if I have received a call yet, if not, then obviously the parts arent there yet. (Great customer service!) After an additional 2 days I was ready to cancel the order due to the long waiting period and called to do so. They told me then that the parts had shipped yesterday. (Of course without giving me a call). The parts never arrived so I wanted to cancel the order and get my money back. They refused to credit me my money back. I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company.I was very polite over the whole experience but nothing but rude, grumpy and unreasonable comments came back from their end.This person should not work in customer service and they should stick to their advertised policies.I will never order from themy again and will do my best to spread the word about my unpleasant experience!

Horrible product. 12 studs broke off in 2 miles. Called and rep was rude. Told me I over torqued B.S.... Bought 20 new grade 8 studs from napa and installed. Same torque as old studs 85 lbs. No problem now. Lucky my son is not Dead from studs breaking off

I bought some adapters for my Ford f150 that was a factory 7 lug (strange as it was) the adapters that I purchased were supposed to go from 7 lug to 6 lug (the standard size) the sales person told me which one I needed and I was confident that I was getting the right part when I received the part unfortunately it did not fit I told the salesperson and he told me that they sent me a F150 to Chevy adapter not what I asked for but I dont have time to throw a fit( it happens) I was never rude and I asked what the process would be to get the right part after explaining to the salesperson the exact part I needed I paid $40 shipping they charged my PayPal twice and never offered to refund it when i brought it up to add insult to injury they exchanged the part for another part that was identical to the first however this part was all scratched up(terribly scratched up) I called back and they basically told me to go screw myself and that they would not assist me I currently have $600 into this and I am at Square 1 save your money dont go with this company I own a large company and we have been able to maintain 5 stars look at the reviews and read other peoples experiences. From experience I can tell you there will always be people who want to write a bad review to get some satisfaction out of life I dont ever write reviews nor am i satisfied in anyway but maybe I would be able to help someone else dodge a bullet in writing this.

This place is a joke. I returned my lug spikes to them for the second time because nobody there has the knowledge to know that they do not have heavy duty lug spikes for F350. They sent me a shipping return label I shipped the spikes back to them they have not return my money it’s been over a month and a half I’ve called and left multiple messages I get no help no return phone call so now I’m out my money and they won’t even send me the spikes back I would not recommend this company to anybody save your money and go somewhere else. I’ve even left emails through amazon and no response. Now I’m going to go to there office and meet face to face.

Ordered spacers April 26th and told 5 days to ship. Never received. Every time I inquired I was given the runaround, so and so not here or they should ship tomorrow, etc. May 17th was notified they shipped, never recieved. I called and the manager said give it a couple days if they dont show up theyll cancel the order or re order. They never showed up, called May 30th, was given the run around about how a bunch of orders came in wrong and to call back at noon the next day. A full month after my order was placed and 2 weeks after I got a shipping notification they decide to tell me it was incorrect? Just spoke to the manager after a month of being jerked around he was rude could care less and gave me the only option of cancelling my order. After a month of b.s thats there solution. Will never do business here again not should anyone else
