Benson has been really helpful to my girlfriend and I since we first went into his shop over a year ago. He has always been very knowledgeable and professional with bike repair and maintenance. When I was trying to find a new seat for my bike, he let me borrow (and installed) some store demos. I tried two different kinds before settling on the perfect seat.Yesterday he really impressed us. My girlfriend has been having neck pain and doesn’t like to ride much because of it. We had taken her to two separate places for a fit, but never quite got it right. Benson knew exactly what to look for and exactly how to fix it. She said it felt like a different bike when we went out to ride it today. Fair prices, great service... will be back and I recommend to others.

This is a terrific, Mom-and-Pop business that offers good, old-fashioned customer service. Ive bought bikes from them as well as had them serviced and my experience has always been terrific. Wish more businesses were still run like this one.

I went here because of my flat tire. When I was here only one person there but he did great. However, he replaced one of my stock cat eye on my bike by another cheap one. Maybe I wont come back here.P/s: Its very expensive too.

The location on Mission, after moving from Huntington Drive in San Marino, is small but was efficiently arranged. Free parking on street is limited but usually adequate.

Benson and team upgraded all components of an inherited Richard Sachs bicycle and did it justice. They walked a novice through the build process with patience and attentiveness, and have earned another loyal customer.Of course I go back for all repairs, parts and equipment needs. There is a wide range of bicycles for selection and they are well connected to community events. The new location is quite pleasant.

The staff is professional but it is a little bit too expensive, they charged me $20 just for replace the rear inert tire.

Also, they are willing to go the extra mile to examine your bike thoroughly and weed out possible problems you may experience in the future. I was completely satisfied with the service and would of given them a 10 point rating if possible.

Came into here to fix a small piece on my cleats. The employee fixed it in 2 minutes for free! I like how honest he was and how he talks to the clients like people, even when they dont know everything about bikes. I will be coming back and this is my new doctors office for my bike.

Bought a Giant road bike here a year ago and it is still running well. I really appreciate the free adjustments, they have helped get my gears in line a couple of times. Keep up the great work!

Best bike shop! I purchased a high end Bianchi, for a marathon bike ride. The guys at the shop spent a couple of hours making sure the bike was perfectly fit for me. Anyone that rides knows if your fit is even an inch off it makes a huge difference! They even sell all bikes with a sticker that is good for free check ups for life! ( Worth 25$ a pop)

Benson is the man to get your bike repairs done!!! My bf will try and then go to others for help. He was trying to make my mountain bike tires tubeless and was having an issue with one of the tires, even tho he’s done tubeless many times. Lo and behold,he brings it to the Master, Benson, who got the job done!!They moved from San Marino to San Gabriel, and it is a really cute location.Thank you for always being there!!!! :)

The guys at this shop are some of the most down to earth people I know. If theyre not up front, theyre always there to pop their head out from the back and greet you with a smile.They get a little overwhelmed in the wrenching department during good weather so dont wait until warm weather before getting your bikes tuned up. Start early and get those adjustments and cleanings done well before summer rolls around.For such a small shop, they have a surprisingly wide selection of bikes and clothing. Ive bought my fair share of equipment here from bike consumables (tires, tubes, CO2 cartridges, seats, and handlebars) to personal consumables (goos, drink powders, beans, and bars). Their wrenching is very fairly priced not to mention free tune ups if you purchase your bike there.They were my go-to shop when I refurbished a 1980s Huffy Savannah tandem last year. I did the wrenching myself but they were able to true the wheels and provide the degreaser, tires, handlebars, shift/brake cabling, and carbon install paste (to provide more grip to those soft bolt down clamps).This shop is totally independent and isnt affiliated with any of the other Jones.

This shop has got to be the best shop overall in at least a 30 mile radius. the customer service is second to none. the guys and gal are knowlegable, patient and seem to have the same passion for bikes as their customers. Ive visited Gs Cyclery, Downtown LA Cycles, Stans Bicycle Shop and many lil shops around L.A. and Jones beats em all. they have the biggest inventory, most variety, cleanest, and most welcoming shop.
