I drop my phone earlier this morning and the screen got cracked and no respond. I bring my phone to the store and they help me fix the screen right away. It is efficient and the assistor is kind and patience. He answer all the questions I had and always friendly listening. I am very satisfied with my repair experience.

They are amazing! I bring my iPhone X to them for water damage repair. They explain it carefully and take good care of my device. The professional technician told me that since water went inside and it burn my screen, So they gonna cleaning out the water at first and then replace a new screen. It’s an easy plan and it works efficient! It takes me 40-50 mins to wait for it dry out and replace. And my data survive! All my photos and notes keep safe inside. God bless me. The stores staff gave me very good genera advice. The guy there seemed to be very knowledgeable and was kind and helpful. He also gave me good advice on where to get refurbished tablets. I cant remember his name unfortunately.

They use a resistive screen that costs no more than US$20 for your phone. This screen will help the phone in your pocket send strange messages to your friends and help you enter the wrong password to lock your phone. This is really maddening

Here is my first time to repair my phone in this store. Their employees are professional and nice. They spend 10 mins to told me the problem that my phone have. And give the solution. Also they are doing diagnostic for free, some place charge 20 bucks for that.which mean you have to pay even they can’t fix it the phone. Finally they fixed my phone screen. Now my phone looks new. High recommend. If you need phone repair, they may help you!

Upgraded my S10 battery just fine. Checked its health before the trip on old battery was at 82-86% life. Gonna update this in 2 weeks and figure out new health (hope its >95%)... peaceEdit: hey all it has been 3 weeks. My battery health went from 82-86 down to abt 68% according to AccuBatteryPro. Replaced with not a new tested battery aparently.... yikes guys at least verify ur product and make sure its a new battery that will be swapped. Cost me 75 bucks too... guess I need a new phone now lol. Battery does work but holds charge for only 3-4 hrsProof shot below

My experience was very great. Jayden was a lot of help. My iPhone 6s Plus camera and flashlight was blocked and he fixed it up. I had to leave my phone and came back and waited a lil for him to give it back which was great. To my surprise he put a new screen protector on my phone since the one I had was all cracked. Overall great experience would recommend.

My trip to the Nu Screen is truly a wonderful experience. I had a ipad 5 screen needed to be fixed. Jayden warmly welcomed me, and give me a reasonable price for fixing my ipad. I off to my lunch, in about an hour, I came back to the store, and my Ipad 5 is fixed and well. That was great service.!

Wouldnt honor warranty. Parts used are NOT of fair and average quality (broke literally two days after second repair I paid for and they still wouldnt honor 30 warranty). Poor installation (both times the screen popped out). Both times a different excuse was given to get out of the 30 day warranty.

The clerk was very patient. I repaired my Apple XS Max screen in 15 minutes. He also helped my mobile phone with a tempered glass film for free. The store has a complete range of mobile phone accessories. I bought a mobile phone car holder that is very strong and of good quality, 👍🏻

After changing the screen for two weeks, the bottom plate was cracked. The shop owner said that because of the scratches on the surface, it did not meet the warranty.I explained that surface scratches cannot be related to cracking of the bottom plate.The owner also admitted that there was no bump, but if there are scratches, the warranty is not available.And I clearly told me that no matter what I say, there is no warranty. During the 2-minute conversation, I was interrupted several times and I was very impatient.The product quality and attitude are very poor, very disappointed.Very not recommended.(IPhone 11 pro max, replaced with a $280 screen)

I spent 110 knives repairing the screen of my iPhone 8plus, the quality is very poor, the color difference visible to the naked eye.I asked the clerk at the time. After the change, can 3Dtouch still be used? He said yes, but I lost it when I was playing the game.110 knife for a screen with a very large gap between the original, Apple store to 186 knife tax.
