I bought a Lush Flow vape which was defective. They refused to exchange or refund my purchase stating that it is against their policies and that they simply do not make any refunds. The cashiers response was that I should have tested it in-store to make sure that it worked.

Andre was very helpful I had bought a defective hype flow max and I came in the next day. He was very understanding and helped me out right away and gave me a replacement. If you want quality customer service definitely come to this shop.

I got smok nord4 here. A guy was nice and polite. When I came to the shop to get new coils for the device, they didnt have them. But they promised to order them soon. So I came back later at least 3 times - still no coils, only excuses. Eventually the device stopped working. A guy told me that he couldnt proceed with exchange/return, but his boss would be in the shop the next day. The next day I was told that the plans changed and boss is not here, but you can come the next day. So... no working device, no refund. Total disrespect of the customers time.[Upd after owners response]I will not spend even a minute on visiting your shop. You can return me the money, but you cannot return me the time. Good luck with your business.

Great place! Bought a pack of pods here and it turned out one of the pods was missing. Went back to the store and the owners were super quick to exchange it for a brand new pack, and even gave me an extra pod for free. Super friendly and the best customer service Ive encountered at a smoke shop. Would recommend this place anytime.

BUYER BEWARE!! They no longer offer any exchanges nor refunds for defective vaporizers. Judging by other reviews here, this seems like a common occurrence. They refused any kind of customer service when I showed them my defective vape that was JUST opened (the light would turn on but no vapor came out) and said that they have no way of knowing that it was defective or if I broke it. I told the clerk that he could open it and see for himself that it is still full as it is new but he refused. He said that I should have tested it INSIDE the smoke shop when I bought it but that is ILLEGAL in CA! Vaping indoors in a public space is illegal in San Gabriel Valley.Do not ask your customers to break the law just because you don’t want to support your products!!I’ve been a customer for 6 months but I will no longer give them any business as they do not support the products that they sell and will also treat you like a liar or cheater if you tell them that they sold you something that doesn’t work as advertised.TL;DR, If you like disposable vapes, I recommend buying them from somewhere else.

Best smoke shop In the area. The remodel is gorgeous and the owner is always getting new products. They are open super late too so it’s perfect if you work, you don’t have to rush over. Got some BLVK juice and some coils for my nord smok 4.

Great smoke shop! Great selection of glass. Good prices. And all the regular smoke shop items youd expect are available.That said, one of the main reasons Ill come back here VS other smoke shops in the area is the help I received. The person who helped me was nice & attentive. He also gave me reccos on which items are better than others (from his personal experience & from what his customers have told him). And since I bought a few items, other than just smokes, he also gave me a couple free items - nothing expensive but still, he was very thoughtful & generous.Comparing to other smoke shop experiences, Ill drive the extra mile to go here...

Friendly AF! They’ve been around for only 1-2 years (as of this review) and they have almost everything you need from pipes to screens and beyond, not to mention the good prices. Always greeted with positive energy. Stop by! It’s a hidden jewel (and much nicer than other smoke shops in the area which are hard to come by as is).

My go-to smoke shop. greg is a very nice guy and very knowledgable. they just got a ton of new bongs, and a wide selection of cigars and tobacco in their humidifier room. they play good music too.

This shop is legit. The place is hella clean, and they have everything a smoker could ever need. Added bonus - the staff was kind and helpful. (Props to Andre for the assistance!)
