Happy to see another boba option opened up in the area. Self ordering kiosk was easy to use. You will get a text when your order is ready. Or if you stay inside the store, you can check the status of your order on the screen. Seating area is cute and clean. Drinks were good and not too sweet. I will definitely stop by again to try other items on the menu.
I looooooove the warm drinks from here. Id never had warm boba before this place, but now Im absolutely in love. And they have my favorite more authentic toppings, like sago! I die for sago. And it tastes amazing in warm milk tea. Plus, the location is great for me bc its right in Redmond downtown. Im so jealous of the people living in the apartment building attached because they can have it daily.
Great little spot for milk tea. Chill vibe inside with music that isnt too loud. Perfect for chatting with friends or getting some work done. And if you want to take a walk while enjoying your lovely beverage, its located in a nice area with clean sidewalks and pretty trees.
Visited the shop because it has a Grand Opening sign on the store front. Walked in and ordered from the self kiosk. 2 employees, a boy and girl; asked the boy a question to clarify menu item, he responded annoyed and bothered that we asked a question.Overall experience, underwhelming and unwelcoming energy. Neither employee greeted us upon arrival and completely unresponsive to “hellos” and “thank yous”.I understand employees have no obligation to engage in conversation with customers but the lack of acknowledgment harbored a repelling atmosphere.
Of all the Boba places in all of Seattle so far, this is SOOO my favorite place to be! They have the friendliest of staff, who genuinely pay attention to introducing newbies to the concept of boba, and customizing your menu. The quality, taste, experience is seriously amazing. Me and my husband have been regulars at this Boba place and they have well earned our loyalty to Meetea Cafe forever! It’s been almost a year going to this Boba place and we are yet to have a disappointing experience. Says something right? Also, for peeps who cannot have diary, there are alternative options like Oat milk as well :).Visit them already! ✨
Drinks are so good. I like their 20 oz taro smoothie. Easy to get in and out with no fuss. Staff are really friendly and helpful. All of the guys are cool.Vanessa was very helpful.
Great place. They have really good options. I tried their Boba tea and macaroons. Both were very good. Even though they were pricy, I got a sense of satisfaction eating their food. Would definitely visit again.
This is my favorite bubble tea place Ive tried ever. The tea itself was delicious and cheaper than other places in the area. They had so many beverage options, so many you cant find elsewhere. The biggest perk is the Cheese Boba Toast (& other toast options). WOW! SO UNIQUE AND DELICIOUSIm taking off one star because even though the self-service & automated order call is convenient, the whole atmosphere was very impersonal. Not even sure I was greeted & after standing there in confusion another customer had to explain to me that you have to use the screens even though the staff was right there. Will definitely be back though and update my review later ❤️
Amazing local boba/bubble tea spot in redmond. Great place to grab a quick drink and head to the park across the street to hang out for a bit. Really like the drinks and thought they were super worth it.The boba/boba cheese toast was good, but IMO a bit pricey for what it was. Really unique though and will definitely be back again soon
Its a nice cozy little place to hang with your friends while sipping a delicious boba. Highly recommend to check it out.
Got the milk tea boba and wow it is super sweet even with 50% sweetness. Feels like 110% sweetness. The place is cute and the menu is huge. I would give it a try again and might have to order 1% sweetness unless the person made it incorrectly. The other drink was a Oreo mocha slush with 50% sweetness and again it was way too sweet.
I loved this place! It had great service and it tasted so good! I’ve seen some reviews say that they got 50% sugar and it was too sweet but I think it is just fine with half the sugar. I got the mango passion fruit tea with boba and it was great! 10/10 recommend.
In these times, and with my age, you know when someone treats you differently because of the color of your skin, or the way you look. The only thing different now is that I will not keep quiet about it. Especially when it is obvious. Went to this store with my son and his girlfriend to order some drinks. From the beginning the lady behind the counter did not want to help us. She disappeared. When we were ready to order, she came around, a year later, then pointed at the screen below, as to not bother with taking our order. We placed our order. Then waited. Moments latera different lady cam in to order her drinks. She had no problem in taking her order, thanked her and was more present. We didnt even get a thank you, even after my son tipped her. After all that, we return to our car, and they had messed our drinks up. Taste was awful. Keep up your discrimination. You just lost three customers.
3 different menus posted around the shop, all with different items and even different prices for the same items. After 5 min of trying to decipher this mess, we just left. Not worth the time, and the options didn’t look worth the money.
I went here for the first time today, both employees came out when we walked in but didn’t bother greeting us or taking our order, we ordered on the iPad after a few minutes. I paid extra for coconut jelly in the mango slush and there were less than ten pieces of jelly in the whole drink.
Awesome tasting bubble tea. I usually get the milk tea, hot, no boba, 30% sugar (and it’s plenty of sugar). The regular milk tea with boba is also top notch. The boba is sometimes better. These options are so good I rarely try anything else. The mango love drink that’s specially available in the summer has real mango pieces and is a must try if they have it. We almost always get Meetea if we’re walking around downtown.
I dont like coming in to a building and having to do my own order on an ipad. Couldnt find a drink and fumbled with the iPad for a couple minutes.
Their drinks are great! The customer service, not so much. They also sadly forgot my boba 😭
This is a really cute new cafe. the service was a bit slower than i expected, but still got my drink within 10 minutes of ordering. Ill definitely be coming back to try some of their unique desserts
Was very unimpressed with my plain black milk tea with 100% sugar and regular ice. My friends and I ordered a total of 5 very simple drinks, no special orders, and we watched them make half the order, place it in a little fridge, and then take a bunch of other peoples orders before finally finishing ours. We waited 45 minutes as the poor understaffed kitchen was flooded with endless new order tickets that came out of the machine constantly. I felt bad for the employees, who were trying hard, but whoever set up the chaotic, cramped kitchen in there needs to put serious effort towards streamlining the process.
Toasts are great. Milk tea and sweet soups not my taste unfortunately.
Not as good as previously. When the young lady boss was here it was great. Now seems that she doesn’t show off a lot. Every time I come the staffs are different, super slow, and taste not as good as before.
I LOVE THIS PLACE!!! I am obsessed with their Fresh Mango Slush which comes with pieces of grapefruit and fresh cut mangoes. IT IS SO GOOD! The service is amazing and the people working there are so kind. This is definitely by far the BEST boba cafe that I have tried. Highly recommend!!!
One of the worst bubble tea shops in Seattle area. Required 50% sugar, the mango passion fruit tea still tasted like pure honey water. I also wondered why they need 45 minutes to make 4 cups of iced drinks, excuse me?!
I am a regular here, very good milk tea, nice servers, and reasonable price. My favorite is purple rice green milk tea.
I had Purple Rice Green Milk Tea, 50% less sweet. It was awesome. Service was also good.
Took them 30 minutes to complete my order when it wasnt even busy.
Came in for the first time and asked the employees for help with drink suggestions and then tried to make friendly conversation and they were completely dismissive and cold (we were the only ones in the shop and they weren’t busy). The tea is alright, but we were very turned off by the lack of friendliness from both of the employees.
Came in for the first time and told the server I needed a drink recommendation because we usually go to another tea shop and she audibly scoffed and proceeded to not help or answer questions about the menu well. We were really confused as to why we were made to feel so unwelcome just because we mentioned it was the first time we were there after going to another place. We’ll be heading back to ShareTea next time. They mess up our orders occasionally but there’s 100% better customer service there.
The drink is good, deserts are perfect. But make sure you finish the drink before ice melted. You will vomit if you dont....
Huge portions. Affordable prices. Comfy seats. Quiet relaxing location. Nice staff. What else can I ask for?
Pretty ok milk tea but if there’s more than 3 people in front of you, expect to wait a painfully long amount of time for your drink to be made.
Good place for boba tea in Redmond
Best bubble tea in Olympia? But thats not necessarily a ringing endorsement? Decent. Would go here again. Good service. Quality is adequate
Charming new boba place in downtown Redmond. In addition to a variety of drinks, including seasonal flavors, they also offer a food menu that includes desserts and toasted sandwiches, making this place a proper cafe in all senses. Parking can be a little tough if street parking is full, but the store isn’t usually super busy so you don’t need to worry about it being super crowded, especially during COVID. They’re also now available on DoorDash if you’d rather not go outside.
A great bubble tea spot thats open later than all other options in the area. They have a unique selection of snacks as well such as Cheese Boba Toast and Taro Ball Milk Bowls.
Out of boba. Had to wait 40mins for order. Yummy though.
Nice atmosphere and fairly quick service. The drink I got was very good and was of good value as well.
Pretty good boba at a price on par with most other upscale boba places. Expect to pay $5-$7 for a drink. In a bit of a tricky to get to spot in terms of parking, but you could feasibly park elsewhere and walk without trouble.
This place is amazing but please, hire more than one person in the evenings. The wait is always crazy and the person at the counter is always stressed the hell out (they are SUPER nice though). Its wrong to do that to your staff.
Great food and service with a smile.Coffee was by far the best we have had while in Redmond this weekend.
Nice to have a really good boba tea place in downtown Redmond! I think the tea itself could be better (there are better places for tea on the east side). But the desserts & toasts more than make up for it, and are all excellent!
I arrived and stood there for a very long time. The gal working there didnt even acknowledge me and I was the only one there. I cleared my throat and said excuse me either she didnt hear me or she was blind. The grapefruit slushy is delicious. Service is not good at all. I live in the apartment right next to them and I have had poor service more than once. I will think twice about going in again.
Great snacks and enough fully customisable drink options that you might lose your mind trying to decide. Ordering system is fully automated, making the experience pretty efficient. Staff are friendly and location is really nice. Highly recommend. Also, prices are very reasonable.
Just okay.Nice self service touch screen with bright photos of all items. Cashier was very friendly and mentioned we should probably decrease the sweetness of one of our beverages. Once I got the items themselves, they were just okay. Not particularly delicious. A shame because everything else went so well
Fabulous milktea, almond croissant and atmosphere. Yay!
Stopped in to try their bubble tea. Doubt I will return. Tea was nothing special, but the straw was too small, so kept clogging with boba.
Lychee tea has lemon seeds in it. Not cool. Great flavor and great service though.
Food is good, but it could be hard to find a parking spot
Great tea, great location.
Very nice place. If youre in Redmond hit it up!
Paid twice for getting my tea through the their website and got nothing even though they charged me. Cashier said it’s not her business. Thank you though, really wonderful customer service!
It was great, my favorite is passion fruit mango tea :)
The taro milk bowl is nothing like advertised - literally like a bowl of condensed milk - with little solid/toppings. $8 for a cup of condensed milk? Feels like bait & switch. I dont understand how people can do business like this. It was completely self service so we couldnt find anyone to give feedback to, either. Everytime we tried, a staff person just went to the back of the kitchen turning their back. Would stay away and never be back for sure.
Favourite bbt place, I enjoy the quality of the drinks. My favourite is the taro smoothie with tapioca
Love the grapefruit tea! Very friendly staff. Wonderful place to sit and read, work, or just hang out.
Great bubble tea. Their boba is very sweet, so I take drinks with 30% sugar.
I never select fruit drinks at these cafes cause I feel I could get them cheaper at QFC, but I was recommended one(nice staff) and the orange tea option tastes really high class.
Dirty boba was great. Fast service, cute decor.
Very clean, service was good. The black tea cheese crema was good, not too sweet, perfect tea taste. The watermelon slush cheese crema was very refreshing.
One of the better boba places in the area and also offers tasty desserts!
Not the fastest but worth it! The boba is really good.
Very good bubble tea that gets your pangpang
Unique drinks and very tasty!
Ordered a cup of milk tea, had to wait for half an hour! ! Never go back again. Insanitary!
Very cute shop! Will come back again to try the boba toast!
Very mediocreMass production type of bubble boiled but still hard. No favor in between. Pickup not done until you are there
Super slow recently...
Cheese cap is perfect🙂
😊 love it!
The milk tea is rich, because of the creamer, it will be a little greasy at the end, but overall it is not bad! The pearls are slightly sweet, but I personally feel that they are hard. The pudding is the pudding that is usually eaten in American beverage shops. I like pudding very much, so I think its delicious.Mango smoothie is jam-flavored, Taiwanese mangoes are too delicious 🥲
His milk tea has more than one star. His milk tea is really hard to drink, without any milky taste. The dirty milk tea has only a caramel taste, and it is sweet. The service attitude was extremely poor, and no one took care of it for ten minutes after entering. In short, the experience was very poor.
I especially like to come to meetea to drink from summer vacation. Milk green is really delicious! ! The points have been changed for four or five cups! There is no one favorite milk tea shop
The dessert shop, which was just opened, has a very small decoration style. Handmade low card cake, fresh fruit tea. The blasting toast series is delicious and fun.
