I liked this store the first 2-3 times I went but I unfortunately won’t be returning. I don’t like getting to the register and then finding out the price that’s marked on a package is “incorrect”. Especially when all the items were marked with the same price. Ended up leaving without buying anything. Now I wonder if this happened with past purchases and I didn’t notice…

First time here! I went in with very little to no knowledge about nails but I knew I wanted to practice in doing them and pretty much asked the guy in the from a simple question and he surmounted me with a bunch of information which I was pleased! Almost got the wrong nails! And he let me know that it was the incorrect nails and took me right back to get the right ones! I am definitely coming back here! Love the stickers they had too! I got a bunch of them!

I’ve been coming here for years ever since they were in Alhambra, then San Gabriel and now to their newer location which is still in San Gabriel hit farther south. Huge selection of nail polishes and pretty much everything you’d need to take care of your nails + toes. Family owned, and very friendly staff.

Worst customer service ever! Never again would I come back to them. I asked for a color in gel and the owner looked at me and say, don’t have it. He didn’t even look at me or the color! I guess they only give their “best” customer service to those who spend a lot of $$$$. The previous customer, the owner was so sweet and attentive. I’m guessing cause she spent over $300 on nail supplies. 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎 He sure sounds like he enjoyed kissing her behind.By the way, this place is totally overpriced.

This store is like going to a nail and spa show without the entry ticket and annoying people. Glen and his family keep this place tidy, easy to find and Mr. Nguyen treated my 11-year-old daughter with respect and generosity. He educated me about dip and recommended products pertaining to my trepidation about doing dip. They have YouTube videos to assist noobs like me and they accept cash or credit- help the family business by bringing as much cash as you can . It was the highlight of our family trip and I’m so thankful I live close.

First time in a nails supply store and couldn’t be more pleased with my experience. Wanted to do “gel”nails and checked with the friendly gentleman at the counter and he was super helpful. Talked me through every step and showed me what supplies I would need in order to attempt my preferred look. There was no pressure to buy on his end at all. He allowed me time to look and decide on whatever I needed. Once I completed my purchase and checked out, he sent home a few extra “gifts” to further make my nails more complete. I was in total shock of his nice gesture and the prices were unbeatable as well. So grateful for his help and for me to have made the right stop!

Decent nail decals but pretty pricey. They surcharge ALOT if you dont pay cash. They charged me 48 for only a few decals and gel polish but with card they charged me 52. Shein.com sells beautiful nail art and jewels for a very low price.

The guy here was very helpful and was not trying to over sale me any items even with knowing i was a beginner. Great customer service 🙌

Love Love Love Nail Supply House. Will not purchase nail polish or anything else related to nails anywhere else!! Prices are fabulous, selection is unlike no other, and staff is professional, knowledgable, and friendly! If your in the area, be sure to make this a stop. If your not in area, it is worth the drive! Love that it is open to the public, so thankful to have found!

I came here a few weeks ago to get everything to do acrylics, including a drill. an issue happened where it just stopped working out of nowhere, so i called and they asked me to bring it in. i did and they exchanged it with a better and more expensive one, i really recommend this place

Called to inquire about quality professionals hair dryers, and asked a question related to the price range of the dryers sold. I simply wanted to determine if coming to the store would NOT be a waste of time. The person answering the phone appeared irritated, and said he had no idea about the most expensive hair dryer sold (there). Then, he hung up after saying you need to come in to see. I wont come in to see the merchandise because I refuse being treated in a rude manner.

Although this store had so much to choose from, I wasnt thrilled with the customer service. I had questions on many of the products but I felt rushed like I was bothering them with my questions. With a store that has so many choices, why not take the time to inform your customers so they can make the best decision about their purchase??

Best kept secret! This is where the nail salons get there product... example: $30 to get half your legs waxed... entire kit warmer included commercial brand product for $50.... you can wax for a couple years and save the$$$$$$Owner and staff areHelpful and awesome!!!!!

Place is ok,but they follow you all over the place, making u uncomfortably. I even left my purse in the car. They should put cameras in all the aisles and have the guy monitor them, if you ask a question he doesnt know anything. Like your not welcome here. The cashier is very nice.

Came here during my trip to IMATS, I spent an hour just browsing the huge store. Tons of Essie, Kiko, China Glaze & OPI to be had here. They also have a small NYX display, meh. They have arcrylic supplies, nail files, nail wheels, all kinds of textures, gems/jewels, stickers... etc. When the owner rang me up, he threw in a free large size lotion for me! Best of all, this store is open to the public :-) Enjoy your shopping!
