Purchased a hover board for my daughter for Christmas on 11/23/17. Received notification that it was shipping on 11/25/2017. Expected delivery date was 11/28 to 12/1/17. Never received item. When I track it on UPS it stills says order processing. I called UPS they confirmed that they do not have package. I have tried multiple times to contact company. The phones are busy and they have not returned any of my emails.

Poor customer service. I would give them negative stars if I could. I can’t get them to return a phone call or email. It appears they don’t and won’t stand behind there Products. Had a Hoover board for 15 days and now only half of it works! Don’t buy there trash!!!

Submitted an order on T-day. After two weeks of no movement (after receiving a UPS tracking number) I decided to contact the company to cancel the order. I sent emails to two different accounts, both of which were listed for customer service. No response. Terrible customer service. Had I done my homework and read their reviews, I would have known better. Take your business elsewhere.

If I could give a zero, I would. We paid $40 to ship our hoverboard to this place to get it fixed. My husband provides the correct address in the return label and in the email he sent to them. This is the 3rd time we had to get it fixed since Christmas 2018. They fixed it and sent us a UPS tracking number. After checking the tracking a few day later, we found out that they sent it to our previous address (4 hours away). When we informed them what they did and told them that we gave them the correct address, they asked us if we could just go to our old house and just pick it up. LoL no, we cannot drive 4 hours away to pick it up from the new resident. They asked if we could call them and have them take it to a UPS store and have it sent back to sender. We have no idea who is living in that house now nor do we have a phone number now. Now they are telling me they put in a claim with UPS and that they will get assistance from the local police to go over there and pick up our hoverboard. Ok, thats nice and all but what about us getting our hoverboard? So now we have to wait at least 3 to 4 more weeks before we may get it back. What happens if the new residents say they didnt receive it? Do we not get one back because they messed up and sent it to the wrong address? Will we be out the money we paid for it, for the repairs and for the shipping?? This company is no help and has no idea what they are doing.

Add one more negative review to the list. Unlike many of the other customers here, I did receive my daughters hoverboard. Problem was, it didn’t balance. Thing was a moving death trap. Tried to return it, which they were very unhelpful in doing so. I got the hoverboard shipped out at my own expense (half the cost of the hoverboard), now they have lost it with no ability to look up my return. Shame on you Walmart for allowing this garbage company to see on your website.

Zero phone calls and/or emails returned. Lost $200 dollars and gained an upset child that is now without a birthday present bc i cant afford to buy her another from a legit company.

I purchased a hoverboard before 11-25-18. Dec 7 I got a package of about 200 labels of people that also ordered from them, no hoverboard. Called 5 times, left messages. If you ordered a hoverboard dont count on getting it be for Christmas. Poor Service.

You can not get ahold of this company if you have problems with their product and the reviews that say they emailed the company and they responded right away....... ok what email did you us??? (Negative -5 stars).I ordered through wal-mart for my daughters birthday and come to find out her mother already gotten her one so i try to return to Walmart and they say I have to send it back to sender. I’m already mad because I thought I purchased it from Walmart “the sender”. I guess not so I contact the company and they tell me if it’s not opened take it to UPS and they will ship it back for free and once they have received it then I will get a refund. So I send it and email them going on 3 months now without a refund and their reply is we have recieved your package please allow 1-3 business days like I’ve allow 1-3 business months. Where is My Money?

As the several comments below, my aunt ordered a hover board through Walmart but I guess they allow other “companies” to sell. We’ll, my aunt paid 200.00$ for this hover board that arrived two weeks after Black Friday but guess what?! It DOES NOT WORK! It doesn’t turn on it’s a bad hover board. Now, we contacted the company via email, via phone, using Walmart employees and NOTHING. No calls no emails NOTHING. My aunt is basically out of $200.00 until someone gives her money back. We will attempt with Walmart but from another customer, DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! Bogus company!

Same as everyone here. Ordered a hover board and was told it shipped. I finally checked back with Walmart after trying to contact the company to be told it never shipped. The line was busy and I sent 4 emails. I also reported it to Wal Mart since it is being sold under their marketplace. Beyond horrible.

Horrible customer service if you can even call it that! My son received a hoverboard for Christmas which broke the same day. I have yet to be able to get ahold of someone to return or replace the item. Seems as though everyone is needing to return their cheap product because their phone is always busy. Such a disappointment that Walmart would sell these items from such a shady business.

Ordered 3 hover boards on Thanksgiving Day. Received 2 December 5th (looked great). Didnt receive 3rd one until 12th of December and it was covered in oil. They sent me a return label but have not said when they will ship another one. Decided to make sure other two were in working order and they wont hold a charge. Have called and called. They dont respond to emails. About to ask for refund for other 2. Walmart gave me my money back for the one just for my hassles and wished me luck on getting ahold of the company!! Really!!

We ordered 2 hoover boards (ELECTRIC SCOOTER) is what they call it. Same issue with shipping and then we finally got them and not 10 min after my daughter rode on it one of the wheels got hung up and SHEERED the rim off!! We calibrated it as the instructions advised us too.

Same story as everyone else. Tried to call over 30 times, never got through. Sent two emails, no response. FINALLY recieved my hoverboard yesterday after almost 3 weeks...THEY SENT ME THE WRONG COLOR!! Now, under two weeks until Christmas, I have a PINK hoverboard for my son!! I dont know what to do, I have zero confidence this company will even refund my money. Website says you cant return without an authorization #, which you have to get a hold of customer service to obtain... Everyone else is sold out of the blue that I originally ordered....GRRRRRRR!!! Beyond frustrating!

Same as everyone else! Order the hoverboard Nov. 27th. On Walmart’s website it’s says just shipped as of today 12/12/17 I have not received my purchase. I called ups & they told me a label was made for my item but it is still with the seller. The seller has not sent it. I’ve tried several times to contact the seller via email & phone number but no response. Called Walmart back & they sent it over to escalation. I was told call back after 24 hours. Either way it goes I’m still very disappointed because now I will not be able to get one in time for Christmas.

I reported them to Walmart because thats were I found it on Walmarts website. Hopefully this will help people from having to go through what I had too. Ordered Hoover board Thanksgiving Day 2017 with delivery date of 12/1/2017. On that day item hadnt even been shipped. I was issued an order number through them and Wal-Mart stated the num didnt exit. I received a tracking number and when I called UPS I was informed the tracking num was issued but the item was never picked up. 12/5/17 after making several calls to this scam company that never return emails and phone is always busy....I was issued a refund by Wal-Mart. Even now the status is still saying just shipped. I have placed a complaint with Wal-Mart, BBB, my bank and fox news.

Same as everyone else so I won’t go into detail. They never arrived. This is how u get your money back from Walmart. Call Walmart customer service. Explains that you can not get in contact with the vendor and your item has not arrived nor shipped. Walmart should then send your issue to an “escalation team”. The escalation team will then contact H.a.i. And tell them they have 24 hours to respond to the meaaage. (Which we all know they won’t because they can’t respond to my 50 emails asking about the whereabouts of my board). Anywho call back after the 24 hours and Walmart will refund your money. That is essentially filing a complaint towards the vendor as well so hopefully they will be off their website soon! Any more question feel free to ask. I was refunded my money.

Same issue as most. Purchased a hoverboard through Walmart from H.A.I. 11/23. I emailed them 11/27 since it said they were sold out and my order had not ship yet. 11/28 it showed shipped with a tracking number. It is now 12/5 and still has no tracking history. Ive emailed them 3 times in two weeks with not one response! Called them and recording says due to the Holidays the only way to reach them is via email. My last email to them asked them to refund my money or I will dispute with my CC company. Guess well see how far I get with that.**UPDATE**As of 12/7/17 it now shows it has finally shipped (the day after speaking to someone at Walmart about the issue). Im updating to two stars now until we actually receive the board and I can inspect it. Good luck everyone!**UPDATE**12/12/17 and hoverbaord finally arrived last night. Im not sure if Walmart contacted them on my behalf or not but it did ship soon after my complaint. The board arrived in good condition and is exactly what I ordered. Updating to 3 stars since I received it but nothing higher due to the companys lack of customer service and communication. Its impossible to get any kind of response from them!

I ordered 2 hover boards through Walmart, not knowing that I was ordering through a third-party. First off, I did not get my order the date of December 1st as stated, and after waiting for days and weeks, I only received one Hover Board. My tracking stated that I received 2 . I have called (several times) and emailed the company twice, and still no response. I reached out to Walmart for a refund, and after the young lady checked the tracking (which I already had done), She claimed to have spoken to someone at the company that stated that my package had been lost. How could a package get lost that never left the facility?!!!!!! She also stated that I could reorder the package or receive a refund. DUH! Send me back my GOT D@*& MONEY NOW!!!!!! She said that if I did not hear from the company about a day or two, contact Walmart for a refund. I dont even know why Im wasting a day. I know I will not hear from the company.
