Terrible customer service and only takes job that makes them money and ignores small jobs.

Ive been struggling to find someone -- these guys were top notch. Took my call, were here within the hour. Herbert was courteous, kind, and quick. His work was thorough and so was his clean up. Top notch!

Great service, I recommend them for your glass work.

They procrastinated for the work a lot, they said they can finish my glass in three days but three days later they told me they don’t have the equipment to finish my order, and ask if something similar will be fine. I said yes again and then another day they ask me the same question again. They also claimed that if they did wrong they are not paying that responsibility. Seriously if you can’t do it don’t take order and waste the time. All I ask is to cut holes on my glass why is it so hard for a glass company?
