The main guy, possibly the owner is nice enough. They had a problem with the welder on my gun smith work and took the loss to replace the barrel without any problem. They are very busy, and prices are a little higher but I prefer to support a local shop when I can.

Great new location! Honestly, the ONLY gun smithing shop Id ever trust. Ive been a weapons aficionado for 30+ years, I drive a long way to drop my arms off and get worked on because I know they have the means and knowledge to get it done right the first time. Not the cheapest, but getting quality and sometimes custom work done will always cost money so why trust yourself or have someone that has no idea what to do and risk damaging your investment or even worse risk your well being.Congrats on the new spot ! First off, I am a greenhorn/novice when it comes to firearms. I did do some research online before coming in here to purchase my first handgun. It was difficult for me since I am left handed, I have to worry about the shell casings hitting me in the face. Jeff was very helpful in every way possible, I learned a great deal about guns, ammunition, and history. He picked out the Ruger SP101 4.20 for me, the gun wasnt too heavy for me and I instantly took a liking to it. I passed my FSC test with breeze and have to wait for my gun now. I would highly recommend this place, the atmosphere was nice and easy-going. Jeff was the best! We have plenty of conversations when Im selecting my gun and doing my paperwork. Ive learned a great deal about firearms when Im here.P.S. After coming home, I found out that the Ruger SP101 is a great gun for beginners. Its long barrel, weight, and toughness makes it accurate with low recoil. Thanks again Jeff!
