Took my dad to get a new range hood. Has a showroom. Salesperson is friendly and have us a decent price. Installation is next day.

BAD customer service. I purchased one range hood over there a few years ago, i lost the lamp cover. So i tried to call them to see will they have that stock. She said they dont have it and no stock right now . Then i asked when will they have it, they said u call back later. then i asked like when should i call back, she said u asked me i ask who. I suggest dont buy from them. They only take care the big customer.

Dad customer service. Dont use this company, Henry Feng told me that do NOT even has a companys E-mail address or cell phone to send pictures for the vent installation. Just like a joke.
