Worst UPS store. I dropped off my Amazon return ($400). They gave me a tracking # but it did not deliver to Amazon until 3 weeks. The tracking status was still label printed. I called them. The female owner was very rude she claimed the tracking was fake, never count on it. 2 month later Amazon emailed me my return was a wrong one. I was charged $400. Hate this store. They messed up my item they knew it. They shipped a different maybe empty box to Amazon caused a $400 fine to me. What a UPS store it was.
Today I we went to store with two bags stuff ship to Atlantic. Lisa did a professional job: vacuum comforts for me, packing all stuff. Highly recommend this store👍
I am amazed as to how quickly I was served. Very professional and courteous. I was concerned about returning my modem to att after closing my account because there’s a $100 fee if not received. I was provided a receipt by the UPS store attendant and received an email from Att the next day saying the equipment was received. I highly recommend this UPS store. Thank you to my friend at SnS postal Ctr in Temple City for Recommending the UPS at 1005 Las Tunas in San Gabriel. Great job guys ‼️
Unfriendly and even rude, they like to pass the buck. The delivery man delivered my package to this pickup point, and I went there five times, and each time they couldnt find my package. I called UPS to report and ask for the delivery mans contact information, because the man never delivered to my house, there was a surveillance on my door, and he never delivered. They refused and again and again told me to go there and wait!! Each time, it takes 1-2 hours. Terrible!
The old white gentleman (I believe to be the owner) is just horrible to work with. I was in a situation where the timely item was received on time using his services and he gave no options on how to rectify the issue and just kept blaming it on me. Just the worst service you can possibly give to a customer. These one star reviews say a lot about this location. Hope UPS is monitoring these reviews.
The shipping experience is fine. A tat slow compare to the one on Main.There was only 2 people working. When I got in there was no one at the front desk, and 2 other customers came after me. 3 of us just stood there waiting for a min or two. Not that big of a deal.Although the gentleman that help me was nice and shipping my package internationally was relatively easy.My biggest concern was both employees had their mask underneath their nose.Overall, probably won’t come back unless I have to.
Im not too sure why this UPS store has so many negative reviews. This is my go-to store for Amazon returns and for any shipping needs. The workers are constantly busy (especially with COVID-19) so they may not show a smile from time to time, but they will do their best to get your package out.The store can be a mess every now and then, but it is because they are organizing and preparing for packages to be transported. Keep in mind, the store is tiny, and there is a lot of people shipping out packages or returning Amazon products.5 stars because the workers do their best to get their job done. They are extremely quick with Amazon returns, and patient when you need to pull up your return code. Ive gone to this store for a few years now and havent run into a single issue.

The store is nice, the staff is professional,. But the manger is semi rude and is not wearing a mask correctly. I have visited this location twice during this pandemic and he has been wearing his mask wrong or not at all. I find this to be negligent of the current situation with the pandemic. UPS Corporate should really look into this.
I just went this UPS to return one item, those employees gave me dead face looks like I owed them a lot of money!! Also the young Asian guy guy on register told me “next time better tape it because we don’t do it for free, I told him I went few ups but they never warn me to tape sorry”.............well this is the real excellent customer services!!! I will not see them again NO NEXT TIME! Bye
This UPS store has always been Extremely helpful to our family and professional. My family has lived in San Gabriel for 50 years and found this UPS store honest, reliable, friendly and courtesy.Whenever I needed to sent a package to my child at college they were helpful and the package was always delivered in a timely fashion. Staff has been helpful with faxing, printing and mail service. Ive always been more then satisfied. This is a business that adds value to the community of San Gabriel.Bob, Lisa and Staff have always gone over and beyond to help our family with their services to make our lives a little easier. They are an asset to the community.
Don’t come here to do anything if you have a choice. Too slow. There is only one person in front of you but it takes forever
They asked for $2 if you didn’t print out the return label from home even though the return company said UPS will assist you to print out. Since the company paid for postal fees already, Are the suppose to print it out free labels? Very inconvenience to go back home.plus the way the lady told me from the back is very unprofessional. Bad services.
This place is a scam!!! Adidas doesn’t charge for shipping and returns, I have done it about 2 times and no charge. Today morning I went there, this old white guy charged me $2 for a return and an exchange package. The receipt says nothing about it. I asked why and he said: sometimes they do that. I assume this money goes into his own pocket!Also, it says open at 9:00am, but doesn’t open until 9:10.

Worst staff ever. Just called to confirm that the store closes at 7:30 PM and that I was on my way to return a big screen tv. Get this. The nerve of this guy on the other line was complaining. If the van comes by before you, I dont want to have that package in the store waiting. Thats not my problem. If the store is open until 7:30 and I come to drop off the package, the package stays in the office. Lazy, rude, and highly unprofessional. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!
I went in to ship a package, and I asked to use their packing tape. I barely used enough to safely tape my package closed before the woman was reaching over and taking the tape from my hands as she was mumbling about me using too much???? It was hostile and awkward in there.
1st email: Attempted delivery but never left a notice.2nd email: Second email said it was delivered and signed by the wrong person.Now we don’t know if the package was stolen or delivered to the wrong address.I call UPS San Gabriel they had the package. We asked them to keep it and we will pick it up.Next day they returned the package.I spent 1hr on the phone with amazon to get a refund. UPS you’re a pain!!!
I already taped my box for Amazon return and they still charge me 1 dollar for the tape? I will never come back to this location again. It never happened in other locations. They just want money.
Friendly staff, quick. It was open at 10:30 when I got there. Just beware the price of a fax was $2.50 first page and $1.50 each additional page. I didnt even think it would cost more than $.10 per page to fax to a toll free number. Sticker shock when I got the bill for $10. Its the last time I go there. Employees should quote the price before the service.
My package was lost in the mail, when i arrived to the ups store to solve the problem, the employee that assisted me was very helpful and apologetic. She understood that the mistake was made and solved the problem in no time. I appreciate the help but also disappointed that my package was lost.

Dont go I give it 2 thumbs down . You may think we bad reviews are the ones maybe provoking. But even simply going in to deliver a free post package is a headache with them.

Arrived at location at 630pm. Sign shows they are open til 730 called 30 minutes prior to arriving at location and no answer when I get there door locked lights shut off. What kind of business are you guys running. Will never ship with ups again, unreliable service.
The mail courier our area perfectly defines human feces. Rude, unprofessional, racist, and never deliverys my mail on time. I had a package that was supposed to arrive today and he didnt deliver. no, not the first time either. this happens all the time and consistently. Ive complained to this facility, to USPS headquarters and still... they let that mail courier work even though there are constant complaints about him. when his own coworkers cant stand him, it should say something about that mail couriers character, morals and ethics.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Terrible experience, I walked in on the horrid old white man (seems like a manager or store supervisor) being incredibly rude to a confused costumer and when it was finally my turn to drop off my package the same manager smelled TERRIBLE and had holes and stains on his shirt. He was only wearing socks and farted(?), as I walked out the store. I wouldnt recommend coming here it seems awfully unprofessional, Ill be making the extra trip to the Rosemead location instead where my packages will be safer.
I went to return my amazon package but when I got there a older lady with gray hair and was asian yelled at me and told me to leave but another store employee helped me and was very nice but the old lady definitely left me giving the store a bad review
Terrible service and rude staff. I would rather pay extra to ship with another carrier then to have to deal with these unprofessional bunch of morons. UPS should really get some QA on this site.

Garbage staff. They nickle and dime you. I had something ant from a online store and required a signature. They charged me extra for a signature, and charged me for every package.
Does not know what is customer service very rude unprofessional, they put me on hold on the phone very long time.
