I walked in getting a radiator, & Joe was very helpful. He told me everything I needed to know & explained everything thoroughly. He had great customer service and went above & beyond helping me. I definitely will be coming back to this Autozone location because the one off west florida sucks!!!
Well I just want to give a thank you for the kind service after I went to the AutoZone on Sanderson and got the worst service of my life I then proceeded to go to the AutoZone on Esplanade in San Jacinto to see if I can get my issues resolved in the moment I walked in the store it felt different and more welcoming then the two ladies at the other store showed me today. I don’t ever write reviews but Maurice took the battery I needed return and did it with no questions asked on what I was doing why I was bringing it back he listen to me I told him about the situation and his computer I bought the wrong size batteries and he said you had to do what you had to do to take care of what you need to take care of and he never said like the other two ladies at the other store that the battery has been installed and used which of course the battery wasn’t are used or installed as I told the other two ladies at the other store. What a difference a store makes I said I never go back to AutoZone however I will go back to Maurices store on San Jacinto and Esplanade if I ever have a problem again they were very knowledgeable very very very likable and made me feel like I wasn’t crazy like I felt the moment I walked out the other store it was horrible at the store but thank you again Maurice for showing your concern for the customer and taking care of him thank you again excellent job
Dont know what is happening with this auto-zone store. I wanted to make one quick question: Is UPS coming today? Considering is Saturday and another Auto Zone store told me they dont receive UPS orders.First time a sales person, Anthony put me in hold for more than 5 min. so I hanged up and tried later. Later same Anthony who tried again to put me on hold. I told him that I have one quick question. He just put me on hold again. Now I know why they have a low rate: bad customer service. Ill pick up my order Monday and never go there again.
AutoZone is always my first place to go for Auto parts very courteous the line moves quick and theyre buy back policy tools lending they have a lot of things going on that helps out their customers I like that

Today at 8:45am I was trying to buy a battery for my key fob as there was no customers in line I asked the employee (Tom) for help. Right of the bat he was extremely tensed and rudely responded that I needed to know the size of the battery.From my experience Autozone employees are hands on and would go up to going to google and getting the size for me. But this employee was just not trying to help me, he even asked me to get on his computer.I began to get agitated and asked for the Manager (African American gentleman) he was worse just could not help me and persisted that I should get all that information on my own.I went to O’rillyes and not only got the battery but they installed it for me. Moving forward my business will not be in Autozone.Hope you guys can read this and take your business elsewhere. I felt like I was asking for a gift instead of feeling like a customer.
Very busy store but theres a couple guys there that can really help and know what your talking about. The younger kids working behind the counter try their hardest. Theres also a lady behind the counter she knows more about vehicles than I expected good job

AutoZone is what it is its a fast food of Auto parts. just know what youre talking about when you go in not because theyll take advantage of you just because they didnt know anything about the last six cars that I had. a Honda a Toyota a Subaru a Ford another Honda and a Lexus. Im not blaming this AutoZone its all the AutoZone that Ive been to which are in New York California southern California Utah Nevada and Texas

Very poor customer service. We went in to return a part that we did not use at all, and the manager claimed we installed the part on a car. Pointing out black molly grease that comes in cv axle joints. Then he proceeded to insult us, and would not let us return the part. We then had to go out of our way to return the part at another autozone out of the city and finally got our money back. We will not be returning to this autozone due to the very poor customer service.

Yesterday I went to Autozone on San Jacinto Ave.I have to say I was pleasantly surprised how well I treated there. A very nice and knowledgeable man named Maurice S. made sure I had the right parts. He even checked their other stores to make sure they had the parts I needed. Saving me time by not driving all over town looking by myself. The manager Michael I believe is one of their new additions because I had never seen him before but let me just say this AUTOZONE has a gem with that kid!!!! Incredibly knowledgeable about cars. He helped me figure out the wiring report module for my car and even helped me with getting a few more parts I had been putting off buying but after talking to him and him telling me how my car would start to react and me knowing that’s what’s currently happening just reassures me he’s the real deal!!! Good Job kid 👍🏻

It is hit or miss every time I go to this store. The service is great. Sometimes the store can get crowded and line management will lack, resulting in frustrations.BUT!They are always handling their business in every other way.In store stock and parts shipped to store usually next day.The store being busy will not stop me from going in.
I disappointed with this store in SanJacinto Ave, San Jacinto, CA. I called to ask them if the new store in Sanderson Ave is open and he told me “I’m sorry, a new customer is here hold down” and I was waiting for five minutes and nobody answered the phone. I am a customer too so, he got me mad.

Hazel did not seem as if he wanted to be at work. There was no greet, no smile this employee attire (his uniform was stained) I just did not feel appreciated as a customer. Everyone else seem to be up beat. This could be a easy 5 star just by greeting your customer. I rather go to OReillys across the street from them.

So many employees present yet 30min i walked around without being asked if i needed help.....id be happy if they acknowledged i was even in the store but of 7 employees and 1 customer i still stood in line for over 5 min whole they did their best to keep their heads down in great of making eye contact. When i was finally helped i was them bombarded with at least 3 deals at the register. Why do i keep going back to autozone

Customer service was horrible..stood in line for over ten minutes
Since company driver cut me off to get into this place it kind of changed my position know how I feel about the place. Customer service was I think completely lacking considering that they spent more time talking to each other about what they have to do inside the place and had me staying out in front of the register for quite a long time before somebody acknowledged that I was there . They and charged me a lot of money for gas cap. $21.00. Because of I inflation it could go up but not that much. The person did not want to be there. The other people not want to be there. I believe in customer service and customer service is a very important part of any business . Also for their company drivers should be be more curious if theyre wearing that uniform which represents their company.
Its Auto Zone. It is what it is. Last time in...They were helpful, knowledgeable and courteous. There is usually a small wait but nothing worth whining about. I will certainly will go back again when/if needed.

Just being honest! I have had no issues at this locatio. I already know what Im looking for and i ask just for that. So, generally speaking I never have a problem. I usually go in the evening times when traffic is slow so I can get in and out.The prices are average!

Customer service is almost non existent. Didnt get help, nor did the several people waiting. Went to OREILLY next door and was helped promptly.
Very helpful staff and they pretty much carry everything you would need for your domestic or Japanese vehicle. If you drive a Land Rover or other European vehicle you might not be in as much luck as I found out with my Land Rover. They can order just about anything you want however so this isnt necessarily a bad thing
Very rude and dont know what theyre doing in terms of cars. They were not even able to disconnect my battery. Also didnt know the correct tool needed. Ive met a few nice employees here but most of them lack common knowledge on cars.
Okay so today I went to AutoZone because my front lights needed bulbs put in and I couldnt do it so when I called them they offer they told me that they could do it for me as long as it wasnt a hard job so basically I went over there and bought the balls and they had one of their workers named Anthony come out and help me take the lights out and put the bulbs in he was very patient with me we work together actually it was kind of fun it was really nice very very good at what he was doing Im really stuck stuck on words but if they wanted me to write him at his work personally I would give him a 10 so if you go to AutoZone in Sam Jacinto ask for Anthony hes very patient and knows what hes doing

I called beforehand to make sure they had the necessary parts I was greeted and helped promptly. Cant complain about the wait in line as there were a few people getting more than one part etc. I purchased my break pads there and have been satisfied with their warranty. Their hrs are convenient and help is always on hand.

Lifetime Brakes; $20.00 credit when you accumulate 5 points which means every time you spend $20.00 or more per visit you get a point. Get 5 points, get $20.00 dollars of stuff on AutoZone. But the lifetime brakes are the best perk. Good for as long as she you own your car so you might as well get the medium to A1 brake pads.

I went in to AutoZone with a problem with my alternator and not only did they test it for free (store policy) but the manager Juan, pulled up a picture of the part I was looking for on his stores data base as well as online and showed me that the part I was looking for had a different bolt configuration than what the computer was showing. He did additional research and located the correct part number and had the patience of Job. I cannot thank him enough for making a sweltering frustrating day much easier.

Very rude associates. I was waiting in line waiting patiently for my turn and another woman came I and she was attended to before me. Did not even acknowledge my presence. I have never been treated to awful before. I will not say that I will never go to another Auto zone again, but I will consider other places before I do. I will never go to this specific location ever again and I will make sure that I will let everyone I know about how awful their customer service is. I am disgusted at this experience

I went in to get a sunshade for the car. Felt like a goose in a hailstorm. I had to get some help. Sales folk were compassionate and didnt treat me like a total idiot. I got my sunshade!

I used to be a parts manager at AutoZone, so my opinion is a learned/experienced one. This autozone seems to have a lot of stuff in stock that others dont, and Im not sure why that is but every time Ive gone in, I have found what i was looking for. The staff is quick to help and friendly, and the store looks really good (trust me, there are some wrecks out there--you can tell these guys actually front/face at night and stock the blamed thing). I oftentimes have a trailer with me and parking is ample and the location is nice down there in san j. Great place! Nice job, gang.

Had a part on hold. Just needed to pay. The guy at the register wouldnt let me pick it up. I had to stand in line and wait. Then when I get to the counter they cant find the part they pulled and put aside for me. This place has NO organization. And their customer service sucks. Rude and not helpful. Ill shop elsewhere. Too much competition to deal with this.
Worst Auto Zone ever. Not poor customer service, NO customer service. I stopped by this location today, not my normal Auto Zone (I use East Hemet store) and there was a long line, only one employee in sight and stood there over 10 minutes, no greeting or call for other employees, people in line started leaving and eventually I did too. I went to my usual store and was helped immediately. I will not return to that store.
