First time customer and the last time I go here! I called and made a appointment for a oil change and tuneup. Guy on the phone said to bring it in at 8am. I arrived at 8am and one of the employees greets me and says the manager normally runs late so he cant check my car in. Manager arrives and checks me in. I ask how long is it going to take. He said around noon it should be done. I said ok Im gonna got to the gym until its ready . So 12:30 I get a call from the manager telling me theres a few issues that my car has. I said no problem I will just bring the car in another day to fix those issues. So I asked if my car ready to be picked up. He said no they havent done anything to the car except the inspection. I told him so you had my car since 8am and now its close to 1pm and nothing has been done. He said they didnt have my spark plugs. So I went to the shop. Im assuming it was break time because everyone was sitting down on their phones. I talk to the manager and tell him as a first time customer Im very disappointed . I tell him why did I bring the car in at 8am if nothing has been worked on. I also said I wasnt expecting this to be a all day thing for a oil change, I need my car I have other things to do. Instead of be apologetic he begins to get smart with me. You can just tell he didnt care about wasting my time. Not professional at all.

This is the only place my parents use for their Mercedes cars and for good reason. 1st in class quality of work and at a real world price. This is one great shop. Thanks for keeping it real.

My mom took her car here. They took good care of her side. I’m only taking off one star for the cost, but I guess they figure people with European cars can pay more she is retired and on a low income. She’s had her car for 20 years!

Way overpriced, charged me 1500 for water pump and thermostat replacement. Both items are 800 from dealer and labor is barely 1.5 hours at $125 (their posted labor cost)I got charged 699 for pump which is 600 at dealer.3.5 hours of laborAnd 80 for fluids.Somehow they. Charged $1500 instead of $1295.5Moving out of state and dont have time to argue. But seriously unethical gouging of part prices and unnecessary labor cost.Quality of work is Good, not excellent. No complications afterwards. Pump installed properly.

I went to get an oil change at the BMW dealership and the diagnostics on my car said I need rear brakes and rotors and one of my engine mounts was collapsed. The quoted amount was ridiculous as expected. I saw this place previously and decided to give them a call. Joel was very knowledgeable and his quotes on the aforementioned were more reasonable. It took less than a day to get the work done and its a good thing I did, because they let me know the second mount was completely damaged as well. So far I am very pleased with their service and will return in the future if necessary.

Had to wait 6 hours for my brake replacement although I had an appointment and parts had already arrived. Requested blue calipers and they did not give me that. They refused to deducted the cost of it. I also dropped the car off with 320 miles in gas and got it back with 270 miles left, must’ve been fun! TRASH attitude from the employees too. When I arrived to pick up the car I checked it out to see the calipers I was expecting and when I went inside after, the employee said “were you checking that we actually replaced the brakes”. Horrible service.

I love autohaus Bavaria because they really know their stuff. I bought a 2007 BMW 525i it was used to get to the dealer and they wanted just about $10,000 to repair the car. I took it to autohaus Bavaria and they were able to do the repairs all of them that I needed for less than what the dealer quoted me. I take my car there to keep it maintenanced they do a very good job and Im very happy.

My BMW convertible top refused to work and was stuck half opened. I called Autohaus Bavaria and was greeted by the owner. Dave is the best! He told me to bring the car over and he would take a look. He put Angel on the job. I had the car back the next day working perfectly....$97 out the door! A BMW dealer would charge 3 or 4 times as much and couldnt have done the job any better. Angel showed me the issues that were addressed and also fixed my rear trunk latch This business has the absolute best service, highest quality and all with a great big smile. I am so happy they are located right around the corner, but I wouldnt hesitate to drive 100+ miles to have them work on my beloved vehicle. Took my MB for a engine noise that I had for about a month that the dealership wanted to charge me an arm and a leg. These guys found the issue extremely quick and had the part within 2 days and installed the day of arrival. They treated me like family and charged me a fair amount. I stopped by because my blinker bulb burned out and they came right out, changed the bulb ( which isnt that simple because its a Volkswagen) and didnt even charge me. They have always done the work on my car because they are fair, honest, helpful and friendly!!

Ive had them work on my Volvo S70 several times and theyve always given me great service and very reasonable pricing, especially considering the costs Ive seen associated with other European vehicle repairs. The owner, Dave, has always been focused on how things can be fixed at the least cost to me. And I very much appreciate it. Would recommend them without issue.

Brought my BMW in with what I thought was a badcarrier bearing (was diagnosed by another shop). Rather than perform something expensive and unneeded they found the real problem and there by saving me hundreds of dollars. A good, honest repair shop is worth its weight in gold and thats what they are!Knowledgeable and honest

I called and asked if they work on TDI Jettas and they said they did. I brought my 03 Jetta TDI to them. One week later I called and Joel advised they dont work on diesel internals. I wish he would have been upfront from the beginning so he wouldnt of wasted my time. Do not bring a diesel European car here unless its for an oil change. Maybe theyre good gas vehicle mechanics but definitely not diesel.

World class auto shop. Luxury work at mom and pop prices. The shop was spotless and the service was steller. Angel, Dave, and the team do great work. They treated my VW as if it was as if it was an Porches and even emailed me before and after photos. I highly recommend for your foreign and import auto needs.

Sadly I use to go to PepBoys - They tried to charge $511 for ONE bearing replacement.This place for my 93 318is BMW did it for HALF the price of PepBoys - Dave and the crew are honest. My Beamer was leaking water and overheating. Dave met me in person and said I needed a new water pump. Their labor $ per hour is the best around and the quote was more than reasonable. The job was done perfectly and professionally. They really care and I felt really comfortable as they explained the issue. Dave even showed me the broken parts afterwards. This is a top notch organization and I highly recommend them. Dave and Angel Rock!

OUR V70 2.4T VOLVO WAS HAVING TROUBLE SHIFTING IN THE LOWER TRANSMISSION GEARS. WE BROUGHT OUR CAR IN BECAUSE THE ANTI-BRAKE LIGHT,THE BRAKE LIGHT,AND THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT CAME ON WHILE WE WERE DRIVING,ALL WITHIN 5 MINUTES OF EACH OTHER. I TOLD MY WIFE THIS IS NOT LOOKING TOO GOOD. SHE ASKED ME WHY,SO I TOLD HER THAT THIS LOOKS VERY EXPENSIVE.I WAS RIGHT,DAVE THE MAN IN CHARGE DOWN THERE,TOLD ME AFTER CALLING AROUND HIS BEST ESTIMATE WAS ABOUT $1,700.00. WELL I ALMOST DIED. TOO MY SURPRISE DAVE CALLED ME LATER THAT DAY AND TOLD ME THAT HE FOUND A PLACE BACK EAST THAT WOULD RE BUILD THE CIRCUIT BOARD. COST $700.00 I COULDT BELIEVE THAT HE WOULD GO OUT HIS WAY TO FIND ME THIS SAVINGS. I HAD TOLD HIM EARLIER THAT IT MIGHT TAKE ME A COUPLE OF DAYS TO GET THE FUNDS. WELL THATS THE WAY HE RUNS HIS SHOP. AND I LOVE HIM FOR HIS WILLINGNESS TOO HELP OUT A CUSTOMER THAT WAS WILLING TO PAY THE $1,700.00.SO I HAD TO TELL THAT STORY SO I COULD FINISH WITH THIS,REMEMBER AT THE BEGGING OF MY STORY I WAS HAVING TRANNY PROBLEMS,AFTER HE FIXED CIRCUIT BRD. We took the car in for them to replace some caskets. A couple of days later the car is making a funny noise. When my husband open the hood we seen oil coming out around the area they worked on. To our surprise they cut through one of the holes and just taped it and then covered it with the hose cover.
