This Place really cares about their Customers. They have alot of Sales to Younger people - Just trying to help them out. Usually the 17-20 age group.Down Payments of $2500 average for a Used Car. If it breaks down or the engine blows up, if it catches on fire or has a gas leak- no problem- they tow it-Really nice guys- one Salesman, Choy, even offered free Billiards and Beer to Customers!
These guys are great. I have bought seversl cars from these guys. Great cars. There was a slight problem with one and the big guy had me bring it in. He put it in the shop and it came back as good as if it were new. They look out for their customers here
Bought my truck from here. I am enjoying it
First time visiting this dealership. The place is small but the service is excellent. They take their time to offer you good car selection. Definitely recommend them for anyone looking for a car in Hemet or San Jacinto.
They never answer their phone, guess they dont want to make a sell.
Good customer service they go above and beyond to get you in a car.
I really liked the customer service they provide here, I walked to that location to ask questions about what I needed to purchase a vehicle, and they were polite and professional.
This place is horrible ! Not even a full day after I got the car the check engine light came on it wouldn’t start had to jump start it many times on top of that the tire kept deflating and popped the 2nd day. I asked if I can cancel and said I couldn’t. They said that the down payment is what the finance company was asking for such BS because the finance company told me that money is paid to the dealer not them! I don’t reccomend this place to anyone !
First time buyer was a good place to come to i love my new suv good people to work with when need a car
I give this place 1 star because i have to and unless u got a decent down payment u can get a car, other than that their signs that say that ur credit doesnt matter is a lie. The people here are liars too. The lady said my credit was used before 18 lol that wasnt true after i investigated. The salesmen Art (I think that was his name) was lying to me ovee the phone about our deal being good and i just have to deal with their financial people and that thr hard part was over about my application and me wanted to use my car and deposit for a newer car. Once i got there the lady game me this bogus explanation on the bank wont approve the car i wanted based on the mileage. So they tried to get me a more expensive car with bad shocks. Once i got in the office with the assumption he gave me the lady tells me my credit was bad and that its been used before 18 and my credit is locked out lol what B.S. so i leave and the Art guy says oh what? U didnt get approved?! According to him i was, then I wasnt? Fake dealership. Be careful, ur better off going to 951. Do not trust their word.
From the first time i stepped in there i began to notice that a lot of there cars had the check engine light on. I test drove a dodge magnum that overheated when i test drove it and the check engine light turned on also. I then test drove a 2006 silverado that had a broken sway bar and a power steering pump that didnt work. Not to mention that the car fax for that truck didnt even match it. Even after those experiences i was willing to still give them a shot when i purchased a 2006 charger off of them that only ran for a week before it began shuting off and wouldnt run at all sometimes. When i took it back to the dealership they send it out to a shop to get it fixed. Didnt get the car back for over a month in a half. When i got it back it ran good for 2 days and then it failed again. I endexup taking it to another repair shop of my choice and they discovered that the transmission was going out and the car had severe electrical problems. I ended up returning the vechicle to the finance company who returned it to the dealership. When i went to talk to the owner of the dealership i explained to him why i returned the car he was upset because he had to pay the shop to get the car back and he refused to return my $2000 that i had put down as a down payment. Very shady dealership and i would never do business with them again. I dont recommend this dealership to anyone. Plus there cars are way over priced. Very dishonest people to do business with.
Very respectful and courteous
Do not get a car from them my car got repoed on the 3rd of October because I missed 1 month of payment for September so the sold my van without letting me try and get it back they said bank canceled contract well bank said no San Jacinto auto sales cancelled contract so I call back speak to Oscar he said your van is not here I sold it this is the 6th and they have a grade D+
People there are AWESOME
Service might be excellent but the cars suck probably because they want to get rid of all that junk
