Everyone is warm and friendly. The entire staff is knowledgeable about products and cost. I was seen for my appointment within a reasonable amount of time I believe, my experience was five minutes or less waiting. I greatly appreciate doctors of any kind that I understand that my time is also valuable. Focus Vision is a great place to have your optical needs met.

It was my first time at Vision Optometry and the staff were very welcoming. I have no complaints about anything. They made my first time experience there amazing.

The staff was great! I didnt wait more then a couple of minutes. And the the Doctor was awesome! She answered all of my questions. And compared to some other exams Ive had, I felt like my vision was more important then getting the next patient in and out.. Thanks Doc!!

I can’t say enough good things about the team at the San Jacinto Focus Vision. The facility is clean and followed all the covid 19 guidelines. The front staff is warm and welcoming. I was greeted and then promptly checked in. Then I was taken back by an optician that was wonderful. She was kind and efficient. Then only waiting for a short time I got to see Dr. VanGuilder, who is fabulous and informative. Like I said I can’t say enough. Front to back the team was excellent. I will definitely be going back for all future eye appointments.

It was a very good appointment. They did what was necessary as quickly as necessary without sacrificing any professionalism. They just need to work on getting the glasses to you sooner.

The staff were friendly and helpful. Service was prompt. And as always Dr. VanGuilder did an exceptional exam, explained all findings and concerns in a way that was easy to understand, and answered all of my questions satisfactorily.

My experience at the office overall was excellent, however, they have been unresponsive to follow-up inquiries about my eye tests, I left a voice message and sent two emails via their website contact form, and still no answer. The doc promised to email me the results, and nothing has come, its been weeks.

I have been going to Focus Vision for 13 years, but this was the first time to the San Jacinto office. I couldn’t be more pleased. The front office staff is amazing, and Dr. N is just great!!

I was treated with kindness and patience. I couldn’t figure out which style of glasses would fit me so the staff gladly took extra time to help me and explain all the details and what my insurance would and wouldn’t pay.
