I was frustrated shopping around since yesterday for a storage space and as soon as I walked in this facility I was greeted with a warmth and courteous smile. Yolanda treated me outstanding with a fun trolly ride until I found exactly what I was looking for. This is an amazing place I will recommend my friends.

Knowledgeable staff answered all my questions succinctly, clearly explained policies and my obligations as a renter. Not happy with excessive insurance charges, kinda like havingTitle insurance. Sounds good but there are never any claims- ESS money maker. Robust storage market so border line as to why i really want to pay such high rates for smaller spaces. Perhaps i need to downsize my possessions.

I have been with this storage about 2 years and the last 6 months or so ive been dealing with Damion B. He is so friendly, respectful, helpful .. He makes me smile paying a bill .. Lol .. I look forward to seeing him when i go in ..

This was such a great experience. The customer service rep was amazing, kind and easy to work with. He answered all of my questions and was very knowledgeable about anything I needed to know. He was efficient and friendly.

I have been here for a year and a half and all of the staff are amazing! I have a hectic schedule and they always give me reminder calls so I dont get a late few. They only call before my late fee. I have never had a late fee because of this reminder. I am so thankful because I forget very often.

Ive been at extra space storage for a year-and-a-half. And every time that Ive come here its always clean and pleasant . Ive never had any problems the storage is fantastic for all of my things my personal belongings and I felt very safe being here on the premises even when its late . Im here by myself and I am a female . I think that when I first came here the office employee they were pleasant I have not been able to speak to anyone since the covid-19 epidemic came on the scene. Nut its still clean and I still feel safe and I thank Extra Space Storage and all of their employees for doing such a wonderful job and seeing that their workplace is clean and safe .

Very nice ppl at first the next day they kicked me out and its been 2 weeks without them giving me my refund and Im homeless and could use the money. I called to find out about why and they said I was not in the system, but I have 7 emails from them. Dont judge a book by its cover.
