When I broke my tail light and scuffed up my bumper, I was told by my Audi dealership that they highly recommend AW Collision as they are the only certified autobody shop to work on Audi vehicles. I used their website to send a few pictures of my car, and Aaron was helpful in sending me an initial estimate. I knew I would have to go in and have him take a look for an actual estimate.I brought in the car and he was very friendly and got on the phone on the spot w/ Audi to ensure my parts could be ordered ASAP. Due to my work schedule, I wasn’t able to drop off my car until the next week. I dropped off my car no problem, and Aaron said he would stay in touch. I brought in my car on Mon, 8/23 in the late afternoon, and Aaron would keep in touch w/ me via email. Before the long Labor Day weekend, him and the team were able to complete my car on Fri, 9/3 right before they closed.As discussed, they had to replace the tail light, the bumper, and got rid of the scratches below the bumper. The work speaks for itself. The bumper and taillight light look perfect, and the paint job is so immaculate that it looks like my car just rolled off the Audi lot! Luckily, I didn’t damage any of the sensors and so my estimate was the same as what he gave me on that Monday. I was absolutely BLOW AWAY by the results; it looks like I have a new car again. Top notch care if you are looking for a decent BMW certified body shop in South Bay. Both front and rear passenger side doors were damaged, got it fixed like new with exactly matching paint. See before and after photos. They use all oem parts for replacement. Aaron is the guy. He made sure I get my car as quickly as possible.

Took my brand new Audi A7 with only 1800 miles on it for repair after a small accident. Absolutely the worst customer service, quality and un-responsive body shop out there. It took them 5 weeks for a minor repair on my car. They will never reach out proactively to provide updates .I emailed them weekly to request for update. And wait for next week to send them another request, repeat over 5 weeks. Its like your car went into a black hole. Then work is complete on Tue but takes them through next Mon to finish Insurance paperwork. They were quick to blame Audi and the insurance but themselves over the 5 weeks when providing updates. Then the car handed to me for pickup is dirty with bird droppings INSIDE the new car. Dirt in the trunks from repairs. Which they claim to have professionally detailed for all customers. Picture attached. The GM called to come out to see the dirty car, They recently got certified for Audi and have no clue how to handle European cars. The 3 star service is pushing it for them. Not sure how Audi certified them.

Communication was spotty. I had to email them once a week to ask for status and I’d get a mediocre response. Way too expensive too. Work itself was done very well and the car looks like nothing happened to it. People were nice and easy to work with.. just not comparable to autonation where we had another body work done.

Quality work and delivery on time - This is the second time I have used this shop and was again impressed by their speed and quality of work. Aaron is the best guy there. He managed every thing from start to end with the insurance company and I basically just dropped off and picked up the car. I highly recommend this place.

My vehicle was parked at there workshop for inspection after I picked my car some of the parts were missing which were worth almost $2000, I tried to contact them, they never admitted and never answered my calls. I don’t recommend anybody to there.

Took my Audi in for a quote. Didnt wait long, guy was friendly & took the time to explain in detail what needed doing to repair my car. Said he would get me a quote within an hour. So far so good...but that quote never arrived.After a few days I called AW up to chase my quote as I had another quote & wanted to make a decison. The lady I spoke to confirmed my email address & phone number. Understanding that I had a competitors quote she said they would get back to me before end of day.That was 3 days ago.Normally companies are great at signing up for new business & then disappoint.Glad I went elsewhere as I can only imagine how much more disorganized they would have been further into the process.

Ive had a few experiences with AW Collision and all have been great. Just a few weeks ago my Mini Cooper was backed into and I took it in to AW Collision. They worked with the insurance companies and handled everything. They got my car done when they had promised, and they did a flawless job. My car looks as good as new!

I want all of you know this shop partners with Stevens Creek Lexus. All serious body part damages from Stevens Creek Lexus will send to this shop for repair.I bought a brand-new Lexus IS in Feb 2019 and got into a collusion two weeks after purchasing. My rear bumper and pipe got smashed and the trunk became uneven. Steven Creek Lexus sent my car to this shop. My car had repaired at this shop for a month! Although I was not liable for any damage, this shop quoted about $15,000 for repair cost which is way overpriced. (When they quote more, they can make more money from insurance company) They even replaced the fuel cap and brand logo on the trunk which was not damaged at all. As I mentioned, the pipes got smashed and had many scratches on them, but they didn’t replace both pipes. I ended up with dirty and damaged pipes.The most important thing is after 4 weeks of repair. There are 5 noticeable scratches and several sticky marks on the paint of my car. I only drove my new car for two weeks, but they repaired for a month with more damages! They don’t want to pay for the scratch damages made by them.NEVER ever come to this place for repair. This is a small body shop, so they are trying to make as much money as possible from insurance companies.

Honda had a recall on paint and AW Collision was certified by them. DO NOT GO HERE FOR ANY REASON. They scratched the tint on both rear windows, the passenger door, they dented my rear spoiler, they bent the bottom support bar for the exhaust, etc etc etc. This is extremely unprofessional and insulting thinking I would not catch any of these problems. I got some of these fixed, at least the ones I saw before until I started noticing more damages after I had them redo my tint and replace the spoiler and paint, but the quality for the tint is garbage, specs and bubbles in it, why redo it if you cant do it correctly? Thats absolutely pathetic and absurd how I have to check these kind of things after getting repairs done. I wish I could post pictures to show their pathetic mistakes. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!

This set of individuals (Id not refer to this as a business entity) are shysters. They overcharged me and my insurance company regarding a minor repair to my 5 series BMW, put in writing an agreement to return the surplus funds and never did. My review and experience seems consistent with other respective reviews. You can do better. Dont stop your search here, go further to uncover a better, more ethical service provider.

Absolutely wonderful service. I worked with Mike - he was so proactive and communicative. Went above and beyond.

I feel like they were DISHONEST. I brought them a 2017 car with less than 5000 miles worth $50,000 with $40,000 worth of damage. they told my insurance company there was only about $20,000 worth of damage. After they fixed the $20,000 worth of damage, they said they found another $10,000 worth of damage, after they fixed that $10,000 of damage they twice more said they found $5,000 of damage that they hadnt previously seen. This way instead of totalling the car AW was able to bill the insurance for the repairs. The repair TOOK MANY MONTHS, and because they NEVER RETURNED ANY OF MY MANY CALLS I contacted my insurance company and suggested that I might move my car to another body shop. My insurance company contacted aw and they immediately called me and told me my car was ready. When I got my car back it made a funny noise when I drove and one of the power outlets that worked before the accident didnt work anymore. I called and left a messages for Hector(the repair guy assigned to my car) and he never returned my calls. My final assessment is that this place is good at scamming and bad at repairing cars. FUpdate: my roof leaks on the side that got hit after the repair

This place does quality work but they have horrible service. Hector lacks the communication skills and the one of the receptionist was on her cell phone playing a game which made me feel like I was disturbing her even though Im a customer.

Could not recommend this place enough! Worked with Carmen, who was awesome and provided plenty of updates along the way and handled all of the difficult leg work with the other partys insurance company. They made sure to get all of the correct OEM parts straight from the dealership, and mine was particularly tricky because its not a common car (ATS-V Carbon Black Package). Quality of work is excellent.

Rudy and Danny were great! Very professional, good communication, honest, accommodating and prompt. My Q7 now looks as good as new. I highly recommend AW Collision to anyone.

The receptionist Laura is very, very rude. She keeps saying hello on the phone where she could hear me perfectly fine but pretending she couldnt and hang up the phone. When I called again, I spoke loudly so she could hear me and she just hang up the phone. RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL.

I recently got my car fixed, and I really liked the service in terms of Body Fix and Customer Service. I would definitely recommend this BS for BMW cars.

There is something fishy about this place. They tend to make much money as possible from insurance companies and does not see what works better for their customers. Not ever going back to this place for anti repairs.

Very Very Very Bad Job. I gave my BMW 328i 2011 model for doing body shop in 2013. So, this was a long pending review. I bought used 2011 BMW in 2013 and ran into accident just immediately I bought it (Same day). So my insurance sent my car to autowest. They took almost 2 months to repair it. finally when I got it back, I can see the job they done is pathetic. 1. When I drive car I can hear noise from the door which they replaced. 2. Door rubber beading comes off and it sicked uneven. 3. They stole my original scratch less mirrors & tries and replaced them with old ones. (when I asked them about it they said it was like that when they got them, and when I showed them the before body shop pics they said mirrors are spoiled during repair work by dust and they con not do anything about it.). 4. Rubber beading from trunk comes off. 5. The replaced doors are unevenly fixed. 5. I can see the hood dislocated after the repair. 6. I had to fix lot of engine mechanical problems as well due to their poor work. - Net - Net They are dishonest, cheaters, and worst of all they steal parts. I do not suggest anyone going here. And the person who worked for my car was Hector. They tend to loot and do more repair then needed.

They are good and professional on what they do when it comes to your car and Mike, Fernando and Noah, sure helped with my car, that was in car accident back in 10/2018 and was repair by other shop Caliber Collision, that did an awful work on it and brought it to AW COLLISION for inspection and possible repairs but AW COLLISION find out other imperfections with the car the insurance decided to TOTAL the car. I thank AW COLLISION for the matter they took care of me needs and took overlook on the car.

They did fine work on my bumper. BUT BEWARE!!! I NOTICED PROPERTY MISSING FROM MY VEHICLE!!!! Very disappointed, I heard/read this was a respectable establishment but now Im unsure. WATCH OUT!

I could not have asked for a better experience from a body shop. I had my newly purchased car hit on the freeway and was beyond concerned about which shop to take it to for repairs. I drive a 2015 RCF in molten pearl (not an easy color to match), they painted almost half my car and youd never know it was side swiped. If you drive an exotic car, these guys know their stuff. Aaron Muñoz was beyond helpful along with his staff, I would recommend using them to anyone that has been involved in an accident, their level of work sits on different level and was thrilled with the end result!!-Rich

Its terrible place, terrible work, terrible service. I have only a few years old Lexus GX460, after the replacement rear pumper from this place, the rear of the car looks ugly, cant accept, but they refuse to fix it. Only two months, the front bumper pup out.

Got into an accident, took it there by referral from a friend. They TRIED to put wrecked parts back on my truck,was only supposed to be a 4day deal ended up being there 36 days!!! Shady ajuster vince j. Never take an thing there people. Got stuck for payment of rental after 30 days, was charged because of neglect on there part and refused to pay me.

I have had 2 non-fault accidents resulting in my wonderful 350Z being put to the shop, Auto west was certified by all the major dealers including Nissan so i knew it wouldnt affect my warranty and I could get some quality work done, on the insurances dollar of course. After the first time they repaired it for a 2 week job it took 1 month and 1 week, they consequently drained my battery completely dead and would no longer hold a charge, so i had to get a new one, was never re-reimbursed after several attempts. They Dinged my driver side door and instead of saying oh, well just go buff that out immediately he tried to schedule me in for a later date TBD of course... which is making this hard since my only other vehicle is my Bike and its rain season. I want to keep this short... but below is the complete List of damages to my car done by the Auto Shop.Door was dinged by blue car apparently - $250Battery Panel Latch Broken - $15Amp Left Unhooked and Terminals Broken Off - $15Amp Un screwed and Screws Missing - $2Front License Plate Missing after bumper repair- $40Battery ITself Drained and Dead - $100Spare Tire Taken and only returned after i called in 2 months later when i needed it ofcourse!!!Alignment after the accident still off.Overall the work they did repairing the damage done by the accident was wonderful but the damage incurred after the accident is becoming ludicrous. Inform everyone you know, so we can shut these people down. My roommate is a mechanic and a damn good one. These people... its shameful to have to admit i went to them... but its better at least i can let you know how bad they really are.
