I took my car to get serviced and was assisted by this lovely women named Dana she was supper great and very detailed about the whole process she made me feel very comfortable about leaving my car. She gave me updates the whole way though. Which was super great it was really helpful to know what was going on very step. When can time to get my car we ran into some issues, but never the less Serena came to the rescue and saved the day. She talked to my insurance company and I was able to pick up my car. These two ladies were such a delight to be around and made my whole experience wonderful. I will definitely be recommending this place to close friends and family. Thank you caliber collision

Great service, quick turn around.

2021 bmw with license plate bumper ding inquiry: someone there Scratched my rim, popped my car tire, added new scuffs by parking the vehicle under a tree, uneven paint solvent pops on different areas of the car. Had to take it 3x just to still find new damages. NOT COOL

They are poor at time estimation and management. Gave me due dates then missed claiming shipping damage and such. (I contacted them, they never contacted me other than their computerized text alerts nobody updates.) Had other local shops turn out similar work in half the time. At least they apologized... I guess.

I was really happy with Caliber Collision and the team I interacted with. the front staff were really nice and I was able to speak with the Service Manager to clarify a couple of questions. The shop is really clean and the place was easy to get to. I feel I was treated fairly and the process was easy.

Caliber did a wonderful job fixing a large scratch on the side of my car! They quoted a 5 day repair window and were done within 4! The car looks good as new.All the staff were very kind, friendly, and helpful throughout the process, and kept me updated on how the repair was going. Though I hope I do not have to see them again (because that would be car issues) I wouldnt mind too much since they were excellent.I would highly recommend this repair shop to anyone needing an issue fixed!

Professional and warm! They’re the right balance of customer service and are very knowledgeable. I took my car in had it looked at within minutes and found out what I could without them taking apart the bumper to check for other damages. They are quick and let you know right away when they are available to assist, how long it will take, and what to expect. I highly recommend giving them a call to check on when you should come by with your vehicle.

Took my car to get fixed after a parking lot hit and run and they did amazing. Had my car ready in about a week and gave me updates every step of the way. Love the customer service.

Not what it used to be. The Monterey Collision people are still great. The corporate monopolistic Caliber staff have ruined a great place. I will never return. IMHO, they failed to provide an adequate quote. We towed it to Fairgrounds Collision. The car is still totalled, but at least we had a COMPLETE estimate so that we knew that our insurance would pay us enough to fix the car should we choose to retain it under a salvage title.

These guys were great, Vary easy to work with Fernando kept me informed about my challenger by calling me and sending me email pictures per request. Thanks for detailing my car as well. 😁😀☺ ...Not sure why some customers give a bad reviews, Never rush a body shop when your car in for repairs. My car only took less than 2 weeks to repair and it came out awesome. Remember people they need to order your parts and it can take up to 4-5 Days to receive....
