Best mechanic body shop and experience ever Ive been a consistent customer for over 20 years

The job was not entirely complete. The bumper is missing screws and is wobbly second day after the job was done. Further and more irritating, was that items were moved around in my car and my telephone was stolen along with my gas card. The owner tried to imply that his workers only did work on the outside of the car. I explained to him that someone needed to drive the car into the work area and into the parking area and then back to the customer reception area but he refused to acknowledge and simply didnt care! So now I have a bumper that is not complete and a phone and gas card that have disappeared along with some cash!! Stay away from this auto body repair!!!

I needed the drive belt changed on my car. Hiep Hoas auto repair on S 10th in San Jose came recommended. I went there Thursday, told him what I needed and made an appointment for Friday. He initially told me it would take an hour. It took 2 1/2 hrs. He got the wrong belt and had to reorder it. I waited in a chair outside. I would of sat inside but Im a little sensitive to smoke and he had incense burning. All seems well under the hood again. I did find a smudge on my door that I cleaned once home. I might recommend him and might return for further auto repair.

I have been to Hiep Hoa several times. Are they perfect? No but you cant beat the quality of work for the price.The first time I went was about 10 years ago. The side of my vehicle had been hit. The insurance company sent me a check for 7k and said fix it wherever you want and Hiep fixed it for $800.00. I was very skeptical for the price. But 10 years later that side of the vehicle still looks like brand new.

DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP. This guy is a certified HACK. Brought our car to this shop after it got into an accident and insurance gave us quotes to fix it. Got the car back and the fender is not the same color, there are a ton of pieces still missing or ignored, and there are parts that he quoted to replace but he did not replace. Also we got the car back and the car was making a loud knocking noise. We had to take our car back apart to figure out it was a part that should have been caught because it was very visibly broken. Very very disappointed and recommend taking ur car anywhere but this place.

The price is cheap, but there is a reason: cheatingI found a lot of reviews saying the price for repairing is cheap. So I gave it a try. But one week later, I realized that there is a reason why it is cheap.I paid around $300 to replace the coilcover of my car at Hiep Hoa body shop. They claimed that it is a new one. But one week later, I drove my car to a Toyota service store because of recall on my car, the workman told me that the coilcover was a used one, and it was not in a good condition, and suggested me to change it asap. I was surprised because it was just replaced. But the workman double checked, and he was sure that it was a used one.When I drove back Hiep Hoa, the boss still lied to me, saying he replaced my coilcover with a new one, and I should be responsible for the bad coilcover at the moment. So I have to pay the replacement by myself in another bodyshop.

Good service, fast and lowest price for everybody

I dropped my brand new car to Hiep Hoa for repairing some scratch on the passenger side rear door. When I picked up my car, the damaged was fixed, but two more serious damages showed up: starch on the front bumper and starch & dent on the other side of rear door. The damages were not so obvious because the bodyshop did some painting on them and tried to disguise its fault. However, the bodyshop dismissed its responsibility and lied that damages were there when I dropped my carIN CONCLUSION: If you decide to go with Hiep Hoa, please take pictures for EVERY UNDAMAGED part of your car when you drop your car there. Otherwise, this bodyshop may damage your car and dismiss its responsibility, as a result, you need to spend much more money
