Why wait longer and pay more for identical service.Needed annual maintenance.They were unable to meet their valet commitments.They were 40% more for the same service from a identical dealer 15 miles away.
My service agent was Alex and he was very courteous and did a fantastic job in guiding me through. Even though my car was multiple years old, it had very low miles on it so he also suggested some modifications in the list of services that are usually performed in Service A.

I had an amazing experience purchasing my car through these people. Antonios was helpful, knowledgeable and an all-around great person! He wasnt fake or pushy, and I was surprised he even remembered me too days later after I went home to think about it. I had been shopping for a car for 3 months and the last dealership I went to didnt even acknowledge me or try to work with me on a sale and literally called me a liar. It was the craziest car experience I had ever had. So meeting with Antonia, he was a breath of fresh air and my husband and I really enjoyed going there. We would go back in a heartbeat. Thank you guys for being real, and legit!!
So disappointed with the customer service that Danny Salinas provided, he couldn’t even provide me the paperwork for the service that was performed on my car. The car I bought was brand new and was sold to me with a factory defect, the safety team and the salesperson who sold me my car aren’t doing their job correctly inspecting the vehicles when they first arrive in their dealership, thus putting their customers’ safety at risk.

I brought my car to this service center for the first prepaid maintenance after one year as they have scheduled. The car was driven 9K approximately. They did the maintenance but didnt check my tires while I assumed that they did and everything is okay.3 months later I got a flat rear tire and took it to another Mercedes dealership for fixing. They checked all tires in front of me and told me that front 2 tires are worn out and need to be changed (I saw it myself, so they didnt lie). I had 10K on the car back then.There is a chance that my tires were replaced with old ones during my first service because I mostly drive in traffic and in these conditions 10K is too low mileage to wear tires off. I am not accusing them though, as I have no proof.However, they didnt check my tires and didnt tell me that they are due soon and they set up my next appointment one year later. If I didnt have the flat tire I wouldnt know that my front tires are worn out and I would endanger my life.Also they didnt tell me that rotation is not covered by prepaid maintenance and I should do it myself.Very disappointed. My manager was Ramsin.I spoke with manager and his boss expecting to get at least some discount for changing the tires, but no luck.

I have a sprinter van and the customer service there is excellent Im very happy that I own a Mercedes well its not a Mercedes forsake but its a Mercedes Sprinter van still pretty cool
We came with the full intention of getting a new 2018 GLA but the sales person was so bad and so negative we lost all our energy. He could not answer any of our questions. We took a test drive and all he wanted is to cut it short we drove 0.4 miles and he said ok turn back to the car lot. So we ended up getting a different car these guys lost a customer due to a completely bad unprofessional sales person.
Giving star is only the option to give this people having Mercedes car and getting inproper customer service
