They are a very good insurance company.I know because I use to drive and they where my insurance handler never had a problem with them. There very friendly a customer well being is there priority.

Had a great experience getting my car repaired. My repair was an out of pocket repair so insurance wasnt involved. The staff did a great job with paperwork, car rental, updates and workmanship. Ive recommended their services to friends and family. I honestly cant tell the difference between old and new. They also did a full cleaning of the car. Inside and out.

I took my car in September for body repair after a crash and they have held onto my car for the longest time. Even when I finally got it back (which was recently), my cars battery struggles to start up the car and the AC is ruined. I dont know how they managed to ruin the battery and AC in body and suspension repairs but they did. For the record, the battery and AC were in good condition after the crash happened.

I went to get my truck fixed and the guy Chad Soares didnt explained us right about the insurance he called to pick up the truck that it was ready nd fixed my steering wheel used to locked nd now it doesnt supposely they put a new stereo nd the speakers dnt work people there especialy Chad Soares nd my dad told him off nd he changed the subject the secretary Johanna has a damm attitude u need to fix it i dnt recomend this place to no 1 bad service nd attitude

After the repair 2 of my air fresheners and my Kindle reader were gone, Rudy Solorio was rude and refuse to investigate further, kept saying its common sense not to leave them in the car, we wouldnt touch things in the car, its ok that you cant find them if you nicely tell me youve asked everyone who has processed my car and they didnt see it, but its Rudys indifferent attitude makes me highly uncomfortable.
