I used this place to service my car for the past 3 years. Its expensive but the technicians were professional, so no complaint there. Last week I went in for my 3 yr service on my 2018 CX-9, and was quoted $1600+tax for the minimum option. From the quote, its just to inspect everything and change some basic fluids and 4 wheel alignments. Nothing major is done.I took the quote home and did some digging by myself. I found out that most of the items there were not necessary according to the owners manual. For example, differential fluid and transfer case fluid only needs to be changed if the car is submerged in water. This is nothing short of highway robbery. I wont ever go back to this place again. From now on, I will have my service done at reputable mechanic shop near by.

Older man, tall,glasses, cauc., brit accent. (The price had been lowered 3 x in past week). Tho He said the current price, was set, Corporate sets the price.mmhuh.We saved approximately $190.I know we could walk away. I was torn ????? Knew theyd not let us walk.. After we were signing papers, I shared that his refusal to adjust the price, affected my overall experience. And wondered if that negotiation was worth the feelings I had. Great salesman, yuck experience w finance manager.We declined any other sale additions. Which is where company makes money.no financing, no extraWarranties .Car, taxes, dmv =out the door. Again, Offered us a special pkg warranty b/c we were Costco. No. I wondered if he was not used to dealing w a woman, or my wife, present.They did have a 3 day return policy. We took it to our Acura/Honda mechanic and paid to have it checked out, no problems.

Had a good experience leasing a CX-30 with Alex. Very smooth from making my trade-in vehicle loan whole, to test driving and signing a lease on a new vehicle same afternoon. The CX-30 had just arrived, so we arranged for him to drop it off at my house the next day and take the trade-in with him. I was ready to purchase a brand new SUV at sticker price when the manager told me the sticker price was incorrect. The correct price was $2,000 additional. I asked why. The manager said because it was the only vehicle of its kind remaining. I pointed out the exact same vehicle, and said, Okay, Ill take that one. He then said, instead of $2,000, I will only charge an additional $1,500.

Not sure how to suggest a change on Google Maps so I am just gonna leave this info in review:Google Maps directs to the parking lot of the Toyota next to the Mazda, which has a sign says “Do not enter, employee only” and even if you enter there’s no way to go from the Toyota parking lot to the Mazda parking lot. Best way to get to the Mazda is to keep going on Albany when Google Maps tells you to turn into the Toyota parking lot and turn right on Stevenscreek.

Bought my car there 3 years ago. and i have done most of my maintenance with them. sale process was ok. it was hard to understand the finance part of it though. maintenance is ok. Courtesy cars are never available (unless youre among the first in the morning) and shuttles are useless. plus, they dont wash your car (they wash it in redwood city). I went there last week to buy the car at the end of lease. the finance guy tried to increase the loan rate by 1% and added three insurances and was very fast to print the document. I asked few times about one of them which is more than $100 per month and the guy told me: its very useful and you get all of this. Sorry but i consider this to be forced sales! when i insisted he removed the cheapest. now once back home i asked them to cancel the insurance (the contract says it can be done for one month at no cost)and then, total silence. no answer. so i am going to do the official paper work for cancelling and they will never see me again !

For services: Beware of what you are paving for. Make sure you check the price with other dealers around. The price can be insanely high… I made an appointment and got a quote for a BASE maintenance package for $1.9K. I called another official dealer, the BASE maintenance package is only $600. This is not my first Mazda and not my first maintenance at this mileage, $1.9K is just insanely ridiculous.

This review is for the Service department. Been servicing my CX-5 at Oak Tree Mazda for 6 years now.Recently, the service department have been sending me multiple email coupons to bring my vehicle in for service. Brought my vehicle in but they refused to honor the discount because apparently it has to be serviced within 10 days of coupon receipt, regardless of how early you schedule your appointment (and IF you manage to find a slot within the time frame). What bugs me is the coupon even shows up and was applied in their appointment system. Rather they quoted me 3x more for the same service that was advertised over email.Typical bait-and-switch. Might seem like a minor issue, but to me it indicates lack of transparency and poor management of customer trust. Ill be looking elsewhere for my service/purchase needs.

He greeted us outside the dealership and brought us inside where he made us feel very comfortable and we discussed many things, including personal experiences. When the car we were originally interested in was not available, we had a discussion about alternatives. He put his best offer on the table, and when there were some complexities in arriving at that deal, he worked hard without pressuring us. Ultimately, we got the deal we wanted, and he personally handled many of the computer settings on the car to make it easier for my wife to drive home at night in a worry free manner. Brandon definitely scores a 10 out of 10 in our book.

I took my car in for a simple air bag re call, which my car was held for 4-5 hours which is no big deal. But after getting the car back my coolant shot up to over heat, and I also heard a wobbling nice right after I got the car driving it back home but once it got to my mechanic he told me on all 4 of my tires the lug nuts were not on really at all and my rear end right tire was basically off, if I went atleast 60 mph 1 of my tires minimum would have fell off, they also did a inspection of my car apparently l, and my car has no issues handling wise. So I would just be careful, the people were nice but whoever worked on my car could have seriously got me injured if I waited one more day to take it in.

The process was easy. I had a pleasant experience with Michael Montuy. I appreciated that he saw there were no mats and went ahead and ordered some for me. The detailing of the vehicle could have been better but Michael is taking care of that and we scheduled a follow up. I appreciate when you take care of your clients and Michael made sure of it. I just wish there was more parking.

Absolutely disappointing experience with Oak Tree Mazda, disinterested salespeople and terrible customer service. I ended up buying my car with a different dealership in the Bay area because of their lack of customer service and hospitality - both of which are essential in their line of business.

10/10 EXCELLENT experience. Chris was the man! I had the best car buying experience I could have had. Chris and Jorge did everything they could to ensure I left happy with a car I would enjoy. No one enjoys sitting around at the dealership for hours, but i was here for 6 hours and they both worked incredibly hard to ensure I was comfortable while also doing everything in their power to make the deal happen. I wasnt able to afford the car I wanted but Chris did a great job of surprising me with a car he thought I would enjoy and it is hands down great. Again not what I wanted at first but he did more than enough and I cant be more appreciative of him. As long as Mazda continues to make cars I enjoy, I hope to always shop with Oak Tree Mazda. This is the 3rd car that I have bought from Brandon Simon and Oak tree Mazda. Id have to say that all my experiences were the same if not better than the previous one. Brandon and his team go above and beyond customer satisfaction. They make you feel like part of the family and really do have you best interests at heart. I wouldnt buy another car from anyone in the industry. I didnt feel like I was buying a car. I felt like I was hanging out with friends and receiving a cool gift at the end. Everything went smoothly as they worked with us in every aspect- from fixing some minor issues with the car to delivering the car to our address. I was able to buy my dream car within my budget without much hassle. The entire process was smooth and stress free. I would definitely recommend Oak Tree if you want to buy a Mazda car!

I purchased a 2018 CX-5 at the end of March.The car is fantastic (5 STARS), the dealership is fraudulent (0 STARS).There are two situations that I will relate.The first involved the payoff of the car I traded in; Oak Tree collected over $350 from me even though my payoff amount was available on line. I was told that Toyota Credit (the lender) would send me the check for the difference. I received a check from Toyota for $1.16. When I called Oak Tree they said they had a check for $367 that was just cut and would be in the mail that day. Ten days later I still had no check...they then said that they would have to wait for the title to clear before mailing me my check...please note they had already sold my trade in so there was no issue on their end. I finally did receive that check. I dont believe that I would have be reimbursed for my overpayment without me calling them several times.The second case, which is still open, had to do with a tire warranty that I canceled on April 5th for $795. I submitted the paperwork and was told to wait 4 weeks. I did, and nothing happened so I called and was told that they had indeed received the refund but had to wait 10 days before issuing the check to make sure it wouldnt bounce. They claim they had mailed the check on May 10th and it has still not been received on the 24th of May....when I asked they said Check was sent it takes 7-10 days mailing time and an additional 10 for bank updating...so nearly 2 months after I cancelled the contract, it takes another 3 weeks to get it mailed and whatever bank updating means. I doubt that this will get clear up absent me calling them another half dozen times which is why I am writing this review!!!!Great car, but I would never go back to this dealer....it seems as though they want to cheat me at every opportunity...and in this case almost $1200.

Ignacio Carrillo is a very rude salesman. Stay away from him, or just go to another Mazda dealership. Mazda make really good cars, but this one guy can make your life harder.

Worst dealership ever. The dealers there doesnt even want to sell the car. If you run into Ahmed, youll come out dissappointed and will feel disgusted. He treated me with no respect. Good luck getting any help with this dealership.

Bought a car here in October 2020. Alex and George were great! Knowing I was busy that weekend due to moving out of my apartment They gave me a great deal to get excited. So I scheduled an appointment, and they held the car for me. It was a painless buying experience and I could have been out in no time if I needed to be. Because I was done with my move by the time I picked up my car, I had time to hear about all the cool things I could do with my car and these guys took care of me. Great team and great customer at this dealership.The only the non-positive thing I have to say is that its a small dealership and there is little parking space if you go on a busy day. Of course there is street parking for about half dozen and about a dozen parking spots in the lot if you enter from the first west bound entrance.

I had to GT to trade in for a Mazda lease. I certainly can say that I got the best price around the market.Amir Virani was the sales personal who helped me with the car shopping. I had made up my mind to buy Mazda CX-5. The sales representative Andy was so rude and careless. He never listened to my requests or answered my questions. When I went on time for appointment, I had to wait for 30 mins for Andy. If you value time, dont go to Oak Tree Mazda. I requested for a quote, he was so rude and said I will send you an email. After 3 days, I had remind him asking again.I finally bought my dream car from Fremont Mazda. They offer better price, customer service and attend appointments on time.I believe providing 1/5 for this dealer is even more. Worst customer experience. Oak tree just lost a prospective customer by hiring bad sales representatives.I would never ever suggest anyone to make a purchase at Oak Tree. Its worth travelling 20 miles to Fremont.

I live up near Grass Valley - all I had to do was drive down and get my new car. Mike McGhee handled the sale and was terrific. He had everything set up before I arrived. All I had to do was sign a bunch of documents and write a check. The whole process was quick, easy and pleasant!
