If you want real down to earth, old school, hand shake service, Bill is the real deal. Not only that, his prices are as good or better than anyone else because he is not paying for all that expensive TV advertising. Word of mouth is all he needs. You will not find a better man to repair your auto glass no matter if it is the newest model car or a one of kind hot rod.

Bill was fantastic from initial call, welcoming and friendly when arrived and exceeded my expectations for completing the installation quickly. Friendly staff as well. Very honest and great prices. Made an appointment by phone, brought the car in around 8am, took the car out after 12pm, no problem. They even vaccum the inside of my car. The price is reasonable. You might find cheaper price somewhere else, but this place is fine with me. I like the service.

Got my Windshield Replaced. Mr. Bill did and his Assistant did an excellent job. Very informative, through. Highly recommended, their prices are reasonable. They are a family Business, 33 yrs, which I support whole heartedly. USA all the better.

Well I am pretty surprised how this place got good reviews on customer service. The guy who got my call has some attitute issue. I called them early in the friday morning, and the guy told me he will call back when the other guy is ready. So I asked how long will it take approximately, and he was repeating the same words over and over that he is gonna call back when is ready. I was trying keep my voice calm, but his voice was keep going up repeating the same word that he will call me back. Look, I know how to speak English, and I was in hurry since I cannot drive with the broken windshield. All I asked was estimated time for the call back time. The way he sounds he think he is some kind of boss or something. You need to remember that You are doing service job. Plus, I was able to find a place that offers a lot cheaper price than what he offered. Also they fixed the windshield on that same day when he told me that I have to leave my car in their place & pick up on Monday... funny.

Brought our two Camrys to have their windshields replaced. Mr. Donovan was so warm, easy and wonderful to deal with. Funny, too. He gave us a good price for each and got both done in a day. Thanks to him and his staff, we are safer traveling our highways with new windshields. Passed on his calling card to friends and family. If we need to again, we will definitely go back to Auto Glass Masters in San Jose.

First and foremost the folks who work here are very friendly and reassuring. They did a great job replacing my rear passenger window on my Lexus 2015 CT200H and cleaning up any glass shards that fell into the crevice of the window slot and interior. Overall I would highly recommend this place.

Bill is indeed a master. Over the years hes done a windshield, a fixed side window, and now a rock chip repair for me. All great work. Hes honest and capable.

Best price I found to fix my passenger vent glass. Super fast, nice job, cleaned off my tape residue, and even vacuumed my carpets! Bill kept chatting with me the whole time and was super welcoming and friendly. Didnt talk to the other staff much, but they were professional when I did! I will definitely be recommending this place and returning (hopefully I wont get another busted window tho!)

I had window break on my commute. I spoke to my insurance and their recommended service quoted a repair that would take 4-5 days at a very high price. I searched for alternatives and found Autoglass Masters. Bill was extremely friendly and helpful over the phone and quoted me a price around 1/2 what the insurance companies preferred vendor quoted.I dropped off my car and the repair was completed in just a few hours. Autoglass Masters wonderful customer service and attention to detail made the best of a day that started out pretty poorly.I hope I dont need a window replaced again anytime soon, but if I do I know 100% where I will be going.I could not have asked for better service.

My car was broken into one night about a week ago, and the next morning I was having a hard time finding an auto glass place that could fit me in before work. First these guys (understandably) said they were booked. I asked if I could just get the glass from them and do it myself, and they agreed. When I came to pick it up, they said theyd had a no show and could squeeze me in if I wanted. The glass wasnt in yet but they brought my car back to vacuum and get a head start so I could get to work on time. As a bonus the whole service ended up being less than all the other quotes I had gotten that morning. In addition to being so accommodating and efficient, everyone was friendly and professional. I would highly recommend Auto glass Masters!

Brought vehicle in for nickle size spider chip repair, was told it could be fixed. Chip still present. Now in doing research I am stuck with it, only way to fix is windshield replacement. Not worth the $60, especially in seeing people fix on utube with a $10 kit. Did not own up to his guarantee.
