We needed a long wall of mirrors installed in our studio, and Fast Glass did a great job! We looked at a number of different companies and received a few quotes but Fast Glass had the best price. Mike was easy to communicate with, and the job was completed in a timely and professional manner with great quality.

Mike is rude, he didn’t provide an estimate he said that he will give us estimate if we use him and we explained that we have to get an approval he just hung up.With this attitude you won’t be successful.Charlis

Ordered a specialized glass size from Mike. He charged me full price and told me itll arrive in three days and hed call when it arrives.A week goes by, and no call... So I call him again on a Thursday. He says itll be here Friday an hell call when it arrives... Once again no call.I call again. This time he says itll be here next weekend.Yep, you guessed it no call!I called again... This time no answer and I get voicemail. So i called again from a different number and he picks up... Hmmmm, am I being screened?Now he puts me on hold and says that he needs to check and see if it has arrived.Nope! He says he forgot to put in the order and didnt call back (appx 5x) because he lost my number...Finally I said cancel my order and he says I need your credit card number to do that... I said absolutely not.At this point I hung up my phone and filed a dispute with my CC company.This is fireplace glass I ordered for a replacement and its getting colder out and we can feel the cold air coming through the fireplace.This was a huge waste of time from someone whos either incredibly inept or just a straight out crook!Definitely DO NOT RELY on this place!
