Went to purchase Hyundai sonata car... Price was already determined via email conversation and rest on phone. I didnt told them how I gonna to buy car. Cash or finance. I knew finance options will give me extra $800 discount. When I went there to finish paperwork they told price was quoted with discount. But in email it doesnt mention any finance discount. When I shown them email and caught the sales rep lying he got angry and mad because I told his lie in front of other customers. No deal went back home after receiving bad customer service.
Staff is friendly but not very helpful. They can also be pushy at times. I found a car online that I like and made an appointment to test drive it the next day online. Someone called me immediately to introduce themselves and informed me that they would be there expecting me the next day. Well, when I arrived the car had been sold a couple of hours prior to my scheduled arrival and they tried pushing others car on me. I kept an open mind and look at what they had but I couldnt find a good car that fit my budget. I took interest on one of the used 2011 Sonata, which already had over 120k miles, however they wanted 8k for the car and wouldnt go any less than that. 8K + 1K in taxes for a 7 year old car with 120k+ miles, no thank you.
The place to go for your Hyundai. The service manager Tray Nichols is top shelf, and leads his team to help you with your car.
We leased Hyundai Elantra had an amazing experience in owning the car
