Customer service is always great. Everything is done the way I ask and in a timely manner as well! I always come here for custom printed apparel.

Very disappointed in their services. I requested an embroidery job for only two hats. I brought my own artwork and gave very specific instructions. The person said it will take 5 days. I wait a week and a half and no call. I called and the kid at the store had no access to my project information, so he said to tell his boss to contact me. I wait another week and no call. I call them several times during business hours and no answer. I finally get an answer and the same kid says the hats are finally there. I told him I was upset that they did not call me but he claims his boss told him that he called me, which is a total lie. When I drove all the way across town to get my hats, they were done completely wrong. I gave them very specific instructions in front of my wife and they still failed when I picked them up. I told the kid that this was unacceptable and I wanted my money back. He said he couldnt do anything and asked for my information (again) so he could tell his boss which made me leave empty handed. This is a huge waste of my time and if they cant do this simple job right I want my damn money back.

I have purchased a custom birthday t-shirt for my sister from iCustom outlet from East ridge. No doubt, the quality is superb and the price is also reasonable. I will highly recommend iCustom for any custom design outfits.

They have nice and affable stickers the small are for $1 and the mid size ones are $5 and i also like to thank you to the clerk or owner and asked can they do custom backprint imagine they said they cant do polyester clothing it said they will burn or harm the item they can do only cotton once again thank you 👍

Went into this shop once before but I would recommend anyone coming in if youre interested in either getting one of their premade cool custom shirts, hoodies, and tanks or even if you had an article of clothing already that you wanted to get some custom text put on. They have over a thousand text options to choose from and theyre always friendly in helping you customize it to your precise preference. The man made promises on prices he could not keep. Swindled us into paying $44.90 for 1 shirt with a guarantee of each shirt being $25 thereafter for a bundle if we liked the first one. Then after the shirt was made he couldnt uphold his end of the deal. Your company is obviously hurting for cash if you had to do that. We took our business else where. You guys are con artist not T shirt artist....lol.. I only gave you the 1 star because I had to. You definitely didnt deserve it.

This was the first place I ever had a shirt made back when they were a kiosk in front of Starbucks. They have upgraded to a store and completely blow me away every time

Needed a job done fast, and Custom Made was the only one in town who said No problem. I was a bit skeptical, but the job was done to my spec in about 30 minutes. Awesome! Great service, & can do attitude. Highly recommended, especially for quick jobs. All I wanted including friendly service.
