We are doing a whole home remote with the kitchen being the center piece. Fantastic service specifically our designer Ekko was fantastic and really convinced us to order through them once our contractor finished a few more of the details. Honestly if it wasn’t for Ekko and the service we have just gone with some other vendors.

I was remodeling the bathrooms and kitchen and used Lusso for all my tiles. Very happy with the quality and service there. Lili was super helpful and easy to work with. 5/5 I’d recommend Lusso.

It took me 6 months to finish the remodeling for my project, now the house has been completely changed! I am pretty picky when it comes to design, materials and finishes, at end I am really happy on the result! I picked most of my finishing materials from LUSSO at north San Jose, with help from LUSSO in house designer. The European oak floor is 3/4 inch thick, great quality, completely flat, and perfectly flush with LUSSO tiles. Different types LUSSO tiles helped me to implement modern concept of the whole house, and it didnt hurt my wallet too much. I am impressed with the materials quality, friendly and knowledgeable designers with great service at LUSSO, and so proud to share the photos with friends!

Updated review: I ended up going good and I got help from a person named Ekko who has been fantastic I am finishing up with my contractor to get our rough work done and cant wait to order our cabinets from them.Found them on the Leicht website as a dealer. But kept calling and they don’t even identify themselves a business and their phones don’t seem to work. Needless to say I didn’t continue as there are other Leicht dealers in in the area.

The sales person was trying to sell us a specific kind of tile. But we prefer a different type. When we placed an order of the tile we liked, the sales person still put in the model # of the tile he was trying to sell us without confirming with us. So when our contractor picked up the tile, he got the one the salesman wanted to sell us. We didnt know this until our contractor had already installed the tile. We had to spend additional money and time to remove the ugly tiles on our floor. Lusso refused to admit its their fault. We didnt get any money back.

Lusso is a good place to source for tiles and high end flooring. I recommend them if you are unsure what you want and if you are in need of picking a high quality product with a great deal. The sales guy is very knowledgeable and helped us figuring out two bathrooms and flooring in no time. When I went to their males restroom I was impressed by the visual effect and texture of the tile they had there, Terrazzo tile. I chose the tiles for my bathrooms, and even my tile guy told me it is a good choice because of the flat surface and easy installation.

Carrie is the best interior designer, who we worked with on kitchen cabinets/bathroom kitchen design. She is hard working, responsive and always gives honest feedback about all product lines.If you need to buy tile/engineering wood floor/kitchen cabinets/bathtubs,go to Lusso and talk to Carrie Guan!

Very mean staff. My husband and I wanted to check on floating shelves for our kitchen remodel. But the lady who was assisting us was so rude and was very impatient in answering our questions. Will never go back. Wouldnt recommend this place at all!

I am working on my small invetment property remodeling and my contractor suggested me to go K-Z for kitchen cabinets. I saw this store has tile/hardwood/kitchen/bath when I was drving to K-Z near Montegue and Oakland Rd. The showroom was not very ready when I got there but still have many selections. Not like other stores sales, they got real designers! I got my design in slightly less than 30 minutes wait. And I compared the price for similar european shaker cabinets, and Lusso gives the best price on the market. Delivery was about 10 days and my contractor told me the quality is good. Considering my limited budget, I think this store gives me a decent results.
