This was the second time ordering from DTK, I did some research about this shop before I placed an order, this is a legit nail supply website with excellent products!! All items come packaged with care and I haven’t received anything that has been damaged or anything that hasn’t been sealed. I highly recommend this shop!

I bought the DND nail polish and it was super cheap. i’m glad I found this website bc I will be saving so much money. My salon uses the same exact ones.

I love that the order was processed and shipped really quickly. I placed my order on the 12th and I received notice that my order was on the way by the 16th. The order was packed inside of a box filled with foam pieces to keep the jars from breaking. The only issue that I had with my package was that one if the dip/acrylic jars was slightly open so there was glitter dip/acrylic all over everything, but the opened container was still full. Everything I ordered was in stock and shipped to me. I received 12 beautiful colors and a pretty yellow dusting brush.

Fastest delivery I’ve received. If a polish is out of stock they will call/text you and see if you would like another polish or refund you. You don’t have to go out of your way to make sure you get a refund. They sent you a receipt with the refund amount. 10/10

Might have been my fault but the delivery wasn’t able to be made because an in-person signature was required. I posted a signature on my front door but it wasn’t acceptable so I had to call and figure out a way to override the delivery. I had to fill out a weird form with my signature and post it on the front door. I was told I need to call in right after I order to get the in-person signature removed. What a hassle. Also, I was missing two colors and got a color I didn’t order. Didn’t bother calling in. I will order again though because the price is good.

I have used DTK for two years and have had 5 star service up until my last three orders. I have paid extra for express delivery and my package still arrived late. I have received incorrect products and on my last order I received a gel base coat that had spilled out and half of my free gift. I do wish there was a better way to see actual color samples of dip products on the website. Despite the small mistakes, I will continue to use DTK for my needs and recommend them to my industry friends. I have been very happy with all of the products I have ordered (SNS, LDS) and used! I love that I get a free gift and especially the sale prices!

I would not order again from here. I ordered the Kiara Sky Dip Starter Kit and was supposed to receive the dip case along with a Free item. I did not receive the dip case or the additional item. Customer Service did not really care. I should have ordered the same item on Amazon and saved some money.Update: DTK did send the missing items. Although it started as a frustrating experience they did follow through. I would order again since they completed the order.

It was a breeze, quick shipping and safely packaged to prevent any breaking and i really really appreciate that.Products: Gelish Dip liquid systemPerfect and genuine product. Seems farely new.I have used it a few times and goes on nice and smooth, levels very quickly.Be careful not to use too much base, it can clump up a little and be uneven in spots, but when i used a coArse buffer and mid coarse file to shape, it didnt take much to get it ready for top coat.

Worst experience I cannot believe my dnd drill hand piece started malfunctioning a month after I got it. I then had to pay $50 for shipping to the repair center just to have the same issue less than a month later. I AM NOT PAYING A SHIPPING FEE AND WAITING FOR MY DRILL AGAIN. when I call them they keep telling me to call dnd and it’s unacceptable being I bought the product from them, I don’t care where it’s from. I’ll never be purchasing from here and I’ll be disputing with my bank as this $200 drill DOES NOT WORK and they don’t want to help me I was told I’d get a call back here’s a week later they just told me the same thing. When my package arrived one of the bottles of gel polish was broken. I emailed the company and with in a few hours I had a response and the refund was in my account the next day. I will be ordering from them again.
