In spite of rating of the star from 1 star to 5, we ventured to go inside. We met Gary who told us it was his last day as he retires today. He showed us one mattress that was firm but in twin size. We ordered it in Queen size. It is going to take 15 days to receive it. We are senior and would have preferred delivery and removal of old mattress but there was a hefty charge so we declined. Let us hope that we get the correct mattress as promised and proper delivery since we are on second floor on promised date before rating it. So far it is 4 stars.

I visited mattress firm on 6/13/21. I was immediately greeted by a lady named Grace upon entering the store. I explained to her that I wanted to check out a mattress that I saw online. She showed me two different mattresses at my request. She explained the pros and details of each mattress and what I could expect. She asked me questions as well about my sleeping habits in an effort to reccommend the best matress for me. She also gave me very help information which led me to get a mattress that wasn’t the one I came to check out. She was thorough on explaining the delievery process and the paperwork we went over/reviewed. Grace was very personable and knowledgeable. It was a pleasant experience with her from start to finish.

Store manager was very friendly and helpful as she took the time to have me actually lay on the different mattresses to ensure that I got a mattress that was comfortable to me. She worked with me on the price and disinfected the mattresses that I tried. I am completely satisfied with my purchasing experience.

I kind of knew what I wanted, but JoAnn really went the extra mile to make sure I knew which mattress would be the best for me. They honored their 120 night low price guarantee and refunded me the difference. I went into the Mattress Firm store Edenvale Square. My intention was to just get a quote and go on to othet stores to compare.Then I met Shannon. She was wonderful: easy to talk to, no pressure, and answered all my questions with a smile. I ended up buying my matrtress right then. The price was very good, but Shannon made the difference of my buying it then or looking else where.She is the best.

Fabby took care of us when my wife and I came in for a new bed. She really spent time with us and explained to us decision making issues and very friendly.Delivery could have been a better experience as the first truck was unable to take my mattress. They moved the bed outside and when I called the store to schedule another pick-up, they stated that the mattresses could not be picked up if they were outside.Other than those minor issues Sleep Train was courteous and helpful!
