My experience was just soso. Not great but not terrible. I brought my 5 gallon container, asked if the price outside was still $0.25. The guy filling water looked at me just filled my water inside and walked away. I asked another gentleman at the counter and they kind of ignored me. So a Hispanic gentleman who was paying after me asked the same question. They told him the dispenser outside is the same water but it’s cheaper and only for after hours.If you fill your water inside, it’s $0.30/ gallon; $1.50 for a 5 gallon container.

Family has been going here for years - never had issues with them. Clean and fresh water. People are hospitable and nice. There is sometimes a slight language barrier with English, but nothing major.

I stopped by to try out their water and this big guy comes to the front and asks what I needed. I asked how much is the water and membership. He tells me 25c a gallon on membership, so I said okay and went to get the bottles from my car. When Im back a couple mins later with my water bottles the guy tells me its 30c a gallon. I told him you just told me 25c, and he says sorry hes new working there and checked with the owner. I found that hard to believe and I just walked off.

Extremely nice Vietnamese people. They help fill your bottles and put it on a cart for you. All you have to do is pay and they take care of the rest. On busy days, they wont be able to help you bring it to your car.They may come off as rude to others, but coming from the same background I do not see the attitude.

Water taste delicious. Been getting water from here for years. Never a problem. The older asian guy who fills the jugs for you is so nice. I always tip him.

I have been buying my water here for about a year. Me and the employees had a rocky start but we seem to be okay now. Just wash your clothes or take a shower before you show.

This place is the rip-off place. They charged 25 cent a gallon of water when you come in the store. But the outside machine is only 20 cent a gallon. Thats 5 cent rip-off for each gallon of that we are drinking. Talked to both lady and the owner about the difference price they both cant answer the questions. They just shut their mouth and ask for the price of 20 cent a gallon. Would never come back to this store for drinking water. This store should not deserve any star at all.

Well, I dont know until I went to Walmart, and I found out the same side of the bottle 5gallon side at the Walmart I paid $6.00 for an empty bottle. And take a look at Capitol Pure Water how the hell they riff off me or your guy $12.95 each bottle, and I have been pay 2 bottles with felled up. Total $30.00 cash only. Whats a riff off.

Poor customer service. They lie about closing time when they dont want to service people of color.

Always go there, the attendant helps you load the water in your car if you need help.
