1. There is another store selling purified water literally 500ft away with much cheaper price at 25 cents per gallon, comparing to 35 cents here.2. The store is never open (open 11am, close at 6pm, even shorter time on weekends), so youll have to pay cash to use the vending machine. Therefore its not a good idea to buy their store credit which is only usable inside the store.3. The owner was very rude, when I asked if I can use my store credit to buy more bottles (not even refund). I then tried to negotiate saying that Ive been loyal for more than a year, but hardly used the store credit (~10% of $30 for an entire year) because the store hour doesnt mach my work hours. The owner, dont know why, said she can refuse to serve me. What???Ill try to finish my store credit and never look back again.PS. the competitor store is right around the corner next to Safeway.
