My elopement is in a few months, so I dont have the time to order a dress. I went to different stores and thought I was running out of luck. I went here and said, What are my options? Susana jumped to my rescue. They had a few sample sizes that I could buy off the floor, and they were also going to check what else they had in inventory for me. I went to 5 different bridal stores before this, and this was the first time I felt that I was heard. Susana brought dresses in, I tried them on, I told her what I liked and didnt like, and she didnt try to convince me otherwise. She didnt try to sway how I felt about the dresses, which is what I experienced at other stores. I had more clarity here because I could hear my own thoughts. I was not clouded by what someone else thinks looked good on me. I appreciated her listening to me, and bringing back dresses that were more me. Shes SO GOOD at her job as a stylist and consultant! I was very lucky to be given her for my appointment. This is a great place to find your gown because they have such a huge range of designers, styles, and sizes. Its a one-stop shop!

This place is absolutely horrible. Staff there is condescending and extremely rude. All my groomsmen got measured for their tuxedos close to 4 months before the wedding. 3 days before the wedding the tuxedos are ready to be picked up….half of them were AT LEAST two sizes too small, including mine (the groom). I had one groomsmen and my dad not in the first part of my wedding photos because they were waiting for their new coats and shirts…..day of the wedding! When my groomsmen asked the associate how that many tuxedos could be that far off after the measurements, her response was “well did you gain weight?” My wife and I will never recommend the place to anyone.

Absolutely amazing experience. Maria was so sweet and incredibly helpful and patient while I figured out which styles of dresses I liked. They have a huge selection and it can be a one stop shop if you need bridesmaid and flower girl dresses as well. I went with my aunt when she found her dress here 4 years ago and now my dress experience was just as wonderful. Will continue to recommend this place to anyone looking for their perfect wedding dress.

I went to Elegant Lace Bridals 1st ever sample sale in May 2019. I expected it to be a crazy fight over dresses like you see in the movies, but everything was super organized!Mickey, the owner, personally checked me and my ladies in and gave us rings to put around dresses that we liked. Maria, our dress specialist, was AWESOME. She also found me the perfect veil and headpieces to go with my dress. The sale itself was also insane - I ended up saving almost 75% on my dress and accessories.Additionally, they partner with Elegance Preserved dress cleaning services and if you mention their name, you can get $50 off cleaning & $50 off preserving!

Really bad service. DONT GO HERE. My mom went in looking for a dress for my brothers wedding that in September 25. The lady just wanted to sell her any dress that they had there. They ended up selling her a dress that’s 5 sizes too big and told her that she can go and get it altered. My mom doesn’t have enough time to take it to a place. So she calls the lady and asks if she can go in and return it, the lady says yes. When my mom gets there the a different lady doesn’t let her return it, and has my mom try it on there and says that it fits her good. My mom is usually a 22 and the dress size is 28.

Great place to find that special wedding dress. I bought mine 8 yes ago here and a few days ago I took my best friend to choose her wedding dress here too. Its a great service and a lovely boutique. You can get the wedding dress, flower girls dress and even the bridesmaids. And of course the grooms tox

I went to Elegant Lace to find my wedding dress and Elise helped me during both of my appointments. She was really friendly and patient. I went to a couple of bridal stores in the area, and this one was the most fun in my opinion. I ended up saying yes to the dress at Elegant Lace and I am so excited! Definitely recommend.

Today was my first time ever even trying on dresses. Dina was the one who helped me... SHE IS THE BEST! I can’t stress it enough. She stayed in my budget, and blew me away. I walked in with a style in mind.... I walked out with a totally different style and so happy. I still can’t believe I found a dress on the first shot, all thanks to Dina.

First time going there was the BEST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!! I was scared/shy at first but then everything came out good. Of course they dont body shame you, they will help you out on anything. I knew that I was going to find my DREAM DRESS. Couldnt be more thankful, especially Elise, she was the one that helped me, she was so nice and kind.

A very nice visit where we felt like the only ones in the shop we had her undivided attention and was so knowledeable .She was sharing tips and she k ew her dresses . We had been to 3 or 4 other shops but this one was the best ! No pressure just pure enthusiasm of helping my daughter get her dream dress !I was totally impressed as the mother of the bride !

Really really great experience. I really appreciated how knowledgeable and how well they pulled dresses that matches what I was going for. She helped answer all of my questions clearly. Only reason not 5 stars is sometimes she talked over me and as an introvert it was exhausting & it made it hard for me to think about what I liked vrs the assistant’s opinion. But overall super great at reading what I was going for and made truly amazing suggestions. I’ve tried on dresses at 4 other boutiques and I’ve like them best here so far. Very great variety of dresses and choices. Great cleanliness and adherence to covid guidelines (temperature checks). Polite and wearing masks etc.

Synthia helped me and my mother during our appointment. She was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and helpful! She went ABOVE and beyond with finding me my dream dress! She even customized a few dresses in shop to show me possibilities. We ended up ordering a gown they didn’t even have a sample of but that I had tried on elsewhere and had loved. She made the whole experience so peaceful and enjoyable. She even made a point to give me advice about venue shopping during covid. Would definitely recommend shopping here, they genuinely care about the customer and not only making sales.

I would give -3 stars if I could. I purchased TWO, Costum Made Veils from them. They did not deliver the first time, as they were Both made in the Wrong Color..... thank goodness I ended up having to change my wedding date due to covid 19.......I picked up my veils today ..... and the horsehair trim that I requested to be 1 inch thick, to match my wedding dress, was made .5 inches wide...... NOT matching the dress. I was Not notified of this, or given a choice to cancel the order. I was told it might not EXIST as a choice......I promptly googled it in the parking lot, and it is Very available. I am in the process of having the veils Fixed now by a seamstress, for an extra price. But, I am Very unhappy with the way this was handled. I should not have been charged full price for the CUSTOM Veils I ordered, that were NOT MADE the way I requested. TWICE. What kind of customer service is this?? I will Not recommend this store to anybody. But I will warn people not to use them. This is not ethical. Think twice before going here. 😟 The owner, Micky is who I dealt with about this. Very disappointed, to say the least.

I just picked up my dress here and the whole experience was great!! The shop was very honest about order deadlines and how long realistically a dress takes to order, and their selection was really extensive. I had Brenda as my consultant and she was very knowledgeable (and found my perfect dress!). I also liked that before the appt, I could go around and select some dresses to start with!I came here both alone and with my bridal party and both times it was a great experience. I felt very listened to, and all her selections were really responding to what I was looking for (so no wasting time pulling or trying on dresses that I didnt like!).I am VERY happy I went with elegant lace for my dress. It was an easy, enjoyable experience and I couldnt be happier with the result. I wish they had in-house alterations but am happy to use the seamstresses theyve highly recommended. Overall, Id recommend them to all my friends who are getting married.

Just bought my wedding dress here. Went to BHDN & Bo Lee in the bay area and a few others out of state. By far the largest selection of dresses including boho/informal dresses. I sware they have over 500 wedding dresses that range in all sizes and styles. They dont pressure you and let you take your time. Highly recommend this place and ask for Hayley to help you - shes the best!

Found myself a dress here three weeks ago.They have an excellent selection and are overall a wonderful experience. Maria is the absolute best to work with, and she is THE veil expert. Moments after I said yes to my relatively unique dress, she brings back a perfectly matching, gorgeous veil.The shop is well organized by style and size, and I found their stickers a helpful guide as well. If youre worried about budget, they will pull only dresses that fit within your range.To me, definitely worth the drive to San Jose.

Update: 6/11/21I have been to this bridal boutique many times as a bridesmaid or friend and today I went as the bride. Cinthia was sooo amazing. She really listened and understood my vision and helped me understand what dresses were out there. After only a few dresses (which were all amazing) we found the perfect one. I would not recommend using this store!! I ordered a bridesmaid dress from them rather than a local store or online as the bride was working with them (the dress was more expensive at this store as well). I prepaid for shipping to my house. Someone called to inform me that the dress was ready for pick up and I gently reminded her that it was suppose to be shipped. She quickly responded “oh yes I see that now I will send that out today”. Well a week went by and still no dress, I called back only to find out that the dress hadn’t been shipped until a week later. We are already on a time crunch for the wedding. I called to inquire about being reimbursed for shipping fee, but was declined. They also shipped via USPS, which is not as expensive as the shipping fee I paid.

Shopping at Elegant Lace was by far the best experience Ive had wedding dress shopping. The selection was huge and everyone was very friendly and helpful. Elise was fantastic- it was very clear that she was experienced and genuinely wanted to help me find the perfect dress. There was no pressure to get in and out quickly. I was able to try on as many dresses as I wished. I would recommend Elegant Lace to anyone looking for an amazing experience!

Elegant Lace Bridals was great! This was my first time trying on gowns so she helped select styles that were within my budget. I felt really comfortable. She also knew it was my first time trying on dresses, so she noted down the styles that I liked, knowing Id explore other places and return if my first dresses were my favorite. A very good first experience!

Ive gotten better service at other local bridal shops. Elegant Lace was a bit salesy/pushy and kept telling me that the details I didnt like could be altered. And the dresses arent anything special or at notable prices

Super friendly staff that are more concerned about the happiness of the Bride and the real experience of finding just the right dress. They are professional ladies its not a Hard Sell no pressure. We went back the second time and made address purchase. I also really loved that they gave you the opportunity to do a layaway program so that if you chose addressed that was out of your budget you could still get the dress of your dreams by ordering and visiting the shop early then putting your dress on layaway. They order the dress when you paid half the dress off so keep that in mind your date matters. We said Yes to the Dress and they asked us if we said Yes to the Dress my daughter received as a gift for her purchase a t-shirt that said I said Yes to the Dress elegant lace Bridal.

I ordered my veil and crown from here and had a pleasant experience each time! They greeted me upon entrance, and always available to help me try stuff on. Thank you ladies at Elegant Bridal!

Connie helped my daughter find her wedding dress. She was knowledgeable about the sizing and made us feel welcome during our special moment. She was patient and didnt complain when we asked to look at other dresses. Thank you Connie for your professionalism!

We ordered 6 suits total and 4 of those suits did not fit correctly. It was if they did not even measure the guys. One suit was super short in the sleeves, the grooms suit didnt fit and a different jacket had to be ordered, and the other suit fits were so off. All of those 4 groomsmen had to come back to get the suits adjusted and even after that the fits were not great. Also, an employee changed the suit I had picked out for the father of the bride without consulting me. Luckily, my dad let me know and I was able to call and correct it before the wedding. Over all it was a very stressful situation. I would not recommend them if you want to.make sure things work.

I found my prefect dress here! All of the dresses I tried on were gorgeous! Elise is fantastic! She was so wonderful to work with, she is very sweet, encouraging, and kind!

Bought my wedding dress here and while the lady who helped us was really great and nice, they werent able to order the dress I wanted so I bought it off the rack. Like a $40 discount even though all the little pearl decorations were falling off! Barely helped to pay for my seamstress to replace them all.

I was invited to this store by my future daughter in law because she was going to try on her wedding gown and she wanted me there to see it. The dress she picked out is beautiful and would look amazing on her when it’s altered and fitted. Well this wear I lost it! When she had it on, it wasn’t completely zipped up and of course loose on her but the salesperson kept saying oneself the zipper is fixed and it is altered it’ll fit beautifully, which I am sure it would once it is fIxed. She gave the impression that this will be done prior to us receiving the dress. Well, we paid for the remaining balance on the dress and they wrap it up and gIve it to her as is, broken zipper and all! Then we were given a flyer to take the goon to be altered and fixed and dry cleaned. I was floored! They’re selling us a broken $2000 dress, SERIOUSLY! We talked to another salesperson and she had the audacity to say “you tried it on and you didn’t check to see if it was broken?” And you should have asked us to order you a new one but it’s too late now because it won’t get here on time! I told her that this was not right and why would you even sell us something that was broken, whether it is a floor sample or not. Fix tHe drress or take it down if it’s broken! The manager I is like 5 ft away from all this and noot once did she come over to talk to us instead had the salesperson do her talking and what did she say?? She said that she would pay for the zipper to be fixed by any of the vendors on her list. That’s it! I told the salesperson that she was not empathetic to our situation, this is a once in a lifetime purchase and how important this is to my daughter in law. Her reply was I did show empathy when I brought you into the conversation, smh! We left the store defeated. I called a few hours later and askEd to speak to the manager and she said we already gave her a discount, sorry for the miscommunication, no returns, and I agreed to fix the zipper. So pretty much too bad I took your money and you’re stuck with a broken dress. I told her that I plan to dispute the charge with the bank, she didn’t care. If I could give this place a - 5 stars I would! My one star rating is too good for this place.

Ill be going back for bridesmaids dresses, groomsmen suits, mother if the bride dress, mother of the groom dress. Its a one stop shop. Thank you so much!!!!!

Staff is nice and they have a large stock of dresses but I was never called when my dress came in.

This place is really pricey for basic dresses. I didnt like how they took our measurements and still got the wrong size. For me the dress was way to big and I still had to go get it altered. Even the lady who altered it said this is the wrong size and has to take alot off. I honestly wouldnt recommend.

Horrible dress shop. They ordered the WRONG dress size. It was way too small ! When I looked at the manufacturers sizing (which is the same chart that they have) against the measurements I gave them. they OBVIOUSLY ordered a size that was too small on purpose! It was 2 sizes too small! And when I called back and tried to explain to them that because THEY ordered the wrong size, I was going to have to spend $300 in alterations (for my bridesmaid dress), they gave me a BUNCH of excuses and said that the dress didnt fit cause I probably gained weight! EVEN though they were the ones that ordered a smaller size than my original measurements. UGH! Horrible people !! Save your $.

This is the BEST place to go for your Wedding Dress and Tuxs!!! Not only do you get the warm homey feeling from the store, but the staff is loving and kind. They take the time to get to know you and your needs, and they help you to meet YOUR standards (even calling and texting you pictures and ideas about dresses). Vonya (spelling) was my dress lady, and she is family!!!! She cried with me when we found it and got it in, and it was PERFECT. I told her what I wanted and she did not stop until she helped me get it. I love you lady. Thank you for helping me ladies!!!

I found my dream dress there, it was a floor sample so they said they will send it to cleaner and call me to pick it up in a week. Well they did, the dress shrunk so much that even a 5 year old can not fit in.What did they do? Assistant was so helpful, she found 20 dresses for me to try right away and fortunately I found one that I liked. Original dress was white, I picked an ivory one this time. It is a brides nightmare happening here, I was really upset. At the check out they took advantage of my misery, instead of issuing refunds or at least giving a veil as a gift, they treated me like it was my mistake. Charged me for the veil, didnt refund the dry cleaner fee, just issued a refund of 30% of the total cost. My advice to those shopping there, find your dress and get out of there, do not expect customer service or any empathy . They wont help you if something goes wrong.

They handled the tux rentals for the Groomsman took measurements but for what? 1 out of 7 suites actually fit. The groom had to buy a suit the day before his wedding because of them. BEWARE!
