I recently bought a Maserati Gran Turismo 3/10/2021, I took it in for a oil change on 06/15/2021 when I picked up the car they advised me the car needed Valve cover gaskets replaced due to it leaking oil, I was very upset because I had the car for 3 months and already needed to be putting in serious money on the car for repairs. I got the check engine on the car a few weeks later and took it in to diagnose and the problems were many Coolant Recovery Tank Cracked, Cooling Fan Resistor, Valve Cover Gaskets, Leak on detection pump and gas cap. Total came to be $4,383.19 including a $250 discount. I understand its a used car but for a customer to be putting $4,383.19 on a used car months after purchase is not ok.
The sales staff is incredibly helpful and made it much easier to be able to walk out of the dealership with the vehicle that I was looking for. I was especially happy with my salesman, Roman, who shared his knowledge of vehicles with me in order to make my decision on what vehicle to get much easier.

He was so nice and not a pusher, we always run away from salesman who come and throw 10000 questions on you. But Vo came and he it looked that all he cares about is us. He wanted us to feel comfortable walking around taking our time to find our car. And we did! I am pregnant and made it clear for him that we want to sign and leave as quick as possible. The whole process took less that an hour!! Am I so happy with our purchase!

I had warranty issue with my Quattroporte. Called it in, scheduled it, dropped it off and then picked it up issue and Hassle free. Hanna did a great job!! She is the reason for this 5 star!! The Only but serious downfall here is that they do not offer a temporary or courtesy vehicle. My car was in the shop 5 days waiting on parts. Luckily we have an extra car otherwise this would have been terrible. Anyways, they fixed my the issue with my car. Again, Hanna was very pleasant and courteous. Thank you.
I purchased a previously owned vehicle here recently and my experience at this dealership was vastly different than any other I have visited. Customer service was the difference. I felt like they went out of their way to make sure I was happy.Mitchell was helpful and patient with my questions during both pre-purchase visits as I was comparing two similar cars. George found information for me that I greatly appreciated. It would have been easier not to offer to do it and I wouldnt have known the difference, so I found his offer and effort remarkable.They were friendly and accommodating. I was completely comfortable the entire time. I felt okay asking any questions--not pressured or talked down to.A great experience.

Worst service, Worst Support.They are super nice while selling, Once you buy the car then your trouble will start with them.I took my car to get my wheel rim scratch fixed, scratch was very small. And I pointed few more small issue like floor mat clip. They took 2 days to repair that too not at all good.They are least interested to hear your car issue and always try to get rid of you.After service they won’t give you time to check your car whether service has done well.Never will pick your call, won’t even talk to you well.

Everything was exactly as she said it would be from the time it took right down to the estimate for the work.I have five different vehicles from variety of manufacturers we all know this does not happen to often. And I never do surveys or reviews but it this case I will make the exception because they deserve it.

Where do I begin? Well lets start off with my initial introduction. I called Stevens Creek Maserati and requested to be transferred to the service department. The lady who answered the phone quickly transferred me. Very nice lady by the way. Any how as Im waiting to be transferred after about 2 or 3 rings Mick Curran answered the call. I have to say how outstanding the customer service he provided to me definitely exceeded my expectations and has ranked within the top 5 customer service on my list that I have ever received in my entire life. This guy went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help me. Mick didnt know me from a can of paint but he treated me as if I was family! It was my first time having my Maserati serviced there but I tell you what I am now a lifetime customer. I will be referring all my friends,family and business colleagues to go see Mick! The sales department and experience was fine, but the dealing with the service department has been TERRIBLE. My family probably wont be buy another vehicle here because the customer service has been awful. The client-facing staff is incredibly rude and isnt interested in helping you, and there seems to be no communication between the service and parts departments.
Mitch and George were awesome. The dealership treated us fairly and had a great selection of vehicles. The service was friendly and honest. They worked extra hard to get a lower loan rate and I was able to save money in the process. Would definitely recommend. I bought 2 cars there now.

Definitely expect a better service from a Maserati dealer but was bit disappointed as there was no follow up once I dropped of my car for service and I took 3 phone calls from me to even get someone to call back. No courtesy call to tell me that it wotake another day to complete the job and the car was not ready when I came to pick up. Don’t think I want to go back here to buy my next car. There are others who value they customers more and treat them much better.
I would not recommend this location whatsoever. Sure the sales team might be great, but theyre not the ones you work with for years after you commit to your vehicle. In regards to the service team, the lack of basic customer service skills here concern me. Every time Ive called to ask a question, I get a different answer depending on who Im talking to.I also dont understand the service teams working hours. They only operate during regular business hours, with no weekend availability. No free loaner cars during service, and a very limited shuttle service. To arrange picking up a car after 6pm, you have to pay for your services beforehand but the individual I needed to reach to provide payment over the phone is never available when I call and rarely answers email.To sum up my experience, three days for an oil change and being charged for a rental car would be an easier pill to swallow if the service team provided regular updates (or really any update without needing to be contacted first) or engaged in customer service skills to work with the needs of the customer better.

They have some excellent lease specials available that are very reasonably priced. If you have ever thought of owning and/or leasing a Maserati now is your chance! If youre in the market for a new luxury car dont think that think that purchasing a Maserati is out of reach. Their finance department worked with me and got me a great deal.
Nice salesmen and re-sale department manager. We were here to get a quote on selling a used European Car of ours. Didnt have the numbers we were looking for, but everyone was nice and very upfront to work with. And LOVELY eye candy of the freshly polished Maseratis on the showroom floor.I would take off ine star for their horrible bubble gum pink polos they are forced to wear, but someone in corporate is getting a laugh over that one.

I had to turn in my vehicle for services recently and was received by Justin Gray, Service Manager for Stevens Creek Maserati. His reception and detail level of work was one of the most satisfactory experienced I received compared to all the different luxury vehicles Ive owned in the past. Dont let their small dealership and small staff deceive you. The level of service and professionalism completely overshadow BMW or Mercedes service centers. I would highly recommend this location for any and all services needed for your Maserati.
I made an appointment for a check brake pads signal on my quattroporte at 9 am so I could have my car back by the end of the day. The service manager, Lucas, told me that wouldn’t be possible as he had only 2 technicians available.He then told me I wouldn’t get a loaner and didn’t offer to drop me back. He assured me I’d at least get a detailed diagnosis by the middle of the day. When I didn’t hear from him at 2 pm I emailed him. He responded that the car had not even been looked at yet. Why did they let me make the appointment if they didn’t have the staff to even look at the car? When I didn’t hear back by the end of the day, I told him I’d take the car elsewhere.Really awful service even though I’ve bought two Maseratis. I’m not buying one ever again. Also - Lucas is especially bad at his job - at my previous service, he wasn’t willing to wait until 6 for me to get my car though their working hours are until 6. Wow.
Limited used inventory but what they had seemed well maintained and reasonably priced. AutoNation policies are reassuring for buying used. Sales people seem less helpful than what I would expect from a Maserati dealership.

Our experience at this location was bad. We were totally ignored for the first hour and half. We approached a employee in the cabin and asked if we could be helped, he said we are busy today and some one will be with you shortly. We were finally helped after 2 hours of wait and still the car that we were interested was not there. Anyways we still bought the new 2017 lavente in different color, since I had promised my family to buy one today. Later we found out that the employee that we contacted earlier for help was the GM of that location. Very unprofessional service.After all this we were not at all satisfied with the way they serviced our car before we pulled out with it. So it took them 4 days after all this to service the car properly. The only professional person there was Mr. Curtis, he apologized to us many many times and was there with us the whole last hours of our car delivery time. We also sent an email to the president of the company, Mr.Patrick but till today no response.Over all we are talking about The Maserati, one of the high end cars and service is poor. We are very disappointed over all.
I have purchased 2 cars from this dealership and in both occasions the buying experience was really good, The financial part of the buying process was explained to me very well and it took less than 30 minutes to complete. Who wouldnt want to own and drive a Maserati?? I was out looking at a Jaguar XJ and saw the dealer further down the street and so stopped in to check it out. Saw the great lease deals then decided to drive one. Man, I was sold after that, never made it over to the Porsche dealer as I had planned. My salesperson the the manager were all very pleasant to work with, no high pressure tactics, did everything on my timetable, and they treated me with respect and honesty. So my experience was very pleasant and I would highly recommend Maserati of Stevens Creek.

Was able to make a quick appointment without any hassles to test-drive a pre-owned Maserati Ghibli. But the person who was supposed to meet me wasnt there and no one attended to us for 20 minutes. And the personnel, we worked with, was actively discouraging us to not test drive it and repeatedly judged and questioned me if I want to buy a high end car. They, pretty much, didnt want me to buy their car. You better suit up if you want to receive some respectful engagement in this showroom. In the end, I ended up getting a Mercedes AMG C43.Some of the other phrases that were used which were irrelevant for the purpose of me purchasing a car: I have seen many people like you who are unclear on what car to buy, Are you sure youll be able to afford it?, If this is your first time purchasing a car, do you want to purchase such high end cars?

This showroom provides the worst customer service. The staff keeps changing every other day (have seen 5 sales managers change over the last 60 days) and on top of it no one answers the phone (neither the showroom nor the direct numbers provided by the managers). While buying the car I had to chase the staff to process everything (took me over 4 weeks to seal the deal) and now when I have bought the car (been over a month) it seems like the auto loan documents were not sent to the Credit Union. I have no idea what to do at this stage. My payments (based on what I was told) are due in a week and I have no clue what to do. The CU has confirmed they have not received any communication from the dealer.

Buying the car from Autonation was super easy. Especially since it was the Car I wanted and I had all cash. Salesman was great. The no-haggle price made his job easy - did I want it or didnt I? Id give more stars if the car was Certified Pre-Owned (it was not) or if at least it had a 1-year extended warranty included (it did not).It only had a couple weeks left on the mfg warranty. So, it was the car I wanted with low miles and the price I could pay cash.... But, Im scared to death something major is hidden or going to happen. Yes, I could spend additional thousands of dollars for additional after-market warranty - but, then my purchase price would not be no haggle, right? Really bummed about AutoNation not having it be Certified and not offering at least a 1-year extended warranty included.
1. Loaner car is the cheapest car(Kia Soul) from Enterprise Rant-A Car and loaner car insurance/gas is not provided.2. The service advisor is very unprofessional and lazy.She is very rude person and had no customer service experience and dont even know how to talk to the customer. I asked the service details and the only thing she did was give me a paper and let me read by myself.3. The service advisor only gave me 10% off for parts and 10% off for labor when I showed them the 15% off coupon, then she claims she give me 20% off the total price.4. when I tell the service advisor that 10% off for parts and 10% off for labor is the same thing for 10% off of total price, she flipped out on me and being very unprofessional and rude.5. My car lost 25% gas when I picked it up with no explanation.6. The dealer did wash the car but they did not wipe the car at all, my car has hard water spots everywhere and the car rims is very dirty.7.Super hard to get a live person on the phone. It just routes you through an automated phone number.8.No service update was provided, I had to call them to ask the service status.
Absolutely unaceeptable service. I tried to call them for annual mtaintenance of my Maserati. I couldnt reach their service department after 10+ calls. Whoever is in charge should ask their service department what is going on.

Had a not so good service experienced at this dealership. The scheduling was two weeks out from the time I called, reason not enough technicians/mechanics available. Seem to be unacceptable for a luxury-brand dealership. Advisor was not too friendly or helpful, does not seem to be engaging with their job. The vehicle was in the shop for three days for what appeared to be a standard fix, don’t know why it took this long, a bit of an inconvenient for the customer. When picking up the vehicle, it was not washed/cleaned adequately, had many water spots on it. The only bright spot was a free rental car provided by the GM of the dealership; thumbs up for this.

Maserati of Stevens Creek could not have been more professional, understanding and courteous. If you are looking for a new or pre-owned vehicle, I would give this company my strongest reccommendation.
Stopped in because our 5 yo wanted to sit in a Maserati - we werent planning on buying one! The salesman Curtis Kent was very patient and accommodating and in no way pushy. Ultimately he convinced us to take a test drive and we now find ourselves with a Ghibli and loving it. The General Manager Rob Stuban was also very professional. Would have given the experience 4 stars because Finance took 3 hours to push us through, but Curtis took it upon himself to entertain our 5yo during that period which extended well past closing time and that in itself was worth an extra star.
Called to schedule an appointment today at 5pm for a test drive with one of their cars. Talked over the phone with some guy with a name of Jon or George (I don’t remember, but when I saw him in person he was older and balding...sorry that’s the only distinguishable feature that makes him stand out from the other employees). He told me I needed my DL and proof of insurance. I’m currently listed under my parents’ names for our insurance so they won’t allow my name to be on the insurance cards for some reason? I had my father call the insurance company prior to heading to my appointment to confirm. Since they said there was no other way to get my name on the card, I figured the issue would be cleared as I am a fully insured driver under my parents’ contract. Went to the dealership and was getting ready to test drive when the “manager” saw my copies of my DL and insurance, thus proceeding to scold me/yell in my face about him and I already having this conversation over the phone and embarrassing me in front of two other salesmen. He continued to raise his voice at me leaving me baffled and speechless. I figured the issue would’ve been resolved when I had explained to him, but clearly it was not as I got an earful of his scolding. I wouldn’t be giving this review if he had handled the situation better. He was extremely rude and if I could, I’d rate my experience a solid 0. I will not be purchasing my Alfa Romeo from them.

The staff at Maserati was so so rude especially the manager and the lady and the counter- receptionist who is supposed to pick up calls. The service they gave us was HORRIBLE! They never picked up the calls and when we bought the car and the seat pockets were torn and they ( Jon) said it would come in a week but it has been a month!! weve been calling and calling and they dont pick up! So rude.
When I purchased my new Ghibli, I also purchased the expensive service agreement through the dealership.When I called to get the car serviced, they told me the 1st appointment they had was 4 weeks out.A few weeks later the oil light is going on and all kinds of other lights.I had to pay to have it fixed at a local shop.I love my car, but am so disappointed in the service from the dealership.I wish I had known all this before I purchased my vehicle.
Worst service I ever have. Appointment phone call take forever to be picked up. Usually appointment is one month away. Car is returned with incomplete service after one month waiting with no courtesy car provided. The worst of the worst. Wont buy any car from this place again.
The place doesnt recognize you unless you are going for the top of the line models. I was pretty close to get 2nd Maserati but lost taste due to the total lack of courtesy (sales & service) which I thought it comes with the brand. Once the lease was done, Bank said they havent received a lousy fax that I returned the car, and its been at someones desk for 3 days until I find out by myself while I had to sign a waiver that its my responsibility till the inspector comes by leaving the car with them. Unless you do your own check & balance by calling them, you are expecting too much. No surprise short till the end... New management may have few tricks and wish them luck. I give thumbs up for the technician though, if you are lucky enough to get to him.

He worked with his manager Rob Stuban to get us the best possible deal as we were going to buy a Mercedes Benz next door but changed our minds due to the reception and warm welcome that was received from Curtis. We bought the Ghibli and are quite pleased as it is a wonderful car. We were also introduced to Justin Gray the service manager who helped us with our service needs and was a very warm and helpful gentleman. Pushy to the point of harassment. I came in just to test drive a car, said that I was not particularly interested in it and they still keep emailing me and calling me all the time about it. I had to block their email and phone number, because these sketchy sales people don’t seem to understand the word “no.”
Its one dealership that is so different from 1000s around them, the level of focus and appreciation of your business is like the night and day experience. They take very good care of you and you know them by name.
