Replaced my phone battery. Price I was charged was less than quoted over the phone. Was told it would take 1-4 days to get the battery in stock. Ended up taking 4 days. Good price, would use them again.

The Pixel 3 screen has been replaced here and I was happy with initial results, OEM screen and 1 year warranty.after 6 month of use in the protective case (heavy duty UnderArmor), the screen had got a black spot. At that moment, we all were in a lockdown so I had to put it aside and come back later to let these guys see it.Today (Jan 12 2021) I came and a technician stated that the phone got dropped and was physically damaged.From the picture you can see that the front glass is not even scratched (The ceiling light is nicely reflected back) but the OLED display (an internal part) is malfunctioning. There is no way I can damage internal part without shuttering the front glass or back plate. Still, the verdict - its a physical damage and there is no warranty service on it.In addition, they were not able to find the service records of the replacement at all like I did not even been there :).Will see if its going to be resolved anyhow.Update (March 1, 2021). Noone ever contacted me from AtoZ trying to correct the problem asap. Going to go there in person and see if there is any update on that.

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!My camera protector cover cracked so I took it there to be replaced. They had to order the new screen from another store- no problem. Didnt hear from them for a week, so I called. Wasnt in yet. Called me 2.5 weeks later.I took the phone in, and they fixed the screen. At first they were going to charge me $65 instead of the $40 they quoted me. The the camera was blurry so I took it back. The said the camera lense was scratched- but it took photos with a broken screen just fine. Said they could replace my camera- I just got my phone and left.NEVER SHOP THERE!

Ive had the worst experience with this store!On Dec 18th a sales associate orders a screen gor my Samsung A20S. On the 23rd I receive a call stating that the screen arrived. On the 26th at 10am I come back, the sales associate tells me to come back after 1:30pm no explanation. I come back at 2, leave my phone. Im told to come back at 3:30. At 3:30 I am back and told to come at 4:30. At 4:30 I come back, my phone is totally disambled (no idea why) and I am told that they ordered the wrong screen. The salesperson rapidly reassembles the phone while talking to other customers, reglues it and seal it with tape. I asked to talk to the owner, a certain Nassim who lives in Texas (Im told). He was apparently unavailable. Result: I have waited the whole day for a scree repair that never happened. Plus, my phone has been disembled without reason. No genuine apology of course!!I will never return to this store and will give this business a bad reputation in the community.

Everytime I visit their shop Im like shaking my head.Heres the story.My phone problem was battery got drained and I quickly charged it but its not powering up, so I decided to look for a shop to have it looked at.brought my phone to them two weeks ago, said diagnostic is $35 and itll take 2 to 3 dayswell give you a call once its fixedTold the guy alright, I just want it to power up again.After the 4th day I went back to their shop and said DIAGNOSTIC WAS JUST an LCD problem, told the guy, ok get it done Ill pay for it. Even if they change the motherboard, battery, I would just say yea go for it.Days after, theres still no call from them with my broken phone, went back there to follow up. Theyve written water damage on a sticky note on top of my phone...Its like going to an autoshop to get your car fixed, ends up with another nail in your tires, but yall already know whats up.Total of 11days, So I decided to just pay them for the diagnostics.If theyve did their diagnostic right, I wouldnt be leaving such comment.I got home, I heard my clock alarm still working in phone, but theres nothing in the screen. Im going to look for another phone shop thatll be able to fix my phone.This shop can just do basic stuffs. A joke. SMFH.

I brought my cellphone in to have them replace a cracked screen. When I returned to pick up my phone they told me that they broke my camera while trying to replace my screen. So I couldnt take any pictures until they fix it which they said would only be 5 days for the part to arrive. Well it took 20 days for the part to arrive after saying they were having delivery problems. So they fix my camera on the phone, now the camera app wont work so now I still cant take pictures. So I bring my phone to my cellphone carrier and they help me back all my data on my phone plus having to buy a S.D card additional $40.00 to back all my data they factory reset my phone and now it works. Word of advice to bring your phone here for repairs.

I replace my screen here often after my original screen broke from a fall knee height. The screens they use are thin and more fragile but they clarity is good when it works. Although once you change the screen, it leaves a small unnoticeable gap which leaves it vulnerable to water damage. The service is quick though and they are reliable!

Horrible! I went to get an iPhone unlocked and first the guy tells me itll take 1-3 days for it to be completed. So I called today to ask about it and he tells me that they dont unlock sprint phones anymore to which I told him that I had gone in to get it unlocked just the previous week and was already charged $90 for it. He put me on a quick hold and says oh 5-10 days worst service ever, and now I have to wait just to even see if it gets unlocked. Do not recommend.Yup just like I thought. Wasted $90 and its been almost a month. I ended up just buying an unlocked iPhone from apple. Such a waste!

Called to see if they could replace the broken camera lens on my Galaxy S7. Lady quoted me $15-20 on the phone. Went in and asked how much then the lady said $30 but its normally $50...not cool.

They customer serve is alright. But when I want there to get my iPhone screen fixed it toke 1 hour, and when I brought my phone back home the phone was glitching and blurry.
