I went in there because I lost my phone he was going to charge me double for my phone its cheaper to just buy your phones online and do the setup yourself its absolutely pointless to have any type of help from this store and this man also you can get a SIM card and do a setup on yourself bring in your own phone your own iPhone and switch it over you could do all that by yourself without any representative or anyone in the store but they dont want you to know that they want you to go in the store and use all of their stuff when its easy to just do a switch if you already have an account but of course they make that absolutely impossible for you to do and they wont sell you a SIM card

I call the store to ask same question about hot spot because I need to buy one so I can use my loptop at work the female that Anwar yes we do sell them I told her can I add the hot spot to my boost Mobile account. Yes wait one second I was on hold for 20 minutes and they hung up on me I call them back and again. Am done with the store for good. I have my boost Mobile number for over 11 years I think now start looking for a new option for my family and my self
