I don’t remember the man’s name that helped me; but he was very pleasant and professional. I needed repair to the front camera of my iPhone XR. I dropped it off and he called to say it was fixed before I ordered my food at a place in the same shopping center. I did not expect service like that because it is rare anymore. I am very appreciative.

I called them up they explain to me what they would do to repair my screen when I came in they said it would be ready in an hour I told them that I would go finish my work and stop back by in a couple hours I did and everything was perfect works great and working great for quite some time now very happy with their service

Went to this service center couple of weeks ago when wife’s iPhone had an issue. Staff was friendly and due to covid protocol told me that it will take around 30 minutes for them to diagnose the issue, and I have to wait outside the shop. Since my house is within 3 miles I decided to return but before I could park in my garage, the staff called and told me that diagnosis is done. I returned immediately (wife’s phone is always top priority 😀..) and staff explained to me the issue and also the fact that for replacement of the particular part, I have to take it to their bigger service center as that spare part is expensive and not stocked in this smaller center. He also told me the potential price and suggested me to think it over as I can even get a new one with so many offers on in Apple online store. Well, that settled it - wife’s happy with her new phone and praised the service staff for the correct advise (sorry, I forgot the gentleman’s name) and I am happy as she’s happy! Thanks

I brought in an external, back-up drive that wasntworking, & the computer I use it with. Alex, sensingmy limited computer IQ, thoroughly explained thepossible areas of malfunction (computer, cable,back-up drive). He checked various aspects of thecomputer & found them all healthy.As he explained what he was doing, he cheerfullyanswered my questions about use & care. Because mycable was older, he didnt have a way to test its health.But his associate, Max, searched in the back of the shop& amazingly found one. My cable was flawed.Alex told me where I could buy a new one.I overheard their conversations with other customersin the shop & on the phone, & their approach wasrefreshing. If the problem wasnt obvious, theyinvestigated all possibilities, then, made a diagnosis,suggested options, quoted a cost,& without pressure, let the owners decide what to do.Alex was generous with his time in explaining, & whenI asked for a very specific printer recommendation,he gave an excellent suggestion (with model number).Thank you, Max & Alex!

I am a carpenter so my phone goes through some intense wear and tear. I recently had some issues getting my screen replaced through Apple. I took my iPhone 11 to phone hut, since It has been my go to spot for a couple years now and although they are under new management I had a fresh screen in 1 hour and the guys where extremely helpful. Would definitely recommend this spot for any repairs with no hassle service.

First time I broke my phone, I obviously wanted to fix it immediately. It was a galaxy s20 and I only had it for not even a week. I went dropped it off and I left my phone there for three days, apparently they dont have the parts for that phone due to it being a newer model. When I got my phone it was perfect. The screen was perfect in every possible way youd want it to be. One week later I noticed that the front camera was defective. I couldnt go back due to my economic ability to deal with it. I broke it a second time, this time I also took my laptop. They couldnt fix my laptop and I was charged for a diagnostic test or some. They couldnt fix my chrome books camera because they just dont. Yet they took it and about $50. And including $660 for both the times I went to fix my screens for both time in total. This time there is a black dot that looks like a sharpie dot, my front camera still doesnt work; when asked they said they dont fix cameras, and my fingerprint no longer works.

I would give then 10 Stars if I could. Not only did that help me out when T mobile told me I would have to buy a whole new phone when my charging cable would not work. They saved me I like many others have to work from home and I relay on my mobile hot spot. If I could no longer charge my phone I would be in a horrible situation. I can in 40 minutes before they closed on a Sunday and they took out a small stone that was stuck inside. It was a dream come true when they unloghed it. They also helped me out by not charging for the service. This is such a blessing in the time that are dealing with so much stress that I saved by this generosity. The shop is decked out with superheroes on the wall, but today they were my superheroes thank you again.

I had my phones screen replaced here in January, but the screen came out defective, so they fixed it again, and it came out defective a second time. Then coronavirus hit, and there was a shortage of screens along all shops. Long story short, I couldnt get my phone fixed till October, but they kept all my records, and even after like 9 months (not their fault), still honored the phone fix. No extra charge. Dropped it off. Third times the charm. My phone is finally fixed :)

Repaired my iphone 7 plus here because the screen was broken first week phone was ok acting a lil funny but nothing big, now a few weeks later my phone stopped working completely looked at it closely after removing case and notice screen was not intact and now my phones completely gone!

Their work on phones is extremely good. They are not the best at calling you and letting you know how things are going (such as when you have a part on order), but once they have all the parts needed they work quickly, their prices are reasonable, and they do an excellent job.

I first had a bad experience with customer service. But after the owner himself reached out and expressed how he upholds his reputation everything went great! I went in to repair my cracked screen for my S8. The owner Manny fixed it and even dropped it off to me. He was extremely professional and his time management was on point. After a few days of receiving my phone back, I noticed a small crack on the new screen. I reached back out to Manny. He review my phone and noticed that I was not at fault for the new crack. So he then replaced the screen at no cost. I have had no issues with my new screen and everything is working fine. Manny, thank you for everything and I would highly recommend you to anyone!

My iPhone charging port was working off and on and I would have to unplug and plug in again several times for the cable to connect. I dropped it off at the shop for them to take a look. When I came back an hour later itd been fixed. They said it was a quick fix and wouldnt charge me for it. They will have my business for the rest of my life.

I couldnt charge my iPhone 6S so I visited three phone repair shops and they all told me that charging port on my iPhone is damaged and that will cost around $60 to fix it. Since I knew it was not damaged I didnt want to pay them, so I googled for another repair shops and luckily found Phone Hut and Cell Phone and Computer Repair.Person who work there said he will first clean the charging port and see if it will work. Since after that it worked I got my phone back in 30 sec. He didnt even charged me.All best recommendations for this place.Thank you

This place is great. I needed a screen repair on my iPhone 6 and called these guys for a price quote. The price was about the same as some of the other places but unlike some of them, they said they would have it done in about 30 minutes and it would come with a 6-month warranty. Music to my ears because I need to have my phone with me!I would definitely recommend these guys. They seem very professional and I found out that this is not their first shop so although it is new in the area, they been around this stuff for a while.

Revision: great experience coming in again after I came in a few months and had a harsh experience, I came back in and a few other employees helped me out and gave me a discount from the bad experience I had last time. If something isnt right, shoo a review and the management will take a look and reply.After getting my phone repaired my phone has problems turning on when I hit the home button and sleep/wake button. Phone screen broke again because they did not put any screws on in my iPhone 6s causing my screen to pop off. If you have an iPhone I recommend repairing screen yourself didnt realize how easy it was and how much money I saved

I dropped off my laptop for about two weeks with no word from the store. I came back, no one had any idea what the real issue was, even though I told them thoroughly when I had first dropped it off. They thought the only issue was the battery was stuck. That was a minor issue and even that issue was touched. They didnt touch my laptop the whole two weeks. Someone looked at it for 10 minutes and told they couldnt do anything. Then he offered me free tempered glass for some strange reason... The staff is useless and inept. Dont waste money here. Dont set foot in here. This place pretends to be a real business, but its just a playground for children..

I had my phone repaired 8/7/19 and Im not the kind of person that usely leave comments but in this case I feel I need to.. First off the phone I brought in no one else wanted to fix it or if they did it was more than what I bought the phone for it did take a few days for my screen to come in but no fault of theres ( shipping) when I got to the store there was no waiting the employee there were extremely professional and courteousand some of the nicest people I have met in a long while we laugh like Ive known them for a long time and John fixed my phone like it was brand new so those five stars are well-earned so if you or a friend need your phone fixed Right.. I had my Nexus 5x screen repaired in Milpitas and the guy broke the camera in the process. I decided to find a more reputable place to repair the camera and came to Phone Hut. Phone Hut was AMAZING! They went out of their way to test a used camera in my phone to see if the camera was the problem, then ordered a new camera, called as soon as it came in, and replaced it. So knowledgeable, friendly, quick, and just a stand-up business. I highly recommend for all of your cell phone needs!

Tuan did a great job repairing my broken galaxy s7 glass. He was faster than he quoted (actual time was 2 hours) and replaced only the glass because the LCD was still good. Everyone else wanted to replace both the glass and LCD which would have cost more. Phones break and next time mine does, Im going back to him.

Dont go there, they replaced my phone screen, it stopped working the same day, then I went back, they replaced a new one on there, then the same thing happened again. I asked for the refund, and they said no fund, they can fix it, I trust them again, guess what, the same thing happened. My visit was on 6/11/19 to get help to fix my iphone 8plus.I tried to fix my screen myself with a $30 screen replacement from Amazon and I screwed it Up the camera cables.Thank god for the person to help me fix it becuase my phone kept rebooting itself.They are legit.Moral of the story: youtube can fix everything lol.

I took my iPad mini 4 in for a screen repair. Its not a part usually in stock, being a fused digitizer and screen, so they needed a few days to get the part. Fine, no problem. But then they couldnt get it working. So they needed another part, this time the next day, but that took a couple more days. Then I had to call them to get them to actually work on it. And in the the end, I left without a crack but also with a non-functional power button. Which I now need to take somewhere else to have repaired, which probably means a whole new screen replacement again.Other reviews suggest theyre good for phones, but I wouldnt trust them with anything bigger and after my experience Im not sure Id even trust them with that. One star because they didnt fight about me not paying them for leaving me in a worse state than when I went in.

On Sunday, 12/18/16, I walked into the store with only a dying iPhone 5S battery (held a charge. Depleted about 15% faster than a good battery.). After he replaced 2 new batteries and my old battery. It had zero cell signal. The guy fiddled with it to get intermittent cell signal. The phone that would not allow any battery (including new) to hold a charge, intermittent cell signal and the battery quickly overheats and shuts off the phone.I left with my iPhone, lifeline to my business (calling, emailing, texting, GPS and Internet access) was just about dead. Big stressor with hectic work weeks for year end ahead.I changed my review from 1 to 4 stars. Another tech from a different store diagnosed my iPhone. The motherboard was dying. The symptoms showed like a dying battery.The tech at this McKee store could have used more tac in explaining what may have gone wrong. Hence, no 5 stars.

My brother cracked his Galaxy screen. He stipulated the damage and thought it would be wise to just by a new phone. That new phone would have costed him over $600! Hes also a younger guy with very little money, saving every penny to buy a car for school. I told him theres a credible cell phone repair guy by our house according to a couple of my friends. I called and he gave me an instant quote over the phone. There was also a 90 days parts and labor warranty. Comparing prices to repair and getting a new phone was a no brainer. I dropped my S7 in on Friday morning to replace LCD screen. The guy said I can come to pick it up on Sunday. I show up on Monday morning to pick it up, the guy said the new part that they had ordered is defective, so they need to get another part, and I can come back @2pm to pick it up. I came later @3 and the another guy said I dont know what the other guy told you but we cannot get same color for your screen. Basically I left my phone there for 3 days and nothing get done, they didnt even bother to call you to ask you for anything. This kind of business is not reliable, very bad reputation.

I dropped my phone on my way to play basketball, and the screen completely shattered. It was so bad that even Manpreet, who sees broken phones everyday was surprised. Even still, he was able to easily fix it, and was incredibly amiable and kind. While he says it takes just an hour to fix phones, Manpreet got it done in about 15 minutes. Also, being such a nice guy, he gave me a free tempered glass screen protector on account of how badly damaged my phone was(trust me, it was pretty bad). While I hope that I dont break my phone again, if it did happen, Manpreet is the 1st guy Id go to.
