I needed to get a new phone today and I went into another store that could not help me. I came to the store on Cottle Rd and was helped by Efrain. He was amazing! So helpful and informative. I really appreciate his customer service!!

I had been helped by Kirsten at the Verizon nearer to my home and Ive been Kirstens loyal customer ever since. Recently I decided to upgrade my phone and came to see Kirsten at this Verizon. Honestly Kirstens the best customer service professional Ive ever met and Id follow her anywhere, but this location is pretty cool too. Its in a small plaza but easy to find and there are plenty of parking. As always Kirsten answered all my questions and requests excellently (she helped me hunt down an LG V60 which had been out of stock everywhere). I highly recommend this Verizon for its awesome agents and service.

I had a wonderful experience at this establishment. I originally planned on purchasing a I phone 12 online and performing the set up myself. Im glad I came to this location because not only would I have screwed it up myself, I was also happy to have been helped by Bryce. Bryce was professional and even spent about 30 minutes setting up my phone and transferring all the data. Not once did I feel he was rushing or just another number coming into the store. Bryce took the time to understand my needs as a customer and made appropriate recommendations. Will come back next time for sure! You dont get this level of customer service everywhere.

I came back to the Verizon store on Coltte Road in San Jose because the manager was great to work with prior, when I was deciding on buying a new cell phone. I went back to this store site to deal with a service set up issue and worked with Ben, one of the traveling manager. Ben was fabulous!! He helped me out and defused what started our as a feeling of sheer frustration--turning it into relief! Thanks Ben and team !

Can I give more stars please? Wynn Vuong walked me through a difficult transition . I lost my phone, and verifications continually prompt to send codes to the (lost) phone. Wynn was patient and knew how to keep moving forward. When my replacement phone was going to take multiple days to get to me, she supplied me her personal phone to get me through the transition. So above and beyond! It would have been difficult for me to work without a phone, so she just helped me out. Best customer service ever. Seriously .

Excellent customer service! I came in because my phone was frozen for an hour today, and I just could do anything at all. I recently was in the market to upgrade my families phones and plan. I had a horrible time finding a store to help me. I originally went to Eastride mall and immediately left due to the lack of costumer service. A Week later I attempted the location off story and king where I was turned away for not having an appointment. Which ok, I understand . But was directed to go to the blossom hill location if I need assistance that day. 20 minutes later I arrive to the blossom hill location to be turned away once more.On the way home from the blooms hill location I ended up spotting the new Verizon location that had just opened up on cottle. I popped in real quick and was immediately greeted by Steven Rebeterano. I explained the situation and my frustration to Steven. Dude told me not to worry and that he could help. He was super helpful explaining the plans and the process of upgrading our phones. The process was quick and professional.

I had many questions and Kamana G. helped me through all of my curiosities. Great customer service, Steven Rebeterano was very honest when I asked him to give me his input. They both went above and beyond to make sure all of questions were answered!On the day that my Apple product had arrived, Kamana G., was not working but he had spoken to his coworker (Ivan B), to make sure all of my questions were answered!!Although Ivan B, was busy taking care of another customer ; he kept his eyes and ears open in case I needed any further assistance!Frankie Maldonado, ended up assisting/ helping me to set up my Apple product!!He went above and beyond!! Good start but there is something to work on. A very small assortment of devices provided in the windows, and even those walled up in tables, it is simply impossible to properly evaluate the device. Dont know how you are going to sell something in the store.The front door is broken.

We came to the other Verizon store first because it was closer to Apple where we bought our iphone 11, but nobody acknowledged us for a long time aftwr we came in. I purchased an iphone SE for my dad online, but was having issues with activating the phone from home. I came to this store and E. Kiflom was able to help me. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was able to activate the phone for me. Would recommend going to this verizon location.

Came here with my family to help them switch from another cellular provider. I forgot the name of the person who helped us out but he was great! He was knowledgeable about the different plans/offerings and helped my family chose a plan that was right for them. I had my family (all unlocked phones) bring in their phones and they were able to port their numbers and activate their service without a hitch. They were also not pushy with trying to upsell or upgrade my familys phones which is working well. Come through if you need service that feels unrushed and good people to help you with your Verizon needs.

We were greeted right away when we walked in. Jasmin helped us, she was so awesome. We told her what we were looking for so she looked at our account and gave us a few different options. She went out of her way and typed it all out so it was simple to follow to see what we could upgrade, what my monthly payment would be and my out of pocket cost. She was so patient with helping us recover a lost password to complete the upgrade. It took a while but she was determined to fix it for us. We were very satisfied with her excellent service.

Brand new store and I was the first customer. Lance is the man! Came in for me twice on his days off and got both myself and my girlfriend new iPhones and fast plans (2nd rate carriers don’t tell you they don’t have signal speed priority when it comes to service). My business relies on people like Lance and Verizon’s speed.

Went in there to transfer from t-mobile and verizon, the process was super fast and easy, got few new iphones, Irshad has done a great job helping me and my family, Thank you Irshad, keep up the good work.

I know I will be marked as biased since Im the only person who hasnt given them a 5 so far, but read the review and decide.I wanted to switch from FI to VZ, the local VZ store was packed, so I decided to come to this Retailer for help with switch, set up my new phone and apply for the $150 pre-paid CC I would get from VZ for switch. A CS guy who was on the way out gave me some info and raved about their review score ( which was only from 5 reviewers at that time). I came back couple days later and got assisted by German. I told him that my son and wife have unlimited plans already and I want to have 720 video quality, he said he will grandfather the plan for me since that plan (Go Unlimited) is better for less money, so now we have 3 old Go Unlimited plan. He forgot to take care of my CC rebate, but he texted me in the session and told me to ask him anything via text. I texted him the next day, he didnt respond. A couple days later I went to the store, he said he is busy, I asked him about the text, he said he didnt get it ( my phone shows he got my text). I asked him about the rebate, he said it will be automatically applied, then asked another worker to help me, she wasnt able to do so. I asked him to give VZ a call to verify, he replied why wont you do it?, another CSR intervened and offered to help me. He did submit my request to get the rebate.Here are the facts about Germans knowledge:1- He didnt know the old Go unlimited plan has only 480 quality2- He lied to me not getting the text3- He wrongfully said the rebate will automatically be appliedI expect a CSR to honestly admit if he doesnt know something ( nobody knows everything). You used to hold VZ reps responsible to what they tell you ( in my case getting 720 quality video), but not any more, apparently.
