Even though I did not get the exact truck I was suppose to get I’m still happy with my purchase. The staff is very friendly and professional. No pressure sales and overall a very good experience.

Randy helped us out last year when we were looking for a Tahoe but didnt buy. We returned and he helped us again and this time we bought a truck. He was great. Got is what we wanted. We already referred our friend. The dealership had a huge stock of trucks which is great because other dealerships didnt. Awesome! We are very happy with our purchase.
My Corvette was left parked outside with windows open over multiple days. Tech took it for a 40-mile joyride and even took it to their house. Car was returned to me with missing parts (under-shield covers gone), presumably because said tech lost/stole them. Still wasnt provided with a new one. In addition the car is still having problems, but thats an entirely different discussion.I wish I never went to this dealer. The car had 0 problems before, and now is basically a lemon.
Loved the buying process. Then they ship my brand new corvette with no gas. I have to drive it off the trailer, and as soon as it gets off the truck, it dies. Now, my new corvette is in the middle of the street and I really dont know why its dead. Turns out, no gas. Not to mention the 18 miles the car has on the odometer.Long story short, the sales guy apologies and says the manager will call me. No call. I call the manager, no return call.Thanks for the car, but your post sales service leaves a lot to be desired. Why does the typical 1970s car dealer phrase stick in my head?
When I first arrived to my appointment Pepe noticed I had been waiting and allowed me to feel comfortable by offering a water and letting me know he would be just a minute. Pepe then helped me with my vehicle and I found him to be extremely friendly patient and honest. When he told me he would call, he called, when he said to pick up the vehicle it was ready to be picked up. He communicated very well. all the options he made my visit to your dealership stress free and I look forward to recommending to others. Thank you Pepe!
UPDATE: While it did take 9 days (including weekend), the service manager reached out to me. Seems people were out for few days and the communication got dropped. They acknowledged it. Fully detailed the car and even dropped it off at my house. I normally would not be as irritated as I was with longer service times if it was initially communicated, I would have made arrangements. Cant spring delays last minute. 5 stars for the effort of damage control, subsequent communication and delivering the truck.Bought a new Silverado, it had a dent upon delivery on the tailgate. Service manager called me to schedule a repair for a Monday. Was told would ready by Thursday, Friday the latest. Its Tuesday and still no word. Service department doesnt respond to calls or text messages at all. Its been 4 days since my last contact with service. The lack of communication is ridiculous.
This was the best car buying experience where no time was wasted at all. I asked for numbers that no one was doing for me anywhere in California but here I asked only once and they agreed without any questions! 2 days later, my car was delivered to me. Everything was done remote and it was the best experience ever!

I was considering trading my car up to a new Chevy or Dodge truck. I visited Stevens Creek just to check out the new models. It turned out to be the salesmans first day on the job, although he had sold other brands for 14 years. He had been spending the day familiarizing himself with Chevy cars and could not answer all of my questions about the trucks. He would say he would find out the answers for me and did follow through and his honesty was appreciated and very humanizing. He did not protest when I wanted to test drive several different models, several of them twice. I ended up purchasing a Duramax Diesel truck that evening. I bought a new Corvette here several years ago and was treated well. My recent experience reinforces my feelings that Stevens Creek is a reputable dealership that deserves your considerations. Great customer service. Pepe the guy who was in charge of my truck, was great. He went over everything with us, from warranties/ coverage to what the issue was and how long it would take to get fixed. He kept us updated with the process before doing anything new to the vehicle. He is bilingual, so he was able to communicate with my dad and explain the process in Spanish. My truck was ready and running in a couple of days. This team was awesome. They figured the problem and fixed it right away. Thanks to Pepe for his great customer service and positive attitude.
I am waiting for my windshield wiper to be replaced. I purchased a 2021 Tahoe in May. The windshield wiper is warped and hasnt even seen usage in any raining situation. My service rep has not called me back to just replace it. The truck was purchased brand new for a lot of money. To think there is hesitation in replacing a 12 part that has not been used is disturbing

Booking an appointment for a recall for my Bolt was frustrating:1- the website didn’t offer “Recall” as an option2- my call to the Service team ended on a voicemail, no one picked up3- when I replied to the confirmation email to ask for how long it would take, I didn’t get any reply4- when I arrived for my appointment I was told that it can’t be don’t today because they don’t process recalls after 9am — how was I supposed to know?Thankfully Neli did her best and it was actually done during the day

The customer area was good enough where I was able to spend 3 - 4 hours.I got oil change, wheel alignment and multi point inspection done. And even though I was told that my tire pressure sensors are malfunctioning not one experienced/heard the increased cracking sound when my vehicle takes left turn on slow speed (I am not really sure if multi point inspection is of any use).Lastly, about tire pressure sensors, I was told that those need replacement and when I provided the extended warranty coverage detail, advisor told me they she would contact them next day (since coverage providers working hours ended) and get back to me. I never heard back and even tried to reach back to her but she didnt pick up or called me back even when I submitted a recorded message.I am not sure if I ever want to get the service done from stevens creek chevy.
Good experience. Mo (goes by Mike) was professional and informative. I felt that I got a good deal which took only an hour, which is to Mikes credit. Overall very satisfied with my buying experience and would recommend Mike at the dealership to anyone who needs to get a new car.
If you have to take your car in for service, go see Pepe. Hes cool, very helpful, and honest. He laid out what services were suggested by Chevy, and what I could probably pass on. He also made sure I got the maximum discount available to me.

Paul Duran helped me with my purchase. We live an hour and a half away from the dealership but found our unicorn car via CarGurus. Paul promptly returned our inquiry and answered all of our nitty-gritty questions via text, email, and phone call throughout the day. He also worked to get us a military discount even though it was a used car. What is most amazing was his ability to have ALL our paperwork done and ready to sign by the time I arrived at the dealership with my toddler. Neli was amazing!! She communicated with me throughout the servicing of my truck. The day I dropped my truck off, I was deployed to the Dixie fire in Northern California. I only have experience with the Service center at this location. There are two employees that should be recognized for their outstanding work ethic and kindness.First, Alfred is a service advisor. He is professional, kind, caring for his customers, and works so hard. He took care of my part recall, and a day before I came there my check engine light came on. He checked it for me complimentary and turns out that service was under warranty too! Honestly a top notch advisor. Highly recommend.Next, Kaylyn (I might have spelt this wrong but it’s important she is recognized too). She drove the shuttle to pick me up. She is careful, kind, and made great conversation on our drive to the dealer.Together, they provided an all around great service experience, from start to finish.

Started looking online for a Chevy Bolt in earnest on a Friday and was driving one by Monday. Stevens Creek Chevrolet had the very best prices and Alex was a dream to deal with, easily accessible via email, phone, and/or text, responsive, and down to earth, the kind of guy that, if I drank, I would have a beer with. I feel that the communication could have been 100% better. My car was in your shop for 12 days with minimal updates and apparently delays with parts that we were not aware of after leaving our car for service. I inquired about a loaner car but there wasnt anything available. Just to many things went wrong. We will not be returning to the dealership.

Brought my car in for an oil change and I left with scratches on my car. Im taking it back to see how well they will take care of it, then the rating could change. Ive been coming here for 15 years for service, and this is the 2nd time this has happened. The customer waiting lounge was disgusting. Chairs were sticky and dirty, and no place to get water, tea or coffee. This place has really gone downhill. Its sad

Paul, Ramon and the finance guy were the BEST. Wonderful people, great experience. Efficient, clear, friendly. When I have purchased cars in the past, I always leave feeling a little ”meh,” like I was taken advantage of my people who know the game better than I do. (Railroaded into paying too much or pressured into an extended warranties or something.) This felt like everyone was really looking out for my best interest.
Pleasant from the beginning to end as didnt feel the hard pressure usually associated with car buying. Upon delivery of my vehicle Ramon did a great job of telling features and how to operate the car. I can tell he has done this many times!

Call in regard to a used car, was told they were currently busy and would receive a call back in 5 minutes. Not a problem. But then I never got a call back. Safe to say I’m no longer interested in doing business with a dealership that leaves you hanging.
Thes guys have a huge parking lot. However they always park their car in Boynton avenue and park their truck in the middle of Boynton avenue to load and unload their cars. They are a nuisance and annoy residents of Boynton avenue a lot. Boynton avenue residents need to come together and sue this irresponsible dealership. In the photo this dealership employee has parked in the middle of Boynton avenue and in front of a fire hydrant. Should we wait till a disaster happen?
You better know your maintenance records, other vise you will be pushed to service you do not need....like oil change, yet you still have 53% oil life left, or tire change, but tires are diagnosed (by Dealer) in yellow meaning you are half way through the life of the tire.

Brought my car in for a oil change, tire rotation included in price, good deal. Excellent waiting area with comfortable chairs, social distanting and mask wearing required. Appreciated the print out of what was done, how my car was doing and recommendations for the present and future and my car was washed.
Wish I didnt have to bring my truck for ANOTHER recall, but CJ and staff made my experience smooth and relatively quick. Even cleaned my vehicle which was very much appreciated.

Stevens Creek Chevrolet employees are incredible! Cassandra, Vishal, and Mo all helped me out on Saturday to help me to be able to take home a beautiful Cadillac CT6! When it came to to talking about the payment, they presented all the numbers typed up and everything was sorted to make it easier to read and understand. When it came to signing the finances Mo, made it look like his job was easy and was well informed on what he was doing. This was my first time branching out of the dealership me and my family bought 6 cars from and I have zero regrets!! Their prices for cars are low for being a Steven’s Creek dealership. I will definitely go back to them and do recommend them if you’re looking to buy new/used vehicles. They’re all an awesome team and business to be going to!
Bad experience. I had my Tahoe inspected and there were a couple things they missed that needed work. First they quoted me prices for some things that needed to be taken care of which were costly. That is to be expected at a dealer but when i went to have it fixed at the place I always take my vehicles after getting outrageous quotes from dealerships they found other issues more critical. When i questioned CJ via text message asking if the other problems were covered under warranty and how did they miss them? I got no response. Unacceptable. I purchased my Tahoe there and was considering upgrading but it wont be from Stevens Creek Chevrolet. Also on another note i had a used 2016 Lexus ES300h I wanted to sell and inquired about doing so there but after waiting 10 minutes for someone to help me i left and sold my vehicle to Nissan of Stevens Creek. I highly recommend going somewhere else to do business.
Vic was amazing. The whole process itself was way easier than I imagined buying a car would be.
I scheduled an appointment to have my oil changed and,unfortunately, missed the appointment because my car battery died. I was able to have the battery started by roadside assistance, but by the time I was able to drive it to the dealer they had already closed for the evening. A young gentleman from the service department was leaving for the evening and saw me. Even though his day was done, he still took the time to show me where and how to leave my car. He was pleasant and assured me they’d take care of my car first thing. I had to secure an Uber home and while I waited a sales person kept me company and chatted with me about my car and offered some details about my car. The next day I received a call from the dealer, but I missed it. They left me a gracious message detailing the work requested. I confirmed the job, they gave me an estimated time of completion. I received a text with some additional suggested maintenance. I added what I believed I needed and didn’t feel pressured into anything. My car was returned to me at the agreed upon time, cleaned, tires filled and in good working condition. Very pleased with my experience

Ordered a bike rack and picked up here, this is why people dont like to buy cars from dealership and they call them stealershipsWhen i inquired how much to install the bike rack. The service guy had a nerve to tell me it will cost $450 to install it when the Chevrolet website said $63 dealer install. Please see attached screen shot.I wouldnt do any business with this dealership and thank god the car is a lease. Probably wont buy the car out in 3 years too. If you need to get a Chevy. Go to the Fremont dealership they take care of you better.The sales guy in the lot was nice, he greeted me upon arrival but once he found out Im not buying a car today he just standing outside smoking his Vape (not sure if it has THC in it) and do they even drug test at the dealership anymore?

Im eager on an EV for long time and finally able to work with Adan to satisfy my needs. Adam provides good service during my shopping experience. Due to my tied schedule to make trip to dealership to explore the car, he drove to my company to save my trip and time. I had the best experience with Vick (Vishal). From the initial conversation he made the entire process simple, seamless, and straightforward. This is now the 4th car Ive leased and by far it blew every other car interaction out of the water. Vishal let me know what I qualified for, prepared me for the paperwork I needed to complete to make my visit faster, and most importantly was transparent and honest with the whole process.I also have to provide some positive feedback to Mo the financing manager. He also made the paperwork process super smooth and did not feel like he was trying to upsell us at all.All in all, it was a great great experience that all customers purchasing an expensive item should have but unfortunately many dealerships fall short.Thanks for those like Vishal and Mo for making us feel taken care of.Michael & Katie
