Thank you for providing such excellent service! This cafeteria is well-known for its delicious food and excellent service. All about this spot appeals to me, and I will be proud to recommend it to anyone. It is, without a doubt, a fantastic place to eat delicious food! It comes highly recommended! Ill undoubtedly return to this site.

Great selection of teas brewed fresh to order. Coffee is also very good. They have amazing pastries that they will heat up and prepare for you upon request.

This has quickly become my favorite place for cafecito. Every drink I’ve tried here has been as delicious as the last. If you’re looking for something iced, I recommend La Morenita — it’s my husband’s favorite. We recently tried their pan tostado and weren’t disappointed. They also support local artists and give you an opportunity to purchase pieces hanging on their walls. Great atmosphere & friendly staff.

Great coffee shop! Beautiful decor and a perfect setting for a coffee date, studying, or a quick caffeine recharge. Staff are nice and take pride in their work. Specials for different times of the year. I recommend the Senor Olaf white chocolate mocha.

This is hands down the best coffee place in San Jose, and there is a long list of coffee places here! By far I get the most comfortable and positive vibe from Chromatic compared to other craft coffee shops, even though there are some other amazing places downtown. The mochas are unbelievable and there are (usually) actually non-dairy pastry options--and theyre delicious!

This used to be Chromatic Coffee. The vibe of it had been evolving to be more artistic and fitting for downtown locals, and finally it was renamed to Gente. They still have the same owner, same warm and welcoming staff, and the same coffee. Its not the closest cafe to me but I make a point to stop regularly. Plus they still serve Chromatic so its a win win! They also regularly have art galleries on display so theres always something to look at

Got there near five, it wasnt very busy. The staff was friendly and observant. Prices are decent. Menu is like a cafe in Boston I liked.

Im in love with Gente Cafe (hope they continue to have 5 stars as they get more ratings because they deserve it)! I remember this being Chromatics 2nd location before and the charge still showed as Chromatic on my statement, so Im not sure if this is under the same owner. I still get Chromatic vibes here, except with a Latin American twist. My boyfriend and I both tried the la chata latte, which is of course, the horchata latte, and the la morenita latte, which has brown sugar and cinnamon in it. Both were amazing and so unique! I cant wait to come back and try the especiales, I bet theyre all really good! Service was extremely friendly and there is a good amount of seating.

If youre into serious espresso, avoid this place. They transfer. And they refuse to do it any differently. The person at the counter was trying to bs me saying they transfer because the scale is set to their weighting glass. When I told them they could reset the scale to any ceramic cup (lots of places just do that), she told me it was more complicated than that and I had an attitude. Guys, go to other places. Transferring is the exception and a nonsense. Period. Ask ritual, Sightglass, Andytown and any serious coffeeshop please?

I travel often to Seattle-WA, Vancouver-WA, and Portland-OR, and this is BY FAR the best coffee Ive ever had. The aromas and the flavors are incredible. Unfortunately this location is only a roasting location and theyre moving soon, but James recommended great coffee to me and was a very chill guy. I sincerely hope they expand because Id like to get their coffee every day at my office.

In A Nutshell:-Chromatic Coffee is a joke.-Yeah I opted to try the hand pour coffee, which was listed at MP (market price) so today it was $5.99.-It wasnt the most I paid for java either (the $10 Kopi Luwak in Bali or the $15 Geisha in Panama top the list).-The coffee tasted like 7-11 coffee & Im SERIOUS as SERIOUS can be.-I also do not like the minimal layout of the store.-Did they not unpack everything to rush business OR is this the typical layout? Zzzzz...-The customer service was just - aight.-No humor allowed in the joint?Overall, stay away from Chromatic Coffee and go to PHILZ! Philz rules in both coffee, customer service and vibe.
